Chapter 20: The New CEO
Megan stepped foot into the production section.
"Good morning Mrs Megan." greet some friendly employees.
"Good morning," Megan replied kindly. He accidentally saw the name tag of an employee, his lips curled with a smile.
"I miss my little niece. Your names are the same" Megan said. The employee of the man simply smiled.
"Miss Megan, can I ask for your help" added Production Manager Alvino.
"Oh. of course, sir. What can I help you with" Megan replied.
"Can you deliver this file to the CEO's office? my stomach is in trouble. I forgot my breakfast from home. My heartburn relapsed, ", said Alvino, holding back the pain in his heart.
"Of course Sir. You better eat right now. In the future don't forget to eat breakfast sir," Megan said, taking over the file from Alvino's hands.
"Thank you Miss Megan" said Alvino.

The elevator door opened, arriving on the 20th floor. Megan took a deep breath walking towards the door that read CEO room. Megan was nervous, however, it was the first time she would meet in person with the CEO. Yesterday he only saw Addison a few times in Cafeteria.
"Tock.tock..." Megan knocked on the door.
"Come in.." said someone in a flat voice.
Megan walked in and closed the door carefully. As she turned her back, how shocked Megan was to see the man sitting in the CEO's chair. Dexter, yes Dexter was there.
"Pak__" Dexter gave Megan the code to stay still and pointed her hand at the sofa, so that Megan would sit there. With a heavy heart, Megan walked towards the sofa and sat down. His head was filled with many questions. Megan glanced at Dexter who was talking to someone from his laptop.
"Why are you quiet, mommy doesn't want to know, tonight you have to come with my granddaughter for dinner" Clarence said.
"I'll work on it mom." Dexter replied.
"Mommy doesn't want to hear an uncertain answer" Clarence said.
The curious Megan sends a message to Beatrix.
⁇ ️ Why is Mr Dexter in the CEO's room?
⁇ ️ *Pak Dexter has returned as CEO again since 3 days ago. Previously, Mr. Addison had only replaced him for a few years. I don't know why Mr. Dexter suddenly took up office again in this company (Beatrix).

"Stop playing with your women" Clarence said angrily. A surprised Megan heard Clarence's slightly louder voice staring at Dexter who seemed to be wanting to end their conversation. But what can be done, the woman is her mommy.
"Mommy is sick of hearing news about you that every 2 or 3 months has changed again. Mommy hope you're serious. Children need a mother beside them" Clarence said naggingly to his son.
"Yes. yes mom. Couldn't mommy don't nag. Mommy looks ugly from here," Dexter concluded laughing at the pouting face of his mommy.
"Hey.. don't laugh at mommy, think about what mommy said earlier, mommy wants you to get married soon and give us another grandchild" Clarence concluded.
"Mommy take it easy, I'm approaching my daughter-in-law" Dexter said, staring at Megan, who was also staring at him. Megan immediately shifted her eyes.
