Reincarnation as Vampires In Another World
Chapter 26: Unilateral Attacks

After destroying one of the eight Eight Eyes organizations, Ferisu headed back to the adventurer guild. In front of the guild door, there were already two people waiting for him.

"Lucy, Alfred, I'm sorry for leaving you behind" Ferisu said as he waved his hand to the two people standing at the guild's door.

Lucy and Alfred turned towards the man who called out to him. "You who?" asked Lucy with a confused face.

"Is it possible you, Ferisu?" alfred made sure.

"Eh? No-no, Ferisu's got silver hair and red eyes, right?" keep Lucy in disbelief.

"Are you really stupid? I used magic to change the color of my hair and eyes" Ferisu explained.

"Is there such magic?" lucy asked with a surprised face.

"It looks like you need to learn more about magic, Lucy," Ferisu replied with a sigh.

"Want how else, I'm not an otaku who likes to read fantasy novels and comics!" ketus Lucy because she felt that Ferisu was mocking her.

"By the way I'm not an otaku, I'm just a farmer" Alfred said, raising his hand.

Am I the only otaku here?

"Ah come on, how was the mission yesterday?" tanya Ferisu shifted the topic of conversation.

Alfred and Lucy began to tell me what they had done yesterday since Ferrisu left. It seemed, their relationship became even tighter while working on the mission.

While being cool to tell it, they stopped when they saw the look of Ferisu's face that was like a surprise. "What's Ferisu?" ask Alfred astonished.

"We have to go back to the village now!" yelled Ferisu quite frantically.

Seeing Ferisu's unusual look, Lucy and Alfred immediately followed him running out of the capital. The three of them went towards the place of the catsiths and the elven girl before.

"Ah, Mister.." greet them as they see Ferisu coming.

Not answering the speech, Ferisu immediately opened a gate that was connected to the village. "You come in after I come in!"

When it reached the other side of the gate, Heiwa village. There was a scene filled with red to brass, the color of flames burning everywhere, black smoke billowing in the sky and the smell of fresh blood smelling everywhere.

"A-what happened, " murmured Alfred with a face so shocked by what he saw.

Just a moment ago...

The village was so peaceful in the depths of the forest that it became the border between the human and demon territory. Heiwa Village, a place inhabited by three different races, humans, goblins and bunny.

On a clear morning, all the villagers were doing their job as usual. The Oldrus goblin tribe made medicine, the goblin tribe and Gayle Regrus patrolled, the Redhood goblin tribe taught magic. Humans farm and care for farm animals, assisted by the Bunny race.

At that time the new Gayle chieftain and some of his entourage were out of the village, patrolling around all hunting monsters. At that moment they stopped at the tree branch because they heard the footsteps of horses.

"What's the chairman?"

"Shh. There's the sound of a horse's footsteps, and that's quite a lot."

The chieftain told his men to split up to find out about the vote. At that moment they saw a troop of armour, riding horses and holding a flag of one of the human countries. The army has a hundred men.

"Man?!" the inner chief of the Gayle tribe was shocked to see the troops.

"I don't think there's a goblin here" muttered a knight approaching towards the arrow-stricken goblin.

The goblin got up slowly and endured the pain, pulling out the arrow stuck in his leg. Not answering the knight's words, he pulled out a knife that had been drenched in poison.

"Did? Do you want to fight?" said the knight with a haughty tone.

The goblin moved so quickly, attacking the knight from behind. The knight did not move from where he was standing, he pulled his sword out and thrust it backwards, hitting the goblin precisely.

"Do you think you can give me a wound?" he said with a mocking smile.

"Damn..." The goblin clicked its tongue and spewed out a lump of blood. "At least, I will make you.." said the goblin with a small smile.

His blood flowing to the knight's sword, the goblin used lightning magic that made itself a source of electricity. He gathered all his magic energy, a suicide attack.

"Aaaarrrghh!" The knight cried out in pain as a result of the powerful flow of electricity gushing at him, then threw his sword towards a tree.

The tree that was hit was instantly struck by a bolt of lightning and charred unceremoniously. All the knights who saw it were shocked.

"What the fuck? That kind of goblin shouldn't have this much magic power" said a witch in the army.

"A-what.... do you mean... ?" said the knight who was hit by the centrality stammeringly.

"The goblins you're dealing with are from the Gayle tribe, this type of goblin does have the ability of an assassin, but their magic ability is not this strong. If it really exists, it must be a goblin of the Redhood kind" he explained.

"So what do you want to say is that goblins aren't normal, or maybe someone taught them?" The commander of the army raised his voice to confirm the explanation of the witch.

The witch nodded slowly. "You all heard that! Now increase your alertness! We're in the border forest, something normal here we can't think of as normal!" the commander shouted loudly telling all his troops, so as not to experience the same incident.

"The goblins are moving in one direction, maybe it's their village" said the witch.

"I see, we're going in that direction!"

The troops again moved towards Heiwa village.

On the other hand, the goblins who were watching the surroundings instantly reported about the troop. However, shortly after that the army had reached the wall that was being built.

"Wall...? Is this really a goblin village?" muttered the knight commander. "There's no time to worry, attack them!"

The invasion from the knight army completely messed up the peaceful village. The fight is inevitable, the goblins, the humans, the bunny, who can fight directly against the troops.

"Goblin, human and bunny? How do they live in the same place?" muttered the witch leader in surprise.

Despite the sudden attack, the villagers of Heiwa were able to fight fairly evenly with the knights. Until their commander intervened, a single slash of his sword could blow so many people away from just the wind of a sword slash. The situation instantly became reversed.

Kurumi who remembered about the bottle given by Ferisu immediately ran to her house to break the bottle containing the red liquid. One of the knights saw him and chased after him.

When she got home, Kurumi went into her room to pick up a bottle on the table. As his hand reached for the bottle, suddenly a sword pierced his stomach through the front.

"Akh!" With heavy breathing and pain from the puncture, Kurumi raised her hand and threw the bottle with all her might until it broke.

"Ka-kak.. please. hurry back to de-sa..."
