My Killer Lecturer's

My Killer Lecturer's
Anxiety of a Mother

"Assalamu'alaikum, Brother! Is Brother asleep?" Mom's greetings and questions suddenly awakened me from the daydreams of Fatwa and Yudhis.

"Wa'alaikumsalam! No, Ma!" my answer.

"Can Mama come in?" ask mama again.

"Ish, Mama ... just enter, cook mo enter his daughter's room must ask permission all," I said.

Clamps!

The door opened, and the graceful woman I had always admired walked over to the bed. He then sat down on the edge of the bed.

"Sister, can you ask me something?" ask my mother softly.

I looked at him in wonder. "Why ask permission, Ma. Ask as you please, Mama. If you can answer, of course you will answer," I said as I lay my head on Mama's lap.

"Yes, Son. Mama just does not want to disturb your privacy," said Mama while gently rubbing my head.

"What's Mama mo nanya, anyway?" I asked my mother back. Every now and then I glance at my phone to check whatsapp messages I just sent to Yudhis.

"Are you having trouble with son Yudhis, brother?" ask my mom slowly.

I was surprised to hear my mother's question. For a moment I thought, why does my mother ask me that? What is really bothering my mom right now? I know very well what mother's nature is. He would not ask if nothing important was bothering him.

I got up and sat down in front of my mom. For a moment I stared at the two clear-looking eyeballs of my mother. Somehow, I feel, it seems to be stored so much sadness there. For a moment I took my breath and grabbed Mama's hand. "What's really going on, Ma? Why did Mom ask like that? What are you worried about with your brother Yudhis's relationship? Is there something in your heart?" I nodded my mother with a question.

It was as if my mother took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. He squeezed my fingers. "Come on, Brother .. It's just, Mama feels like Yudhis's son is changing. Is it possible because he rarely comes here, huh?" ask my mom again.

I smile. "Now Yudhis has become an important man, Ma. Surely he's getting busy, so he doesn't have time to play around like he used to." I tried to calm my mother's heart by saying that the busyness that hit Yudhis will certainly take up a lot of time.

In fact, if I can be honest .. I feel the same way. Let alone to meet, to just reply to chat, mas Yudhis also rarely do it. As at this time, the chat I sent from afternoon, until night was already this late, still tick two blue, without any reply from mas Yudhis.

"That's what you're worried about, brother. Busyness will make your relationship tenuous. Let alone the newly bonded fiancee, who is already bound by the law of marriage, busyness can destroy the sacred promises they make. And Mama couldn't stop that bad thought, sister," said the mother slightly tensely.

I frowned, "I mean Mama?" my question, wonder.

Mama was shocked. Perhaps, he had unintentionally revealed his heartbreak all this time. "Please, Brother. My mother didn't mean anything. Already, forget about the words of Mama," said mama, trying to dodge my question.

"What's up, Ma? Just say! There must be something troubling you, right?" my guess.

Mama took her breath. "You remember Bu Yani, don't you?" ask mama.

Yes, Ms. Yani was one of Mama's friends while still sitting on the Junior High School bench. Although it is old, but my mother's force is still actively reunion. Defeated my own army. My mom and I are alumni from the same school.

"You know that Bu Yani's son-in-law is a company leader? What's his name, sister, who is si-si-o what the hell, brother, if the language of young people now?" ask my mommy.

"CEOS?" timpal.

"Well, that. His son-in-law is also a CEO. And, after being appointed CEO, his busy life grew so much that he did not have time for his children and wife. But, a few days ago, Ms. Yani told me that suddenly her daughter was suing for divorce from her husband. And now they're separated." Mom started telling stories.

"Astaghfirullahaladzim, Ma'am Mayang divorced? B-but why, Ma?" my question, surprise.

"His husband was caught cheating on him with his secretary" replied Mama.

I was more and more stunned to hear Mama's answer. Back I grabbed the hand that had started to wrinkle it. "Is it because of that, Mama questioned the relationship of Brother and sister Yudhis?" my many.

Mama nodded. "Yes, Brother. Mom is worried about your relationship. What's more, when Mama found out that it wasn't Yudhis's son who picked you up at the airport. But even your lecturer who delivered, Mama is getting anxious, sister," said Mama.

Huh, of course mas Yudhis will not pick me up, my people never go to Bandung. Ah, Ma .. if Mama knew if for almost a week, I was held captive by the mad lecturer. Not the same workshop as him! my grumbling in my heart.

But I was astonished too. Did Yudhis never contact me? Supposedly, if he contacted me and found out if I was difficult to contact, he would definitely look for my whereabouts through mama. Or maybe .. the sedeng lecturer had said I was a workshop too, so that Yudhis did not worry about my situation. Aargh, dizzy! my inner.

"Mama don't worry. Sister-in-law Yudhis relationship is fine. Mas Yudhis rarely goes home, but we always communicate, really!" I said a little lie. Forgive me God .. but I don't want to make my mama worry anymore.

"Yes, hopefully, brother. Yes already ... It's late at night. Go sleep! You must not sleep regularly during training in Bandung," said mama.

I just smiled and heard Mom say. Yes Ma, I can't sleep well, but not because of the workshop assignment, but because of the crazy lecturer! I murmured in my heart.

After my mother left the room, I rubbed my phone screen again. The whatsapp messages I sent were still the same color, blue! But I don't know why my future husband won't return my message. I waited almost 5 hours. He didn't have 10 seconds to reply to my message. Ish, what are you doing, mas? Is that as busy as you are, not having time to reply to messages? I murmured in my heart.

With a bad heart, I threw my phone at me. I started to plop down and put my face on the pillow. For a moment, my mother's anxiety started to affect me. Could it be that Yudhis has changed?

Suddenly, my phone rang. I got up and grabbed him from the bed.

"Hallo! Mas! Where have you been? Why don't you call me?"

Tut-tut-tut!
