What a Beautiful Wedding

Today is a very long-awaited day for Evelyn and Kenrick because today is your wedding day. Not felt after all the bad events that have happened to him so far finally now their marriage will be carried out soon.

Evelyn is still in one of the hotel rooms to make up. The woman's smile had never faded from her beautiful face. Be happy? Hugely.

Uncle Evelyn cupped Evelyn's shoulder, looking at her nephew with a glare. Not expecting if in the end the little girl he had taken care of had now grown into such a beautiful woman.

“Uncle is glad to hear it. Hopefully he can take care of you,” said Dion, Evelyn's uncle so sincerely.

Evelyn smiled as she nodded. The woman looked at her uncle with teary eyes.

"He treated me well Uncle. And I love her too. We love each other Uncle. So Uncle doesn't have to worry about me,” Evelyn said stroking her uncle's hand on her shoulder. Dion now looked at his nephew with teary eyes.

“Uncle is glad to hear it. Uncle has no more burden of thought and guilt,” regret Dion who now bowed his head. The regret felt so heavy to him. How could he sell his own nephew, but now after hearing that his nephew was happy and those who loved Dion were relieved.

"Uncle you must live well and happily,” Evelyn's message to her uncle. Now they clasped each other's hands as if a way to strengthen each other.

“Thank you, Son. You're so good to Uncle. Though Uncle has failed to take care of you,” said Dion who suddenly made Evelyn shook her head to hear it. In fact, he should be the one who thanked his uncle for taking good care of him. And that's why he's happy with Kenrick now.

"No, I understand why Uncle did that,” Evelyn said as she stroked Dion's hand.

“You are so beautiful, your papa and mama will surely love to see you from up there. Keep happy son,” said Dion who made Evelyn re-hugging the unclena. But soon they let go of the embrace. Hazel rubbed her tears not wanting to look sad in front of her uncle or ruin her makeup. Before long Steve walked in and said if the show was about to start.

Kenrick smiled at Evelyn who was walking at the altar with her uncle. She finally saw Evelyn in her wedding dress. Very beautiful, beautiful, and seductive. Kenrick felt many times more fortunate to have the woman.

Upon reaching Kenrick's presence, Evelyn's uncle immediately gave Kenrick her hand, so the man grasped her tightly as if he would not let go easily, or he will never let go.

“Share Evelyn well Sir. Don't ever hurt him. If you don't love her anymore. Please give him back to me. I promise I'll take care of it even better,” Dion's message to Kenrick. He had failed to keep his brother's legacy. And he doesn't want to repeat the same mistake. He will take care of Evelyn with his life.

Dion nodded, hoping that he could hold Kenrick's words. Then immediately descended from the altar with eyes that had flowed tears. The girl he grew up with for eighteen years finally left it to the man who would take good care of her.

Evelyn and Kenrick face each other with the priest. As the chants of praise began to sound along with that the sound of gunfire was also heard so loudly.

"Kenrick what happened?” peeked Evelyn who was too afraid of the sudden incident.

Evelyn began to be made to panic especially when the screams from the guests began to sound. Kenrick immediately picked up the gun that was on the back of his body. Kenrick carries a gun wherever he goes, even on his [] own wedding day.

All that Kenrick did was to protect himself and the people he loved.

“Go with Steve,” command Kenrick on Evelyn. The gun kept ringing. The sound of gunfire sounded so concomitantly that it frightened him.

Steve who was around Evelyn to protect the mistress was also Kenrick immediately pulled Evelyn's hand. Kenrick had already ordered him to keep Evelyn and now he had to do it even with his life at stake.

"No, how's Kenrick.” Evelyn immediately let go of Steve's hand and was about to approach Kenrick but the man again grabbed his hand again. Steve looked around to continue protecting the madam.

“Mistress, you're just gonna make it hard for you to move. And put you in danger. Trust me Madam, sir will be fine,” said Steve in a soft tone. Steve seemed to understand Evelyn's concern because as he ran Evelyn continued to look back, looking at Kenrick who was fighting against many people dressed in black.

"May what you say be true,” Evelyn murmured with her silent gaze. This time he can only obey the words of Kenrick and Steve because he no longer wants to make Steve in danger because of his stubbornness and likes to deny it. Now he can only hope and pray for Kenrick's safety.
