Whispering whispers were also the gazes of many eyes that were looking towards Evelyn as well as Kenrick continued to accompany their steps. Along the way the couple walked in the office corridor many were staring at them with various gazes.

“Is there a meeting schedule today?” kenrick asked after getting out of the elevator and took Evelyn by the hand to walk towards her room.

Steve in front of him now opens his iPad. Kenrick's personal bodyguard is now also a secretary and Kenrick's assistant to replace Sean's duties. They did have to change positions during Kenrick's stay in New York.

Their work is increasing. While the main director who used to handle the company now held by Kenrick was sent to Las Vegas to help Sean or Steve.

Kenrick's possessive attitude seems to be getting worse. The man's face is no longer even friendly.

“So, are you guys going?” asked Steve when he saw the atmosphere of the room that felt so strange.

Evelyn chooses to be indifferent and ordinary without knowing that her husband is jealous and Kenrick who is now experiencing jealousy.

“Iya!” and that call came from Kenrick who also answered along with Evelyn.

Now they look at each other. With Kenrick who showed his frustration and Evelyn who showed his confused face.

“Why should it come?” evelyn asked now looking at Kenrick question markingly.

“Aren't we going to check up at ten?” evelyn asked raising her brow next to a puzzled one.

“I don't know when the meeting will end what if we're late?” ask Kenrick who has a point. Evelyn nodded her head.

“Alright Sir,” said Steve who can only nod his head. After that he immediately came out of Kenrick's room after saying goodbye to his boss.

“So why should we come?” evelyn asked, raising her eyebrows, looking at her husband with a serious look at Kenrick.

“Just appreciate?! Anyway why don't you come?” asked Kenrick with a look against him.

Evelyn who heard Kenrick's answer just clucked. Even the man's answer sounded unconvincing. Evelyn clearly knew what the man wanted to do until he came to the Karel family event.

“Even your answer sounds dubious. Partly I also did not want to come just do not want to mess up the event with your jealousy,” said Evelyn explained that now makes Kenrick walk towards Evelyn and stand in front of the woman.

“Yes, yes yes,” said Kenrick indifferently and now walking back to his desk to finish his job immediately while Evelyn now chooses to play her phone while waiting for Kenrick to work.
