“Cih! you think he's good? If he is a good man. He couldn't have killed my brother!” adamant Kenrick who managed to make Evelyn speechless to hear Kenrick's confession about the reason for hating Ronald.

“What? You mean...He just pretended to be good and will kill me?” evelyn asked trying to contain her shock, even the tone of the woman's voice was now trembling. Kenrick's words really made Evelyn surprised to hear it.

“Do you think I would believe that? “ asked Evelyn trying to laugh even though the end that sounded was a bland laughter full of fear. He really did not expect if the person Evelyn thought was good was just the opposite.

“Looks like you're the jerk! Why should I lie?” kenrick was angry that Evelyn did not believe what she said, and that was like trusting Ronald. Though Kenrick is her future husband but Evelyn actually trusts others, of course it makes Kenrick feel disappointed.

“He really killed my brother!” kenrick said softly when remembering about his brother who is now on the side of God. This is what makes Kenrick so hate Ronald and feel will not forgive the man just like that.

“Ja-so... You really have a sister? And he really killed your brother?” evelyn asked with a curious look also afraid of him. Kenrick now rubbed his face riled up. The anger still surrounds him, there will be no sincerity to lose him. Because he was the one who saw how his brother died.

“I had it before that bastard's man killed him. You don't know how I take care of my brother so much: But he killed him! He's just a selfless bastard! If only my brother were still here. I wouldn't possibly hate him,” Kenrick said wistfully. It was clear that anger was also a disappointment that was clearly visible on the man's face. Evelyn's hand stretched out to hug Kenrick but the man brushed her off and soon rose from his position.

“He used to be my best friend, before he finally broke my trust. And that's why I don't want you to get involved with him. I don't want to lose you the way I lost my brother,” said Kenrick, now unknowingly shedding tears. Evelyn could see the earnestness in those gazes. Dapan Evelyn saw that Evelyn really loved her sister.

But now Evelyn realized, if she did not know much about the man who would be her husband. Evelyn has no idea about Kenrick's family.

“What happened to him?” evelyn asked with a curious look, Evelyn wondered what Ronald had done to Kenrick's brother.

“The bastard impregnated him and did not want to take responsibility. My depressed brother chose to end his life. Now you know why I'm so hard on you?” kenrick asked Evelyn, who was still silent in her place. Kenrick wiped his tears with a caress.

“Kenrick I...” had not had time to finish his words Kenrick even went first with his anger to slam the door hard. Evelyn closed her eyes, quite surprised by the loud sound of the door.

“I am a fool! I shouldn't have interfered in their business. I'm really stupid! You idiot! Stupid!” evelyn said she berated herself who never trusted Kenrick and even more involved in the turmoil of her own problems.

Evelyn ruffled her hair, cried, and fell silent in the room while weeping deeply at Kenrick's words. In such a quiet room, only the sound of Evelyn's crying was so painful.

It was getting dark but there was no sign of Kenrick coming to make Evelyn so worried about the man. Her crying had now subsided, but her eyes could not be lied to, the woman's eyes were so swollen from crying for too long.

“What should I do? I'll look for her,” Evelyn assured herself. Regardless of the clock that has now shown at 12:25 AM. All Evelyn thought about now was Kenrick.

Evelyn immediately rushed to get out and look for the man. Evelyn was just about to go down but in front of her room was Dennis standing guard there.

“Where are you going?” dennis asked as she looked at Evelyn coming out of her room. He was standing guard in front of Evelyn's room because Kenrick had ordered it and heard her crying. Even now Dennis is so sorry to see the state of Evelyn who looks sad with the face of the cause.

“I want to look for Kenrick,” Evelyn said with her voice sounding so weak.

“Better you go back to Madam's room. Mr. is not at home,” said Dennis gently, he became unbearable to be hard and flat on Evelyn. Even though he was only 23 years old, the man was so mature and good. Dennis was the son of a confidant of Kenrick's father to make Kenrick now also trust Dennis.

“Where does he go?” evelyn asked with a serious look at Dennis. Evelyn is now increasingly made to worry because Kenrick has not gone home even though the day is getting night.

Evelyn bit her finger and went back to the room to pick up the phone, calling Kenrick. Evelyn took her phone looking for Kenrick's number and called him. But there was no sign that the man would answer.

“Where is that man? Just know to worry,” Evelyn said with her grunts.

Evelyn finally gave up calling Kenrick after the thirtyth call. Evelyn decided to wait for the man to come home.

In other places now the sound of music that is so loud playing so energetically makes the listeners feel unable to ignore the music. The smell of alcohol that is so stinging even makes the residents more excited to enjoy the atmosphere at the club that night.

Kenrick is now sitting on one of the couches that are there enjoying his drink with a woman who is now at his side seducing Kenrick by showing his beautiful body.

“Master are we just staying here?” asked the woman in a teasing tone, even now the woman had courageously sat on Kenrick's lap. Kenrick was not angry at all and still enjoyed his drink.

“Just do what makes you like,” said Kenrick firmly that makes the woman finally choose to surrender and enjoy the body over Kenrick.

Kenrick put down his drink and asked the woman to stand up immediately making the woman immediately smile happily because she felt that Kenrick would take her to a more private place.

“We just go to my mansion,” said Kenrick who actually lost consciousness. The woman was of course happy that Kenrick would take her to Kenrick's residence. Who would resist the charm of such a well-respected handsome and well-established man?

Even many women are willing to queue up just for Kenrick.
