My Killer Lecturer's

My Killer Lecturer's
Testimony

I don't know how long the journey I've been on. Tired of the whack has made me sleep. Until finally, a gentle shudder on my shoulder woke me up.

“We have arrived, Miss,” said a person wearing a police uniform.

I covered my face with both palms to collect the rest of the lives that were still flying. Looks like the cop understands that my life hasn't been collected. He allowed me to stay in the car for a moment.

“I go first. You can follow after feeling ready to testify to the events you just witnessed,”, the police said.

After seeing me nod, the policeman left.

I back up my back. My eyes closed, the shadow of the tragedy I had just experienced, flashed back through my mind. I was confused, why was the Fatwa at the scene? And then Anneu and bang Rizal? How is he doing at the moment? The ravine is so deep, can they survive?

Huff!

My breath is getting heavy. I never understood, somehow so many tragedies I had to experience in living this life. For a moment, Maira's shadow flashed through my mind. My God, it's unfortunate that the little girl's fate if her parents can't be saved.

When I opened my eyes and was about to get out of the car, a policeman came back to me.

“Please excuse me, Ma'am. The commander is waiting for Ma'am in his room. Can you give me a description now?” ask the cop.

I'm nodding. A moment later, I got out of the back seat of the car.

“Let me deliver, Ma'am!” bargain the cop as soon as I see I'm out of the car.

“Alright, Sir,” I replied.

With one of the police officers ushered in, I headed to the local police commander's room.

Wh-tok-tok!

The policeman who was driving me started knocking on the commander's door.

“Log in!” someone's orders from within.

The policeman pressed the door handle and opened it. For a moment he saluted his commander.

“Report, Ndan! Witness is ready to testify,” the police said.

The commander smiled. “Good, thank you. You can go back to work now,” said Mr. Commander who I read in his name tag named Adwira.

“Please sit!” said Mr. Adwira while pointing to the chair in front of his desk.

I nodded, then followed her orders to sit in that chair.

“With Miss?” ask Mr. Adwira.

“Octora Resttyani,” I replied.

“Good. Hmm, quite a unique name, yes. Approximately, I should call what?” ask Mr. Adwira.

“Call Resti only, Sir.” I answered back.

“Ah, yes. Beautiful name,” he continued.

I just smiled faintly at Mr. Adwira's words. I knew if he was trying to melt the mood, so I wouldn't be too tense in giving testimony.

“Can we start, Miss Resti?” ask Mr. Adwira.

I go back to nod. At a glance, Mr. Adwira glanced at his men who were given the task of recording the testimony that I was about to say. After getting a nod from his men, Mr. Adwira began to ask.

“So Miss Resti, can you tell me how the chronology happened?” ask Mr. Adwira.

“That afternoon, just as I was about to enter the house, Anneu suddenly came. Day ....”

I told you in detail what I experienced. Starting from the arrival of Anneu who suddenly took me to the forest, the shooting of Fatwa until the fall of Anneu and Rizal bang into the ravine. Everything I told you without anyone missing.

“If you may know, what is your relationship with Mr Rizal?” ask Mr. Adwira.

“Then, why can you be at home sir Rizal?” ask Mr. Adwira again.

“Actually, I ...”

This time I told him about the beginning of why I was in this city. Also in detail, I recounted the kidnapping and captivity done by bang Rizal to me.

“Wait a minute! Is it possible that you, is the person who was reported missing since three months ago?” the police who recorded my testimony.

The policeman opened his desk drawer and took out a pamphlet that appeared to contain photos of missing persons. Smiles also rose in both corners of the police lips.

“It turns out to be true, you are a resident of Sukaresik city who was declared missing since a few months ago,” muttered the police.

I was so shocked to hear the fact that my family had been reporting my loss. Tears began to melt without excuse, hearing my family's efforts to make pamphlets to find my whereabouts.

“Is that true?” ask Mr. Adwira while asking for pamphlets that are being held by his men.

I'm nodding. Mr. Adwira alternately looked at me and the photo in the pamphlet.

“Quick you call his family, Roy. Tell them if we've found the daughter they're looking for,” Pak Adwira orders his men.

The man named Roy nodded. Soon after, he dialed the phone number listed in the pamphlet.

“It seems, you are already very exhausted. Let me order my men to take you to a special room" said Mr. Adwira.

“Wait, Sir! May I ask you something?” tanyaku, who honestly still feels strange with the presence of police in the CTF.

“Please, Miss,” replied Mr. Adwira.

“Honestly, I'm curious. How can a police team come to the scene on time? Did Ida report the incident when I was taken away by Anneu?” my many.

“Ida?” Mr. Adwira asked back while scrunched his forehead.

“Ida, she is a housekeeping assistant who is at the house bang Rizal. Incidentally, he also watched on as I was forcefully taken by Anneu,” I replied.

“Hmm, actually we did get the report.but not from a person named Ida, but Mr Fatwa?” said Mr. Adwira.

“Fatwa?” now it is my turn to frown because I do not understand the words of Mr. Adwira.

“Begini, Miss. Three days ago, Mr. Fatwa came here to give a report if he suspected the state of a Villa located about an hour from here. Unfortunately, he had no solid evidence, so we found it difficult to move. Last afternoon, at around 15:15, he called us and said the latest condition of the villa. He said he saw his friend being taken by a woman and she was chasing him. He also activated the GPS of his phone, making it easier for us to search. And ... arrived we in the forest,” Pak Adwira replied at length.

I just listened to the police commander's answer. And, back to the Fatwa who had saved me. He even lost his life to protect me. Why I never appreciated his love. He has always been my guardian angel.

Again, the tears are getting worse. The shadow of Fatwa being carried into the ambulance, came back to light. O Lord ... How is the state of the Fatwa today? Please, save him? Don't come, I can't thank him. Don't come, I can't repay all his kindness. Please, give us a second chance to take care of each other.

“Can I see Fatwa, Sir?” I asked Mr. Adwira.

“Hmm, you should rest first while waiting for the arrival of your family. Do not worry too much Mr. Fatwa, he is already in the right place at this time,” said Mr. Adwira.

“Then, how about Rizal and Anneu bang?” ask again.

“I'll let you know if there are recent developments,” replied Mr. Adwira.

After a few minutes, a policewoman entered Mr. Adwira's room.

“Excuse me, Ndan!” sapana.

“Briptu Quina, please take Miss Resti to the waiting room to meet with her family,” Pak Adwira orders to the policewoman.

“Siap, carry out!” said it. “Let's come with me, Mom!” continued.

I smiled at him. A moment later, I immediately got out of my chair and started following the policewoman.
