Chapter 53: The Rewards
Megan meets the kids in the back garden who are with Dexter.
"Mommy came." whispered Dexter, the man told his two children that Megan was already his lover. Both of his sons were very happy.
"Archers... Amber. The food is ready" Megan said, inviting the two children. The two ran over to Megan.
"I wasn't invited." said Dexter pointing at him.
"It turns out you can be hungry as well." concluded Megan ketus grabbed both hands of the twins and stepped foot into the kitchen.
"I'm also a human dear.." countered Dexter walking following them from behind.
Upon arrival in the dining room, Megan helps Amber and Archer sit on a chair.
"Mom's... Amber wants to be bribed with mommy," said Amber. Megan then nodded.
"Archer is mom, too" Archer said.
"Yes son." Megan took Risotto back into her plate and added mushrooms and chicken to the topping.
Megan sits between Amber and Archer, takes a scoop of the still-hot Risotto and blows it off first before feeding Amber and Archer.
"Why haven't you eaten yet?" asked Archer who accidentally saw Dexter just silently staring at them.
"Nobody took his food for daddy" Dexter said with a sad look. Megan glanced at the man and sighed. Megan then put her plate on the table.
"It's a while, dear." said Megan standing and serving Risotto on Dexter's plate.
"Thanks Sweetheart .." Dexter concluded receiving a plate containing Risotto from Megan's hand. The four then continued their lunch.
In the afternoon, Megan says goodbye to Archer and Amber because she wants to go home.
"Honey. mom go home first, yes," said Megan kneeling, aligning her height with the children.
"But very quickly, mom," said Amber.
Megan spread out her arms, Amber and Archer hugged Megan. The two boys kissed Megan on the cheek.
Megan took off her arms from the children, "mom came home baby." said Megan waving her hand.

In the car, Megan and Dexter are quiet. Megan had been staring at the scene outside from behind the windshield. Dexter glanced at Megan for a moment.
One hand moved touching Megan's hand which was above the woman's thigh. The reflex made Megan turn her gaze down, seeing Dexter rub his hand.
"I think I'm much more attractive to look at than the scenery outside" Dexter said, pulling Megan's hand and gently tucking her in.
The man looked at the street. Megan's eyes rounded and pulled her hand from Dexter's.
"Ck. was overconfident" Megan said.
"Thank you for the compliment dear.." Dexter replied with a smile. Megan preferred silence. Because if it continues it means nothing. The man next to her always had an answer.
Soon the two arrive in front of Megan's apartment building. Dexter turns off his car and gets off ahead of Megan. Dexter then opens the door for Megan.
"Thank you." said Megan carrying her bag.
"I can't pay for driving you home" Dexter said.
Megan seemed to furrow both of her brows, "are you not sincerely escorting me?" ask Megan.
"Who says I'm not sincere.If you were someone else, I wouldn't ask for anything in return. Besides, the reward I'm referring to isn't money. But. ahh already. You should just go in" Dexter said with a sour face, not continuing his words. Megan is insensitive to him.
Dexter then resigned, as he was about to open the car door his hand was held by someone.
"Is this enough." said Megan, then kissed Dexter's cheek. With a quick step Megan walked away from the shocked Dexter. As if I couldn't believe what just happened. Megan doesn't know why she suddenly did it.
"I love you dear." said Dexter strongly. Megan was stunned for a moment to hear Dexter's voice. He looked around, fortunately not many.
