A Son?

Evelyn chose to wash her face and brush her teeth. Prepare to go to sleep. The moment Evelyn came out of the bathroom coincided with that of Kenrick who also entered the room. They sat face to face and Evelyn immediately walked towards the dresser while Kenrick walked towards the walk in closet to pick up her clothes.

“Darling you have prepared all our needs?” kenrick asked after taking a change of clothes for him.

"Already,” said Evelyn.

Evelyn immediately headed to the bed and picked up the book that was on the nightstand. Kenrick went to the bathroom. Until soon the man had returned with only his knee-length pants and joined Evelyn in bed.

“What are you reading?” kenrick asked, turning Evelyn's attention away from the book in her hand, and turning to Kenrick by raising her eyebrows.

"Just a fantasy novel,” Evelyn replied to which Kenrick replied with a nod.

“Didn't you bring clothes? Then why now only wear pants?” evelyn asked confusedly.

“Gerah,” said Kenrick and threw the shirt he had brought towards the sofa. Evelyn who saw this just shook her head.

“Jorok,” said Evelyn who even only makes Kenrick listen to it.

Kenrick took a glance at the novel Evelyn was reading before the man preferred to put his head on her thigh.

"Are you sleepy?” evelyn asked as she gently stroked the top of Kenrick's head. Kenrick closed his eyes enjoying the gentle sweep of Evelyn's hand on his head.

“I just want to enjoy a time like this with you,” said Kenrick who still faithfully closed his eyes. Being in a position like this is very comfortable and Kenrick enjoys it. He wants to continue like being with the woman without anyone else interfering with their relationship.

"Kenrick till when are you gonna postpone the wedding? Do you have a wedding date?” evelyn asks who has now closed her novel and prefers to talk to Kenrick. He doesn't want Kenrick to feel neglected.

“I'm thinking about it Darling. After what happened I don't want it all to happen again. Be patient for a moment,” said Kenrick so gently while looking at Evelyn who was now smiling towards him while stroking her head gently.

"I understand Kenrick. No problem to delay any minute. Anyway I don't want what happened yesterday to happen again,” Evelyn said calmly. There was too much that he had faced since the marriage was to be carried out. Now he hopes there are no more problems and he can get his dream marriage. It didn't matter to Evelyn if she had to wait a little longer.

“So you don't mind if you have to wait a little longer?” ask Kenrick to make sure. Evelyn raised her eyebrows while staring at the man who was now in her lap.

"Can I refuse it?” evelyn asked with an ignorant look at the resolute Kenick who shook his head firmly.

“Certainly can't,” firmly Kenrick made Evelyn laugh to hear him then pinched Kenrick's cheek in a fit of anxiety.

"I thought you wouldn't want to be rejected. Then why are you asking hm?” evelyn asked as she shook her head. Hearing the woman's words Kenrick only chuckled and tightened his embrace on Evelyn's stomach.

Evelyn stroked Kenrick's hair dear. I want Evelyn to be happy like this without any further distractions.

"Kenrick what happened to Ronald?” asked Evelyn who suddenly remembered the man. Since the attack at that time he had not known any information about the man Although Ronald had done evil to them but the man had also been kind to Evelyn. Although it was the kindness of the man that made this mess.

“Why are you asking? Are you worried about him?” kenrick squinted his eyes looking suspiciously at Evelyn. Even the man to release his embrace on Evelyn just looked at the man.

"Of course not. I was just wondering what happened to that man now,” Evelyn explained. He didn't want Kenrick to misunderstand him.

“Entahlah but I am sure my uncle has punished him,” said Kenrick indifferently and then returned to hug the woman. Evelyn shook her head, then ttap stroked the top of Kenrick's head dear. He really likes to play with his hair.

"I hope he won't bother us again,” Evelyn said. He just doesn't want any more intruders in his relationship and hopes Ronald can repent.

Kenrick let go of his embrace and then revealed Evelyn's shirt, making Evelyn surprised to close it back.

"Kenrick what are you doing?” evelyn said with a sharp look at Kenrick who now even pursed his lips to hear the snapping of the woman.

“I'm just wondering if our son has grown up here?” kenrick said with his pursed lips. Evelyn was now so anxious to see Kenrick's expression. Hearing Kenrick's words certainly made Evelyn immediately chuckle, what the man was really thinking.

"What do you think Kenrick is? Don't you want to date me longer? Or is it better we have children soon?” evelyn asked with her eyebrows raised to give Kenrick such a difficult question. Kenrick was silent as if thinking about what he really wanted.

“Yes you are right, I really want to enjoy time alone with you. It's just that if we have children it will not be more exciting. A house this big. It feels so lonely if it's just the two of us. I want a cute and fun-loving kid,” Kenrick said so innocently. The man said it with an adorable expression.

"How many children do you want?” ask Evelyn curiously. Evelyn didn't really want that many kids. He just wants some kids and a happy life with his family.

“As much as possible so that this house is crowded with their laughter,” said Kenrick with his serious face, Evelyn who heard this immediately glared at his eyes.

"If you give birth. You think giving birth is easy?” evelyn asked with a sharp look at Kenrick who now grimaced to see Evelyn's face that looked annoyed.

“You don't have to be angry, honey. I was just kidding. Yes, I really want a lot of kids. It's just that if it makes you sick it's better not to need,” Kenrick said gently. He did not want to be selfish and he had found out if giving birth was so sick.

Kenrick once read that when women give birth can experience pain up to 57 del. This pain is equivalent to 20 bones being broken simultaneously. Though the human body can only withstand pain up to 45 del. Kenrick couldn't imagine how much it hurt to give birth. So he did not want to force Evelyn and make her feel pain. Even if you can, if Evelyn really wants to have children, let her feel the pain.

"Not so Kenrick. We should have some kids. Two may be enough,” Evelyn said soothingly. He obviously wanted children to complete their families.

“Whatever you want Dear,” Kenrick said with a smile. He will accept whatever child Evelyn wants.

"Well then we can have two children. I want to be happy as your mother and wife.  They are a sign of our love,” Evelyn said with her smile.

Evelyn then releases Kenrick's arms and lays her body beside Kenrick. Evelyn hugged Kenrick and closed her eyes to rest. Kenrick first kissed Evelyn's forehead before they entered the dreamland.
