Chapter 20: The Witch Girl Who Can't Use Magic?

After a long journey, Ferisu finally reached the capital of the kingdom of Yelusia, the city of Urishia. A city so big with so many buildings and people looking happy, a city so alive.

"So it's the capital well, it looks like it's a really lively city" Ferisu muttered looking at the city from outside the gate.

The girl ran and hid behind Alfred. His feet were quite trembling and his tears were coming out.

"Don't tell me, you're the one the group is pursuing?" said Ferisu in a flat tone.

The girl nodded slowly and kept hugging Alfred from behind so she did not want to let go. Seeing that, Ferisu sighed and walked towards the group.

"Good day," said Ferisu with a wry smile.

The four people who were with him (men) moved forward and directly attacked Ferisu with their weapons. However, suddenly their daggers and swords flew up and fell to the floor.

At that moment there was the sound of footsteps of horses moving rapidly towards the scene of the dispute. A woman in white armor with a yellow complexion jumped up and stood in the middle (between the two groups fighting).

"So, why are you following us?" said Ferisu glancing towards the magical girl.

The girl was quite scared when she saw Ferisu and immediately took refuge behind Alfred.

"It's okay, isn't it, Ferisu?" alfred said in a questioning tone.

"Huft~ alright, it seems like he is also being chased," Ferisu said as he sighed. "So, why are you being chased? In debt? Steal? Or maybe you're harassing a little kid because of your weird fetish?"

"Actually, I was almost made into a slave" replied the girl quietly with a face that looked terrified.

"Slave, well," interrupted Ferisu who came to them and immediately sat down to listen to the girl's story.

At that time he was in a village where the catsith race lived. I don't know why he was put in jail when he came to the village. A girl who knows nothing about the world, even if she's dressed like a witch she can't use it.

"My name is Lucy" said the girl, introducing herself.

"My name is Alfred and this..."

"Ferisu Furuhashi" continued Ferisu.

When she heard the name, Lucy felt familiar. "Where have I heard that name?" he was trying to remember. "Ah, right! That's the name of a student who's rumored to have disappeared!" when he remembers it.

Ferisu got up and walked away from them, he went up to the second floor to his room. Alfred sat down with Lucy on the first floor and talked.
