Kenrick's request

Kenrick now looked at Evelyn with a pleading gaze, but Evelyn just stared flatly at Kenrick. At the moment Kenrick is begging him not to come for a meeting outside the city or he wants Evelyn to come with him. Evelyn, however, forbids him and asks Kenrick to go alone.

“Come darling. I can ask Sean to represent me,” said Kenrick with a pleading gaze to Evelyn who is now directly answered with a firm ring by Evelyn.

“No. You have to work. It's been two days you just chain at home and watch over me,” Evelyn said as she stroked Kenrick's head which was now on her thigh. Kenrick is now resting his body with Evelyn's thigh as his pillow.

“Then come with me,” said Kenrick who was again answered with Evelyn's arm.

“No Kenrick. I was pregnant. You know I get tired so easily,” Evelyn said as she brushed Kenrick's hair with her fingers.

Kenrick breathed a rough breath and chose to face Evelyn's stomach and then kissed her several times.

“Quick get out boy, Daddy has to work while inviting your Mommy,” said Kenrick while stroking Evelyn's stomach and inviting her son to talk. As if he knew what his father said. The child in Evelyn's womb kicked so hard that it even made Evelyn grimace because of her.

“Lookatlah he did not accept because you said like that,” said Evelyn while stroking her stomach that was kicked by her son. Kenrick who saw it chuckled.

“You disagree?” asked Kenrick who this time stroked Evelyn's stomach and again her son kicked so hard.

“You want to take Mommy from Daddy?” ask Kenrick again who likes to tease his son. Evelyn who though feeling sick but he was happy because his son was so active in there.

“Stop Kenrick, my stomach hurts so much,” Evelyn said after her son kicked again because of Kenrick's question. Hearing Evelyn's complaint, Kenrick only answered her with a grin.

“Sayang. You really don't want to check the gender of our son?” ask Kenrick who I don't know how many times. Indeed, since the last time the USG and doctors asked them to return a week later for the examination Evelyn actually refused to know the sex of her child.

“No. I want to make it a surprise, though,” Evelyn said with a smile that made Kenrick exhale but finally still he nodded his head to hear the words of his woman because he did not want to refuse Evelyn's request.

“But I'm sure he's a man,” said Kenrick, who made Evelyn raise her eyebrows to hear Kenrick's predictions that she knew where.

“How did you know?” evelyn asked, staring confusedly at Kenrick who was now staring at Evelyn with a smug smile.

“Because the kick is so strong,” said Kenrick who now actually makes Evelyn laugh at the reason of the male prediction.

“You are so silly Kenrick,” Evelyn said with a laugh while Kenick now stares flatly at his wife,

“Trust me,” said Kenrick with certainty, looking at Evelyn with a serious gaze that only Evelyn retorted with a nod.

“Suah to you. Indeed you want a boy?” evelyn asked with her questioning gaze.

Kenrick was now seen thinking while stroking Evelyn's stomach so gently. It felt like there was comfort to Kenrick as he stroked his wife's stomach. Feeling so happy because finally his waiting will soon be treated with the presence of his son.

Kenrick is still thinking about how things will go. It was as if he wanted to have careful planning for his family life in the future. Kenrick is the type of person who is so well-planned.

“Indeed how many children do you want right?” evelyn asked as she raised her eyebrows to look at Kenrick with a questionable look.

“Whatever you want. I don't want to burden you Eve. It's just that I want a lot of kids to keep our mansion buzzing with their laughter, though,” said Kenrick smiled so widely thinking about how his mansion which is usually only crowded with servants and guards will be crowded with his children as well as Evelyn.

It must have been so soothing and so pleasant. He wanted to have a lot of children quickly.

“One day there will definitely be a time of his dear,” Evelyn said as she stroked the top of Kenrick's head who now answered her with a nod.

“Already. Better now you rest. Aren't you leaving tomorrow morning?” ask Evelyn who now even makes Kenrick exhale rough.

“Darling, I really have to go?” kenrick asked with a sad look that only Evelyn answered with a nod.

“I don't want us to argue over this anymore. So you better get some rest and I'll pack your stuff,” Evelyn said as she moved Kenrick's head onto the pillow.

Kenrick breathed in rough air and now chose to straighten up and looked at Evelyn who now looked so busy picking up her suitcase and Kenrick's clothes.

“Sayan,” call Kenrick who is now ignored by Evelyn. She knew Kenrick would now just beg her not to leave so she would rather ignore him and focus on her own activities.

Kenrick got out of bed and walked up to Evelyn and hugged Evelyn from behind. Evelyn, who was tidying up Kenrick's suitcase, immediately let go of Kenick's embrace.

“You're only going for Kenrick tomorrow. You just calm down. I'll be fine. I can take care of myself if you're worried because of that,” Evelyn said as she wrapped her hand around Kenrick's neck.

Kenrick exhaled violently then lowered his head and rested on the top of Evelyn. Evelyn stroked Kenrick's head.

“I'm so worried. Well tomorrow I'll go with Maxi so you can be watched by Sean and Steve here,” said Kenrick who made Evelyn nod at Kenrick's words.

As soon as Evelyn gets terror for the second time, Kenrick never leaves Evelyn because he is too worried about her.

“Alright darling. Just set it to your liking,” Evelyn said while hugging Kenrick and stroking the top of Kenrick's head dear.

After his present Kenrick helps Evelyn to tidy up the items that he will carry. When they finished, they decided to rest.
