Family reunion (Family reunion)

Pov author.

Anggi came out of the house with an unbecoming heart. Sad, laughing, angry mixed into one. People who have been respected and loved with the heart to hide the truth from him for decades.

Anggi continued to go outside through his spacious yard where the garden was neatly arranged with palm trees lined up along the entrance gave shade among the sunburns of the city of Surabaya.

“Where are you?”

A baritone voice stopped Anggi from riding in his white BMW. Birendera stood with both hands inserted into her pants pocket, her face as usual straight expressionless.

“Where only. Go from here.” Anggi again opened the door of his car, but was stopped by a man in a dark blue shirt who was now staring at his bead.

“I'll meet your sister. Want to come?”

Anggi looked at Birendra. “Kak Nana?”

“Do you have another sister besides Mba Kirana?” Anggi was silent still staring at Birendra. “Come, they've been waiting!”

Birendra walked towards his black X-Trail car, opening the door for Anggi who still looks doubtful before finally getting into the car of one of his father's confidants. Outside, Birendra contacted someone before getting into the car and sitting behind the wheel.

Along the way filled with silence, Anggi gazed out the side window with a raging mind, while Birendra looked focused on the street ahead. Only songs that flow soft from the car audio that the interior has been modified so much that it feels much more comfortable.

Anggi frowned when he realized Birendra's car was turning into the hospital.

“Hospital? Aren't we going to meet with sister Nana?”

Birendra glanced at him and refocused on finding a parking space.

“They told us to come here.”

Anggi looked increasingly confused, but he also followed Birendra who walked a few steps in front of him. They entered the hospital lobby then turned left where a cafeteria was located. Birendra looked around the cafeteria which was quiet enough that it was not difficult for him to see Caraka and Kirana sitting laughing at one of the tables that was in a chair by the window.

“Sorry late,” Birendra said after they got to the table where Caraka and Kirana were.

“It's okay.”

Kirana smilingly looked at Anggi who stood up for a moment before finally scattering into her arms while being stunned. Make everyone look at them.

For a moment Kirana just fell silent while stroking Anggi's back, letting her cry out took it all out.

“Dad explained it to you?” Anggi nodded in his arms, making Kirana sigh.

“Kang, call dad, get him here. Now!” kirana said to Caraka who nodded and without waiting again immediately walked away to contact Andi Santoso asking him to come to the hospital.

“I don't want to meet dad,” said Anggi with tears breaking. “I'm too disappointed, Brother. Why all this time they just kept quiet.”

Kirana led Anggi to sit on the smping chair where she had been sitting.

“We will meet mamah, and solve all these problems and misunderstandings.”

Anggi. “Mamate here?”

Kirana nodded.

“A sick?”

Kirana.

“Kak, mom why?” anggi's heart beat crazily, his mind wandered to think about the reason his mother was in the Surabaya hospital.

“Mama .. injured.”

Anggi covered his mouth with tears that flowed back.

“Mamah injured because ... me?”

“What are you talking about? It's not your fault.”

“Mamah was hurt because of me, right, brother? O Allah, what have I done to you, Brother? It's my fault, brother! Wrong me!”

“Sstttt!” Kirana hugged Anggi again, who realized the reason her mother was hospitalized. “Not your fault. It's not your fault .. mamah is just trying to protect brother from those baj*ngan. It's not your fault.”

“But I'm on hand, brother. If only ... if I hadn't contacted them, and told them that brother was here. This is not all going to happen.”

“Hey, listen brother!” Kirana looked at Anggi's eyes that were so struck with the information she received in a row. “You want to contact them or not, they will still find a way to hurt brother and Caraka. It's not your fault.”

“It's true.” Kirana and Anggi looked at Birendra who was sitting opposite them beside Caraka. “Ferdi, was already in Surabaya before you contacted him.”

“We have been looking for evidence of Ferdi Surabaya's whereabouts, and that was long before Anggi contacted him.”

“Marcel sent you a picture at the event at Haryanto's house, and tomorrow Ferdi will go directly to Surabaya.”

“So far they have been watching Ms. Kirana, but because there is always a bodyguard next to Ms. Kirana, and never come out of the building, so the only place where they can hurt mbak is just the apartment.”

“Mall is too risky, many CCTV are also people. they finally decided to rent the same leisure unit as you.”

“How do they know my floor is staying?” kiran asked after hearing Caraka and Birendra's explanation in turn.

“Money talk,” says Birendra casually. “Police has named one of the bulding management staff as a suspect for taking bribes by leaking the floor and unit number of mba Kirana's apartment, and through him also they managed to rent a unit right in front of the unit that mbak Kirana occupy.”

