When he felt the blood being put into the bottle being spilled to the ground, Ferisu immediately regained his senses and ran to open a gate that was connected to the village. At that time the state of the village was so chaotic, the sea of fire was everywhere, all the buildings were damaged, there were so many blood stains and people lying on the ground.
"W-what happened...?" alfred muttered softly, his face so shocked.
"Fe-Fersu...?" call Lucy when you see the look on Ferisu's face that is so upset. As well as the overflowing killing aura coming out.
Ferisu was still silently pecking with overflowing emotion at what happened to the village. Just then he faintly heard Kurumi's voice that was so weak.
Ferisu quickly ran straight towards the direction of the voice and saw Kurumi lying helplessly with blood pooling in her room. Ferisu went straight to him, lifted him up slowly and examined his entire body.
Instead of using recovery magic, Ferisu used his regeneration skill to heal Kurumi. The blood pooled below started to move, flowing back into Kurumi's body.
The blood was flowed by Ferisu's magic, thus cleaning it from any impurities. Wounds that open, start to close slowly until it leaves no marks.
"Ka... Sis?" kurumi lirih.
"Sleep first, I'll take care of the rest" Ferisu replied softly with a smile that looked sad.
Ferisu lifted Kurumi up slowly and laid her down on the mattress. Then he went straight out of the house with a long sigh to calm himself down.
Alfred and the others ran to Ferisu who was standing in front of a house.
"A-what's the matter Ferisu?" alfred asked with a breath of breath.
"You split up, find everyone who's still alive. I will come straight there to heal them" Pinta Ferisu with a serious look.
They all immediately scattered throughout the village looking for everyone who was still breathing. Whether it's a goblin, a human, or a bunny. Anybody who finds the person still breathing, they will scream and Ferisu instantly moves in that direction quickly and heals the people by regeneration.
"That's.. It's not recovery magic, is it?" asked the elf girl who only rang in her mind.
"Please look for another one again," said Ferisu after finishing healing the wounded, Ferisu quickly left from there.
"L-yes!"
The girl was still astonished followed by curiosity at the man who helped her from the slave traders. He also saw the goblins lying down no longer had any injuries, not even a single scar.
The girl immediately stood up and ran in search of other residents who were still breathing. One by one, every resident who was still breathing was rescued and gathered into the village square.
It was late in the afternoon and everyone woke up. Even with regeneration, they still lose energy, this is more mending than the lack of blood. Because it uses healing magic, it only serves to seal the wound and not restore the lost blood.
On the other hand, Ferisu looked so exhausted from expending so much of his magic energy to regenerate the injuries from the residents.
"W-we're alive?!" the residents who woke up were shocked. They examined his entire body and there were no injuries.
Ferisu clapped his hands firmly to steal all the attention of the villagers. "Calm down! I know you are confused, all the wounds I have healed, but, no matter how strong I am, I still cannot bring to life the dead," Ferisu said aloud.
Nearly half the villagers had lost their lives, among them were also the corpses of the attacking enemies. Although their numbers can be counted with the fingers.
Ferisu directly left the village square walking towards his house. "So my house was also affected, well." murmured Ferisu upon seeing his slightly destroyed house.
When he opened the door, it was destroyed. "At least the inside is not too affected," he murmured.
Feelings of sadness, fatigue and anger become one. Ferisu dropped his body on the living room sofa and lay on his side there. His face looked lethargic, staring at the table in front of him, then his eyes closed slowly.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
In the village square, everyone was still gathered.
"Just this time I saw Mr. Ferisu, showing such a sad face," Mudru said.
"Yes, you're right" Hatcha said.
Everyone became gloomy after hearing that.
"Excuse me.. Where is your master's house?" ask the elf girl.
All the eyes of the people were on him. "Is there anything you want to talk about with sir?" tanya Mudru the Oldrus chieftain.
The elf girl nodded slowly, Mudru got up. "Let me take you there" he said politely.
Arriving there, behind the door of the house that had been destroyed, there was a man who fell asleep on the sofa. "Can you let us both?" ask the elf.
Mudru nodded and walked away from the house, returning to the village square to appease the other residents. The girl entered the house, slowly approaching a sleeping man.
"Silver hair, red eyes, high regeneration ability, who is he?" the girl muttered watching Ferisu.
Although still suspicious, the elf felt calm when he was nearby. He slowly lifted Ferisu's head and sat on the sofa, laying Ferisu's head on his lap gently. The girl rubbed the male silver hair that was on her lap gently.
A sad face, beginning to change and looking relaxed. Realizing the whereabouts of someone touching her, Ferisu opened her eyes slowly.
"Oh, are you awake?" said the girl gently. Then smiled warmly while rubbing Ferisu's hair.
"Elfs?" murmured Ferisu looked at the girl's face.
"Right, I am the elf you saved from those slave traders, my name is Licia," the girl introduced herself.
"What do you want?" reply Ferisu with cold.
"Eh? No, I don't have any intentions. My mother often does this when I'm sad" Licia replied smilingly.
Ferisu closed his eyes again, a warm, comfortable feeling could be felt by him. However, that feeling also reminded him of bitter memories, memories that made him throw away his feelings and close his heart from anyone. Even so, it did not mean that he lost concern for the surroundings, he was simply less able to trust someone.
Due to the lack of trust this village so destroyed, he only did what he wanted, but did not run smoothly because of lack of trust.
