Chapter 1: Reincarnation

The rain of thunderstorms was so heavy, followed by thunderous flashes of lightning. A scent of blood was erased as a result of the heavy rain. Behind the quiet alley piled 11 corpses of people who were neatly cut. A sound of footprints faintly sounded away from the area. The lightning flash seemed so bright that it revealed a shadow of the man holding the sword in his right hand.

Sirens were heard and many footsteps headed towards the location. There were countless policemen who looked alert and checked around.

"He did it again .. killer of criminals," muttered one of the policemen.

"We should how? It's true that the one who was killed was a criminal, but murder is still murder" said another police officer.

News of him spread of an assassin who only targeted criminals. On a cold night in an apartment, a high school student is watching the news on television about the murder case.

"Haft~ this news again .. hasn't this been over a year? Why are they still broadcasting this news? Are they bored?" he muttered in annoyance.

Pressing the off button to turn off the television, he went to his room to sleep. The day changed and he went to school to take the semester exam.

Ferisu's current residence is a legacy he received from his grandfather. Because he was his only grandson and both of his parents had also died when Ferisu was a child. Turning off the television, Ferisu went to his room to sleep. However, when he reached the top stairs there was a bell sound from the door of the house. "Who's coming in these nights?" mumbled Ferisu back down.

Opening the door, a man and a woman were seen in front of the door. They were both Ferisu's uncle and aunt from his grandfather's sister.

"Yes .." replied the Uncle with a smile.

A rapidly darting blade pierced Ferisu's chest.

"Aragh!" Spewing blood from her mouth, Ferisu endured the pain from the puncture. The heat of pain was common enough for him to withstand the feeling. While smiling, Ferisu looked at his uncle's face.

"You guys want to take this land, right? Uhuk ... haft~ I put the letter in my bedroom closet," Ferisu said with a heavy breath.

"Basic demon! When you want to die, you can still smile like that!" shouted the uncle.

"Hahah~ well, I don't blame you if you want to tell me the devil or anything. It was all my fault" said Ferisu with a regretful smile.

Ferisu's right hand moved slowly and then held Uncle's hand. "What's it like to kill me? Are you satisfied" said Ferisu.

"Yes, this way the family is satisfied enough that a demon like you is gone" replied the Uncle.

"It's good that it's..." Ferisu's consciousness began to disappear and a smile appeared on his face that looked relieved.

In the darkness, Ferisu did not feel his body anymore. As he began to try to open his eyes, a bright light appeared suddenly and made him close his eyes again due to the glare. When he opened his eyes again, he was already in a vast meadow.

"Where is this ... ?" murmured Ferisu confused.

Inside the confusion suddenly came the voice of a woman inside Ferrisu's head.

"Ferisu-sama," call out that voice.

Ferisu looked back and saw a beautiful woman saluting him.

"This place is the garden of the gods" said the woman.

"Why do you know my name?" asked Ferisu in surprise.

"We will explain later, now hold my hand" the woman replied as she extended her hand.

We were? So it's not just him, there's someone else here. Could this be the afterlife?

"No, this is not the afterlife. I told you, right? This is the garden of the gods" said the woman and grabbed Ferisu's hand.

"W-can you read my mind?" ask Ferisu.

As the woman held onto Ferisu's hand, the two of them moved into a room inside a mansion. There were 6 other people sitting on a chair around the round table.