Kiran paled that all this time the baj*ngan was close to him.

“They just moved for two days.” Caraka who realized Kirana's fear tried to explain. “They had planned that night to be her H day. Their mistake was not seeing the arrival of Mamah and Oka the night before. They just saw the three of us out of your apartment that morning, they didn't know that mom was inside. That night when we got home, they saw me and Oka leaving the apartment, and it was their chance to carry out their plan because they thought we had come home and you were alone in.”

Kirana. Now all the questions began to be answered, there was a feeling of fear because he only knew that he had been monitored, all this time, but on the other hand he was relieved because it further proved that Anggi had nothing to do with the events of that night.

“You heard, Gi? You're not wrong. It has nothing to do with you.”

Anggi was still silent as if in disbelief, he now looked at Bendra expectantly. “Mas Rendra is sure it's the real one?”

Birendra nodded as he said, “I made sure of it myself. And Mas Caraka's man-in-law helped me a lot to figure it all out.”

“Not for no reason did I hire a Supri sir to be your personal .. driver.”

Kirana smiled at Caraka's words, that's when she saw Andi Santoso walking into the cafeteria area.

“Dad has arrived.”

Everyone was now staring at the entrance.

“Now we will meet mamah,” continued Kirana made Anggi look at him. “Mamah and Oka don't know about you being called by the police as a witness, and you want this to be our secret, don't let them both know. Understand?”

Anggi nodded in understanding, before they stood up then walked towards Bu Mega's inpatient room.

The journey to the VVIP room felt very long and tense, getting closer to the room Anggi was filled with a very nervous feeling, his hands coldly holding the arm of Kirana who smiled at her nervousness. Behind them walked Andi Santoso who was no less nervous, while behind Caraka and Birendra who were whispering about the development of the case Ferdi Izam and his friends.

“Me and Rendra are waiting in the waiting room, there is something we have to talk about,” Caraka said after they arrived in front of the in-room room that got a nod from Kirana.

Kirana looked at Anggi and her father who looked equally nervous, before finally Kirana slowly opened the door to the room in Mega.

Inside, Oka was sitting on a sofa while playing games on her phone, while Mega was sitting on a bed watching a television show that was airing infotainment.

“Assalamualaikum.”

“Wa’alaikumsalam,” bu Mega and Ok together, without diverting his eyes from the TV or mobile phone.

“Teteh where sa ...” bu Mega voice disappeared, his eyes are now round looking at the people behind Kirana.

Oka who also realized something was wrong now lowered her phone staring at two people she did not know.

“Mah ... This .. Bi.”

Kirana gently embraced Anggi's shoulder whose eyes were already glazed over, and her teeth bit her quivering lips. Moments of Mega bu pecking, before finally his hands stretched out with tears that had flowed so Anggi without command immediately ran into the arms of his biological mother.

“Mood!”

The two of them hugged tightly while stunned, no longer able to hold out tears.

“Yes Allah, thank God, O Allah!” exclaimed Mega's mom between her cries. “Bi! Yes Allah Bi, daughter of mamah.”

They continued to cuddle sobbing, channeling longing after being separated for two decades.

“Mah, sorry Bi, Mah, sorry Bi.”

“Nothing to forgive. Bi, no wrong anything.” Bu Mega stretched out a hug.

“Let mamah see Bi.”

With his trembling hand, Mega pushed a part of Anggi's hair against his face wet with tears, his hand now stroked Anggi's cheeks, wiping off his daughter's water.

“Masyaallah, Bi gorgeous,” praise bu Mega with tears that are back rolling. “Very beautiful.” Bu Mega kissed the cheek then Anggi's forehead which came back crying and hugged Mega's mom.

They embraced again with tears returning to the river.

Kirana who saw it could not resist her tears that flowed along. On the other hand, Oka who witnessed it just fell silent sculpting, her heart was racing to see her mother and sister crying blue. Before akhinrya his eyes were diverted to the figure of the man who had been staring at him with the look of his eyes, while they looked at each other to make Oka's heart beat even more crazy.

I don't know, what is this feeling? He knew the man watching him in silence was his real father, but he seemed to have no inner bond with the man. Perhaps because he did not know her at all, it may also be because there are no memories that ever existed between him and the man referred to as his biological father. Unlike Kirana and Anggi who have known, known and have memories of each other, but for Oka the man is no doubt a stranger he just met the first time, and it just so happened that his blood was flowing in his veins.
