Feel Guilty

Evelyn immediately laid Kenrick's body on the bed, clasping the man's hand tightly. Various prayers he kept chanting for the recovery of the man.

"I'm sorry Kenrick. All this is my fault,” Evelyn said as she lowered her head feeling guilty. His hands are still faithfully clasping Kenrick's hands with his tears flowing unceasingly.

“Hey! No need to blame yourself,” Kenrick said with a soothing smile. Now the man's hand was stretched out to reach Evelyn's face and wipe away her tears. Evelyn reached for Kenrick's hand on her face.

"What if something happens to you? No, something did happen to you. Look at your current situation,” regretted Evelyn looked at Kenrick still with her guilty look.

“I'm fine, believe me,” said Kenrick convincingly but after he again held his stomach that was shot because of the pain that spread. But again he endured the pain because he did not want to make Evelyn worried.

"Have not said much Kenrick,” cut Evelyn who can catch the look on Kenrick's face in pain. Although the man covered it well but still he could see it clearly.

“Alright,” said Kenrick with a soothing smile.

A doctor came along with Max. Evelyn lets the doctor check on Kenrick and changes positions to let the doctor freely examine the man. After the doctor finished examining Kenrick. Evelyn immediately sat down next to Kenrick, The doctor had also finished treating Kenrick's wounds.

"How's Kenrick doing?” evelyn asked with her own eyes. She hoped the doctor would not say anything bad about her future husband's condition.

“Master is fine Madam. Luckily the bullet only scratched her stomach,” said the doctor named Mark who made Evelyn closed her eyes, feeling relieved. Evelyn was finally able to sigh with relief hearing it.

“This is the prescription and I'm sorry, sir,” said Mark while handing over the prescription to Sean who immediately took it, as well as saying goodbye that only They answered with a nod and then looked back at Kenrick.

“I told you not to. I'll be fine,” Kenrick said with a smile. Now the man has straightened his body while leaning on the edge of the bed with the help of Steve. Evelyn immediately hugged Kenrick so tightly that Kenrick grimaced. Realizing that she hugged Kenrick so tightly, Evelyn finally loosened their arms.

"I'm sorry Kenrick. Because I got our marriage annulled,” regrets Evelyn who again blames herself for what happened. Kenrick breathed, he didn't like to see Evelyn always blaming herself. Kenrick said it wasn't Evelyn's fault.

“Hey! It's okay, honey. We can still get married at another time. That we can create the first night of every day.,” said Kenrick teasing his woman without looking around who now there are still subordinates who are there.

Feeling that now they are in the wrong place finally on the subordinates Kenrick say goodbye to go and do their respective work.

“You shameless Kenrick, they must be ashamed to hear your words,” annoyed Evelyn when she saw the subordinates of Kenrick who had just left. If only Evelyn didn't remember Kenrick getting hurt. Evelyn wanted to hit her head.

“Are you really looking forward to marrying me?” kenrick asked with her downhill flow teasing Evelyn. Evelyn clucked at hearing it.

"Aren't you impatient?” annoyed Evelyn looked at Kenrick who was now laughing to hear it

“Hahaha! You're right, honey. But whatever happened today. It's not all your fault. I feel more guilty. I'm sorry, Kenrick. If you feel guilty. You have to start following me,” said Kenrick sternly, looking at Evelyn with a pleading gaze. Evelyn just nodded.

“Stop blaming yourself. Aren't you tired of constantly apologizing and blaming yourself?” ask Kenrick. He was tired of even hearing the apologies from Evelyn and the woman who kept blaming herself.

"No, because it's my fault,” Evelyn said. Kenrick stretched out his hand asking Evelyn to hug him again. Evelyn immediately approached and hugged Kenrick tightly.

“I'm fine Darling,” bright Kenrick with a soothing smile. Evelyn simply replied to him with a nod with a smile.

Evelyn blinked her eyes many times looking around the room. The woman's eyes were immediately fixed at the hour that had shown seven o'clock at night. Evelyn immediately let go of Kenrick's hand that was wrapped around her body.

“Honey, where are you going?” kenrick asked when he felt that the woman had let go of her embrace and had risen from her position.

“Help me clean my body,” said Kenrick with a teasing smile at Evelyn.

"No. You can do that yourself,” cynical Evelyn with her snort.

“Do what you mean Dear?” ask Kenrick who is still loyal to tease Evelyn. Teasing Evelyn was fun for Kenrick.

"Kenrick, obviously what I mean is to cleanse your body,” Evelyn annoyed. Kenrick chuckled at her pouting face and looked so adorable.

“I can't Darling. Look at my leg hurt how can I walk well?” reniduk Kenrick while showing his legs which are now wrapped in bandages.

"Kenrick you're so smart looking for an opportunity from your condition,” Evelyn annoyed with her insistence.

“That's my forte,” Kenrick said with a laugh while Evelyn just clucked at Kenrick's words.

"Ck, come!” evelyn said she could only give a rough sigh and immediately helped Kenrick to walk in memory of the man's injured leg. Kenrick is really good at finding opportunities in narrowness. Using his condition to manipulate Evelyn.

"You're so heavy, Kenrick,” Evelyn said as she started to get Kenrick to walk to the bathroom and help the man clean his body.

“I'm heavy because muscle is not because of fat,” cocky Kenrick who is actually true. His body is so proportionate.

"Switch basic!” evelyn snorted at Kenrick's confident speech.

The man laughed at the woman's insults. Kenrick is very changeable, even he can laugh just because of the little things Evelyn did. Whatever Evelyn did was funny to Kenrick. He likes everything that has to do with Evelyn,

If the little things other people do can make Kenrick angry, even the opposite with Evelyn.

And after arriving at the bathroom, Evelyn actually helped Kenrick clean his body. But it doesn't just cleanse their bodies. Kenrick with all his modal and manipulative attitudes will certainly ask for more.

Evelyn who was initially upset finally could only accept it. Even when conditions were still not good Kenrick still took advantage of the situation.
