Can Return?

Evelyn blinked her eyes several times as the morning sunlight entered her nursery through a window whose curtains were already in advance. The incoming sunlight dazzled his visionary, so inevitably he finally opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was Kenrick who was now smiling so widely towards Evelyn.

“You're up?” kenrick asked with a smile that only Evelyn replied with a flat and cynical face. Kenrick did not care at all because his goal was to persuade Evelyn, so he would not count on the woman and try to be patient with Evelyn who was still angry with him.

 “Did you see me closing my eyes?” sinsi Evelyn sounded so sarcastic. Kenrick just shook his head to understand Evelyn's attitude which was sometimes very sarcastic. What's more, their relationship is not good so Kenrick is trying to understand it.

“Do I take you to the bathroom?” kenrick asked when he saw Evelyn coming down. Kenrick who was busy with his work on the sofa immediately approached Evelyn while holding Evelyn's hand but the woman immediately threw Kenrick's hand.

“I can be alone, no need to seek attention. It's still morning, I'm so nauseous to see your behavior, it seems my son does not want you as his father. Until you see it makes him nauseous and reluctant,” Evelyn said at length. But there is no beauty in his words, there is only an insult and a sarcastic sentence. Kenrick only exhaled his coarse breath while shaking his head.

Ignoring Evelyn's words, she still helped Evelyn to go to the bathroom. Carrying an infusion still attached to his hand. Kenrick waited for Evelyn in front of the bathroom. Shortly after washing her face and brushing her teeth Evelyn immediately came out and again Kenrick helped her.

Kenrick helped Evelyn until the woman returned to her bed. But after that helped Evelyn so that her bed changed position and Evelyn could lean.

“What's still nausea?” kenrick asked while stroking Evelyn's stomach.

Kenrick has read some articles if a gentle swab by the father in the fetus's stomach will make the fetus calm and relieve nausea. After knowing that he was going to be a father, Kenrick read many articles about pregnancy as well as how to care for the baby. Kenrick really prepared early.

“Do not care about me,” Evelyn said while shaking Kenrick's hand. Kenrick sighed while holding Evelyn's hand. Now he is sitting next to Evelyn, in the chair that has been provided.

“This time alone can you listen to me? I'm so worried about you! Know it? When you passed out last night I was so mad at your apartment. I really want to burn that apartment! Facilities in such an apartment can be damaged,” annoyed Kenrick who now even told a story and did not care about Evelyn's words. He just wanted Evelyn to know if the story implied a confession if in fact he was so worried and concerned for Evelyn. Saying a caring sentence without the hassle of saying ‘I care about you Evelyn, can't you see it’ Kenrick doesn't want to say that which might make things worse and argue with Evelyn.

“Don't you already do it?” Sean who had come out of nowhere suddenly interrupted Kenrick's words to make Evelyn glare.

“Are you crazy Kenrick?!” Evelyn stared in anger and disbelief at Kenrick who was now staring intently at Sean who even said what had just been in his curve. Kenrick is so scary when he's angry. Just because an elevator was damaged and the woman entered the hospital, Kenrick burned the apartment.

“Sean did you not have any manners to suddenly enter? Come out and find food for us,” Kenrick commands so sharply on his subordinates who are getting bolder to him. Didn't know Sean if his words instead of making Evelyn impressed would only make Evelyn angry at him. Given Evelyn is a good girl who does not want to harm others is very inversely proportional to her who likes to harm her enemies or people who make her angry.

Seeing the quarrel that will soon happen Sean chose to leave. Luckily Kenrick asked him to leave, so he had to make excuses to leave the battlefield.

“Can you do nothing as you please?” cynical Evelyn who has not been exhausted with Kenrick who again makes it impossible to say anything else so that Kenrick can be better and does not like to harm others because of his anger.

“I'm just worried about you!” kenrick said, lowering his head. Feeling guilty about what he did. Though it was clear if he did it because he was too angry and worried about Evelyn. He was only afraid that something would happen to Evelyn and she lost the woman.

Evelyn touched Kenrick's hand and saw the earnestness of the man's words.

“I will replace everything and pay for their hospital fees. Honey, have you forgiven me? You know I regret it so much. I love you so much no other woman I love,” Kenrick said earnestly. His gaze now looked deeply at Evelyn. Hope that Evelyn forgave him because Evelyn had spoken so softly to him.

“I'm still very disappointed in you. You really made such a deep wound for me Kenrick,” Evelyn said as she let go of her hand and closed her eyes trying to hold back the tightness that hit her. Pregnancy does make Evelyn so whiny and she hates this. But certainly not to his future son, he loved him so much. He just hates his mood that is easily changed because of the pregnancy hormones.

“I understand darling you must be so disappointed in me. But please give me one more chance. We fix everything and start from the beginning,” please Kenrick with his gaze so deep. For Kenrick, Evelyn is everything. Of course he does not want to lose his woman. He will continue to fight Evelyn. Now there will be children among them.

“I don't know, everything is still difficult,” Evelyn said as she turned her attention.

“I understand, I will continue to fight for you. Until you want to forgive me,” said Kenrick while smiling so widely at Evelyn.

It turns out that having a partner who has great power like Kenrick is very dangerous. Evelyn knew, going forward would definitely not be easy. Moreover, keeping her child alone was something Evelyn could not imagine. His son needs a father figure who can protect him.  But for now he still can not forgive Kenrick easily. It still takes time. So he didn't forbid Kenrick from going back to work for him. Fighting for their relationship is also their child.
