After being treated for two days to recover his health finally Evelyn was able to go home. Evelyn was of course happy that there was no need to inhale the smell of such a harsh medicine.

But just as Evelyn was preparing to go home, suddenly the door of her room opened and exposed Sean with a worried face.

“Evelyn are you okay?” Sean walked up to Evelyn and hugged her so tightly that Evelyn was surprised but not spared Evelyn also returned her embrace. Both of his friends who witnessed this were confused by Sean's presence.

They don't know who Sean is. And they don't think Sean is Kenrick, because Kenrick's face they see in magazines or on television is clearly different from the face in front of him which is none other than Sean.

"I'm fine Sean,” Evelyn said with a soothing smile towards Sean after they let go of their embrace. Hearing Evelyn's words, the man breathed a sigh of relief.

“You worry me,” Sean said with a worried look at Evelyn that Evelyn only responded with a soothing smile.

"Relax, I'm fine. Why are you even here? Does Kenrick know you're here?” evelyn asks worried if Kenrick knows where she is. For now, he is not ready to meet the man.

“No. But Kenrick's looking for you and he already knows I'm in New York.  You know Kenrick was so angry when he found out you ran away. He told everyone to look for you. Lucky for Kenrick's subordinates to find you in your apartment with the others. They didn't find you, ” said Sean, who didn't want to tell Evelyn that Kenrick almost killed her and locked her up. He didn't want Evelyn to feel guilty about him.

Evelyn who heard it helped breathe a sigh of relief because at least for now Evelyn could be free from the man.

"He still thinks of me?” evelyn asked so cynically. He thought Kenrick would forget about him and be busy with Razita who he cared about all this time.

“You know he's like crazy when you ask everyone to look for you,” Sean explained again.

“I'm sorry Evelyn. Unable to hide you well,” regrets Sean for only a few days but Kenrick has found Evelyn.

Evelyn only answered him with a nod because Evelyn could imagine how the man would react when he found out he was missing. And he doesn't blame Sean because he knows Sean did everything right. It's just that Kenrick is so good at it.

“No problem Sean, I know you've done your best. Being free of Kenrick for three days has been so lucky for me. When I ran away with Ronald not even a matter of hours he had found me,”, Evelyn said with her coolness trying to melt the atmosphere. Sean exhaled his coarse breath while nodding his head.

"And how did you know I was here?” evelyn asked with a flustered raise next to her eyebrows. If Kenrick's subordinates can't find him, then how can Sean find him?

“I was very worried about you so I secretly put a wiretap on your HP. And you know how worried I was when I found out you were in the hospital,” Sean said. Seeing Sean's face showing worry made Evelyn chuckle. He knew Sean cared about him.

"You calm down I'm fine, but I don't know if you're more possessive than Kenrick to the point of putting a tracker on my phone,” Evelyn said with a probing look at Sean. Sean glared at Evelyn not accepting the woman's words and Evelyn just chuckled at it. Funny with Sean's expression. Sometimes it's funny for him if it turns out that man who is so flat and thoughtless he can ignore.

"Ah yes Sean introduce them is my best friend,” said Evelyn when remembering now they are not only two but there are two friends who are now just silently watching them. Livi and Ivey approached Sean and Evelyn with their smiles. Then extend your hands to get to know each other.

“Thank you for looking after him,” Sean said sincerely.

“No need to hesitate Sir, Evelyn is our friend,” Livi said in response. The woman's gaze from earlier continued to be directed at Sean's handsome face.

“So why did you get to be in the hospital?” asked Sean who this time had reverted his attention to Evelyn. Evelyn's two best friends even shook her head to see how attentive the man was to Evelyn. And as if to assume there's only Evelyn there.

"I'm just exhausted,” said Evelyn who still didn't want to tell Sean what happened. Not believing in Sean. Even though Sean has helped him, Sean is still a subordinate of Kenrick who is so loyal. Who knows if Sean will finally tell Kenrick.

“You're sure there's nothing else?” sean asked with a probing look at Evelyn who was now biting her lips trying to hold back the nervousness.

“Evelyn is pregnant,” said Livi who wants to chat a lot with Sean but by toppling her best friend.

Hearing Livi's words, Evelyn immediately turned to the girl with glaring eyes, while Sean was surprised to hear it and Livi only answered with a grin.

“You're serious?” sean asked Evelyn who was in front of him. Instead of asking for clarity on who says now Sean instead refocused on Evelyn. Evelyn simply replied with a nod.

"I just don't want you to tell Kenrick,” Evelyn honestly expressed her fear.

“But Kenrick should know it,” Sean said firmly.

"No Sean please! I don't want to go back to him or he's taking my son. I can take care of her myself,” Evelyn said with a pleading gaze on Sean to comply with her request once again.

“But he needs a father figure,” Sean told Evelyn. Sean could have accepted the child as his son and acquired Evelyn, but he still thought of his Master. He is such a loyal subordinate. But if Evelyn really can't be with Kenrick. He was willing to replace the man.

"Sean please I can be both a mother and a father,” Evelyn said again so begging Sean. For now he really doesn't want to go back to Kenrick.

“You think you can hide this forever from him? He should know about his heir. Sooner or later without you even telling me he will definitely know.” Sean said so firmly. To tell Evelyn who Kenrick really is.

Evelyn who heard this sighed, knowing that the answer was 'no'. Because after all Kenrick is a person with a lot of connections.

"I don't care about it later, just now I don't want to tell him. I'll do it if I can. I'll hide my son anywhere!” evelyn firmly still with her stubborn attitude. Both of Evelyn's best friends could only shake their heads at the stubbornness of her best friend.

“Then what if someday. Kenrick found your replacement and he knows about this kid. Are you sure you can hold him back from taking your son?” sean asked sarcastically. And he did not want if in the end Evelyn regretted her actions and felt sad because of the loss of her child. He just didn't want to make Evelyn feel sad. Sean does like Evelyn but he does not want to be selfish because he knows Evelyn is happy in Kenrick and he wants Evelyn to be happy even if not with him.

Evelyn was silent at Sean's words that had a point. And that would scare him if it happened. But how did Evelyn get back to Kenrick? He still can't.

"At least for now you don't have to tell him,” Evelyn said with her request. It still takes time to recover.

“All right I understand. You can go home now, right?” ask Sean. Evelyn simply replied with a nod.

“Let me take you to your apartment,” invite Sean who immediately Evelyn reply with a sleigh.

"No Sean, I'll stay at Livi.”'s house Evelyn turned towards Livi who was replied with a nod by the woman. Evelyn accidentally chose Livi's house because in the girl's house there were only a few servants and guards because her parents were so busy working and rarely came home.

“Alright I will take you,” stressed Sean as if he did not receive a rebuttal.

“Thank you Sir,” Livi said with a sweet smile. But Sean did not answer even the man just glanced at Livi, making Livi gawk with a cold and indifferent attitude of the man. Ivey tried to hold back his laughter.
