Kenrick's Office

Kenrick's condition has improved, they even returned to Kenrick's house yesterday. Evelyn also set her breath because of the exhausting struggle. Even the man had just recovered but had now asked Evelyn for his ration.

“Thank you darling,” steam Kenrick while pecking the top of the woman's head is dear. Kenrick was leaning on the head of the bed with Evelyn in the man's arms.

"Kenrick, can I ask you something?” evelyn asked Evelyn to raise her head while looking at Kenrick with her innocent gaze that was now looking at Kenrick so gently and so soothingly. It even felt like Kenrick was really comfortable being in that gaze.

“Say, Honey,” said Kenrick gently. Kenrick's hand now stroked Evelyn's hair playing it so gently.

"Can you find a good job for my uncle?” evelyn asked with a pleading gaze. Despite what his uncle did to him, he never hated the man because only his uncle had him before Kenrick's arrival. Kenrick did not tell Evelyn if he had put his uncle in one of his companies in New York

“I've put your uncle as a marketing director at one of my companies located in New York,” said Kenrick casually which even made Evelyn glare her eyes at the answer from the man. Kenrick did everything without asking, but why didn't he tell her? Don't you know Kenrick was worried about his uncle?

“Why didn't you tell me Kenrick?” evelyn asked with annoyance. Even now the woman has straightened her body to sit and cover her innocent body with a blanket that is there.

“Because I don't think it's a big deal and I don't have to tell you,” said Kenrick casually, which caused Evelyn to gape at the answer from the man who so upset her. It is not a big thing but this concerns his family of course he must know.

“Why did you give such a high position to uncle?” evelyn asked considering that the position Kenrick gave her uncle was not an arbitrary position.

“Because he's your uncle and because of his own ability. Your uncle is a smart man and understands marketing. I still remember how he made the offer when he sold you,” Kenrick said with his coolness. Hearing the man's words Evelyn pinched the belly of Kenrick's field hard although it certainly did not feel anything to Kenrick because his stomach was so stiff.

Kenrick pulls Evelyn back into his arms. Kenrick smiled happily at how adorable the woman was.

“I'm just kidding baby. But I'm serious about saying that your uncle is so smart. I was so amazed by his ability,” explained Kenrick who makes Evelyn now look at the man and then tighten her embrace on Kenrick while closing her eyes feel so comfortable in the warm embrace.

"Thank you Kenrick,” Evelyn said sincerely. Not knowing how much she should thank the man but she felt so lucky to have Kenrick as her future husband. Kenrick was so kind and so caring.

“Tno need Darling. Your uncle is my uncle too,” said Kenrick as he stroked the top of Evelyn's head and closed his eyes to rest for a while because he was tired.

“Today come with me to the office,” Kenrick said after opening his eyes. If only he could not work, Kenrick did not want to feel to go to work and just want to linger with his women.

"Ah no. I'm so tired,” refused Evelyn who was still faithfully closed her eyes. He still wants to linger in his bed without going anywhere. Even for breakfast, he did not want to go down and preferred to stay in his room.

“You can rest first. We will leave at noon,” said Kenrick who still insisted that Evelyn want to come to the office with him. Kenrick just wanted to spend more time with the woman so he wanted to take Evelyn to the office and accompany her.

"Can't be Kenrick. You can't be late,” said Evelyn, who was looking for an excuse to reject Kenrick. Their debate because of incompatible thoughts seemed to be restarted. Kenrick wants to stay with Evelyn and Evelyn who want to stay with her bed.

“Let's go with me today. I'm also very tired so I'll come by noon,” said Kenrick still pleading with Evelyn. Evelyn clucked in annoyance as she looked at the man by rolling her lazy eyeballs.

"Who told you, you woke me up so early for that,” annoyed Evelyn reminded the man with the action that woke Evelyn so early in the morning when the sun had not yet risen just to order her rations.

“Who told you to be so seductive in the morning,” said Kenrick while kissing Evelyn's lips make Evelyn immediately push the man.

"Kenrick!” enraged Evelyn after releasing her kiss.

As Kenrick wished, Evelyn was in his room. The man was busy struggling with his iPad making Evelyn pursed her lips in annoyance. Again the man ignored her until Evelyn was bored to be there.

"You bore me Kenrick,” Evelyn said with a snort. His lips have now been pursed funny because upset continues to be ignored by Kenrick who is more focused on his work.

Evelyn should have maintained her stance by staying home instead of going to the office with Kenrick who would only bore her.

“Before soon there must be something I take care of,” Kenrick said to the woman without turning his gaze away from the document in front of her.

“Ck! Kenrie! You said you'd accompany me. But you're busy with your business. You really broke the promise,” annoyed Evelyn looked at Kenrick with her angry look. Kenrick is so annoying. Invited him to the office but after Evelyn was ignored.

“Darling you go first I'll catch up with you. On the top floor of this building there is a nice relaxing place. You can leave if you're bored here,” advises Kenrick who still doesn't look at Evelyn and focus on her iPad. Evelyn was really upset to see him.

"Kenrick, you're not exciting! I'm gonna crack your iPad,” pisses Evelyn and she's gonna walk up to Kenrick, but Kenrick's gonna protect her iPad.

“Don't dong Darling. I'll work for you,” said Kenrick with a pleading look at Evelyn.

"I won't go to your office again even if you force me,” Evelyn annoyed with her pinched leg.

With an annoyed face Evelyn immediately walked out of her study. On the other hand Kenrick just smiled looking at Evelyn who was angry.
