104. Grandchildren

Faras and Faris were already sitting in the passenger seat in the car driven by Kagendra.

Kagendra will bring Faras and Faris to be introduced to Aki Musa, Joseph, Indriani and Alena.

“Dad, where are we going?” ask Faras.

“We're going to Dad's grandfather and parents' house. There you will meet with your uyut battery, grandfather, grandmother and aunt. But it's up to you to call them what. They traveled for four hours and along the way, Faras and Faris did not stop talking about anything to Kagendra. Kagendra put the car into the garage of his extended family home. Faras and Faris were still asleep and Kagendra woke them up gently.

“Aras...Aris. Want to walk alone or carried with Dad?”

Kagendra shook Faras and Faris' arms in turn.

Faras and Faris opened and blinked their eyes.

“Come, we have arrived at the uyut battery house. Want Daddy to carry or walk alone?”

Faras and Faris spread out their hands as a sign that they wanted to be carried.

Kagendra ordered Mbok Asih, ART who has served decades at the house of Aki Musa and her husband, Mang Dadang, the park manager in their house to bring two large bags containing Faras and Faris clothes.

Indriani was astonished to see Kagendra holding two children.

“A, who are you carrying?” ask Indriani.

Kagendra took Faras and Faris down from his arms. Faras and Faris stood side by side in front of Kagendra.

“It's Aras and it's Aris.” Kagendra introduces Faras and Faris to his mother.

Indriani gasped to see the faces of Faras and Faris, as if he had seen Kagendra as a child.

“A, who are they?”

“This Cedar.” Faras pointed at the chest with his index finger.

“This Aris.” Faris also pointed at the chest with her index finger.

The cry of Indriani broke. He knelt down and hugged Faras and Faris. After hugging Faras and Faris, Indriani kissed Faras and Faris.

“They're Mom's grandchildren, right?” asked Indriani on the sidelines of his cry.

“Iya, Mom. Aras and Aris are twins Aa and Sadiyah.”

Indriani's cry grew louder after hearing that the twins he was holding were really his grandchildren.

Aki Musa who heard Indriani's cry immediately came out from his room.

Indriani did not answer Aki Musa's question because he was still busy hugging and kissing the faces of Faras and Faris.

“They are Indri's grandchildren, Bah.” Indriani replied after managing to calm himself down a little.

Aki Musa stared fixedly at the faces of Faras and Faris. He saw the face of the child Kagendra who used to be invited to play together.

“They are your children, Ndra?” aki Moses asked while looking in amazement at Faras and Faris.

“Iya, Ki.” replied Kagendra.

The reaction of Aki Musa was not much different from Indriani after hearing the answer from Kagendra. Aki Musa's tears were unstoppable, she cried as she pleased.

Aki Musa knelt to align himself with the height of Faras and Faris.

“Sini, hug Aki Uyut.” call Aki Musa on Faras and Faris.

Faras and Faris went into Aki Musa's arms.

“Mana Yes? They're your kids, right?” indriani whispers to Kagendra.

“Iya, Mom. They're our twins. Aa said it to Mother.” Kagendra answered the question he had answered before patiently.

“Mana Iyah?”

“Aw..aw. Aa is not a child, why be feted?” Kagendra complained of pain.

“You are not a child, you even have a child. But your behavior is like a wayward little child and must be stewarded by his parents.”

“That's the name of child abuse. Later Aa report Abah to KPAI.”

“Cih...” snorted Joseph while sitting in front of Kagendra who continued eating.

“How did you tell me you had twins?” ask Joseph to the point.

“Iya, Abah knows. But how's the full story, bad boy?” asked Joseph gash.

“Let's go on the story. Aa again enjoyed eating the same fried fish made by the makyus mother. Abah don't bother first.”

“Cih...basic brash child.” Joseph struck Kagendra's head lightly with a roll of newspaper he was holding.

“Bu, get me a meal for Abah. It seems like Abah is also hungry and wants to have lunch with fried fish. There are still, right?
