Chapter 67: Megan's Old Man's Home
In the afternoon, Dexter takes his two children with Megan to Megan's parents' house. They are currently on their way to Megan's parents' house and plan to stay there.
Soon they arrive in front of Megan's parents' house. They got out of the car.
"Let's go, baby." take Megan and hold Amber and Archer's hands.
Megan opens the door and sees her father Harold playing a toy horse in the living room. Alma and Freya watch TV.
"Mom. dad.." said Megan made the four people in the living room look at her.
"Aunty.." cried Aron let go of his toy and ran up to Megan, then hugged the woman's leg. Aron misses Megan, during this summer vacation, Megan rarely meets him.
"Hey.. Amber, Archer and uncle." said Aron waving his hand.
"Hi Aron." replied the two children before running over to Alma and Harold.
"How are you," asked Megan lowered her head, aligning her body with Aron's.
"Good aunty. Aron misses aunty. Aunty's staying here right," Aron said, staring at Megan's face.
"Aunty misses my handsome niece too" Megan said, peeping at Aron's cheek.
"Just relax, we'll stay here" Megan said, holding Aron's hand as she walked closer to the living room.
"Please sit down, son." Harold told Dexter.
"Why didn't you tell mommy you were coming" asked Alma. At least Alma made something to welcome them.
"Jeez mom. since when did Megan have to say first if you want to come to Megan's parents' house alone," Megan said staring strangely at Alma.
"If you are ordinary. The problem is that you don't come alone. You brought mommy grandchildren and mommy-to-be ghosts too. Mommy is not prepared to welcome the grandchildren of this mommy," said Alma kissed Amber on her lap.
"Ahh. It seems like my rival will increase again in this house dad. Looks like the youngest in this house is about to change. Her grandchildren are the youngest now dad." said Megan pursed her lips. Pretending jealous. Then everyone laughed.
"You're still a bad boy daddy kok Sweety." Harold told his daughter.
"Daddy is the best." Megan replied.
"Sister..how's my niece here doing." asked Megan rubbed Freya's big belly.
"He's fine. Two more months sister will give birth," replied Freya.
"I can't wait to carry her like Aron used to. Cute little baby, and did not feel the tiny baby was already this big," concluded Megan rubbed Aron's head hair.
"Whoa.. wah..what is this event, why is your house rame mom.." said Edward who had just returned from the police station. Even he still wears his work uniform because after returning home from work, he immediately stopped at his parents' house because he believed his wife and child were at his parents' house.
"Oh he's coming." said Edward in a dislike tone. The man then took a sitting position next to his wife and kissed Freya's lips then stared intently at Dexter who was also looking at her as if they were at eye war. Dexter certainly doesn't care much about Edward not liking him. Because the most important thing for her was that Megan loved her and her future father-in-law accepted.
Harold just exhaled, looking at his son who was not very fond of Dexter. Even Edward once told Harold to keep Megan away from Dexter because Dexter thought Dexter was not good for Megan. But Harold thought, Dexter's a good guy so far. No one knows if Dexter contacted her several times and always said that Dexter was really serious about Megan. Dexter had also told her the man's past.
