Twenty minutes before twelve. Alyx was still sitting in his place, looking at the empty chair. Azazil and Darrell have disappeared. He should have finished them off, if only no one had stopped him.
Alyx tried to stand up. Holding his left stomach. His clothes were full of blood, but the remaining blade marks were only in the final stab. Azazil removed the wound just by rubbing it using his index finger. Alyx knew it wouldn't be easy to finish Azazil off, but he also knew what part he had to hurt to make Azazil not move anymore, but someone had stopped him.
He walked on, although the other wound had disappeared, but it still felt very painful.
“I'm sorry,” Jane muttered as Alyx walked beside her.
Alyx stop.
Jane regrets having stirred the minds of others, but. “If only she wasn't Tom,” Jane's tears broke.
Alyx gasped, turned around, and sat down in front of Jane. “What do you mean, Jane?”
Jane did not answer. He could only cry out. “Alyx... Tom, day.”.
Alyx understands. Jane could have used Darrell to stab Azazil, but she didn't. Because Azazil is not fully Azazil.
“There's nothing I can do but let it go,” Jane said in between her tears.
Alyx standing. Sighs. Mumbling is unclear. And yells.
Jane looked up at Alyx who looked very confused.
“Colah,” Alyx has been standing in front of the door.
Jane's approaching. “Where?”
“I'll take you to a safe place.”
Jane took a deep breath, making herself more relaxed. “I'll come with you,” said Jane and followed Alyx who had walked quickly to the east.
“I don't know who someone meant. Everyone can use it.”
“But, it's not me. It's because of you.”
“Because of that, you don't have to follow me,” Alyx turned around, his emotions were up.
Jane surprised.
Alyx breathed. “I'm sorry. I'm really confused. I don't even know what Azazil wants now.”
“He wants you guys.”
“What?”
“I don't know who he wants, but other than you are one of them.”
Alyx walked over quickly and asked Jane to follow him. “Jane, can you tell where my father is now?”
Jane nodded small. Still confused as to what Alyx would plan. Jane was trying to find the thoughts of the people Alyx had just mentioned.
“How?” Alyx has asked several times.
Jane shakes.
Their goal is central. Alyx looked at the top of the main building and slowed his pace. “It takes ten minutes to get there. Ten minutes to twelve,” murmured Alyx. “What will Azazil do at twelvepm?” Alyx asked Jane who had just arrived beside him.
Jane took a breath. Too tired to have run far.
“I have to bring Nick back,” Alyx said before Jane replied. “You ever read the story of Azazil?”
“I'm not so sure.”
“Can you ask Prof. Singh to this place?”
“Indeed why?”
“Don't ask much, Jane.”
“Good. I-i know. I'm not sure what Prof. Singh is fine.”
“Well, Jane, he's an old bald guy, but he's cooler than you ever imagined.”
Jane grunting. “I never imagined it,” murmured Jane. He then moved his foot south while taking a deep breath. “She doesn't like it when people insult her. Old bald man,” shouted Alyx, “you heard me. Quickly to this place.” A moment later, Jane turned around, “I'm not sure, Alyx,” said and shook her head. A few seconds later, Jane wakes up with a small object in her pocket.
He took out a small dice with one small round button in red. He pressed the button and threw it into the air. Jane and Alyx looked at each other. However, the next few seconds, they closed their ears, looking down. Surprised by the explosive sound of the little dice.
“A...pa did you do?”
Jane shakes. He was also surprised by the Singh's gift.
A minute later, a rectangular hole appeared in the middle of the road. Professor Singh out of there. Alyx watched the library visible from the hole.
“Prof. Singh,” as Alyx.
Jane turned around and approached Singh, bending her head inside.
“You almost killed me,” Jane's nag.
“I've told you to throw after pressing it. All right what happened?”
“I think you know what happened, prof. Singh. Then what about you, I guess they said a bad thing has happened to you.”
“Well, there's nothing to worry about from me. I've sent my twin.”
“Burns?”
“I'll tell you later. Then should I help you guys?”
“I think your question is wrong. Should you ask what can you help?”
“Good.” Singh cleared his throat, “what?”
“What should I do?” ask Alyx then.
Professor Singh did not answer. He just kept quiet. But, since it looked like someone was thinking about something, Alyx did not bother him.
“Ehm, Alyx, what exactly are you afraid of?”
“What? What?”
“Well, you've mastered many things while in my house, so I hope now you can control your fear. I don't know what you should be afraid of, but as long as you believe in your strength, everything will be as you planned.”
“No. It's not as easy as you say.” Alyx turned around and sat down crouching. Touching forehead.
“Alyx, three minutes left at twelve,” Jane reminded after seeing the clock in Singh's room.
“I don't care.”
Jane, who had intended to enter through the door, turned around. “What else is it?”
“Please, don't always ask questions. You're making me dizzy.”
Jane pulled away. His face is bent.
“Enter. Let me calm down. You should know this is too soon for me. I've even only been in SOS for a few months and had to face chaos like this.”
“I'm sorry, I shouldn't have taken you to this place,” a sorry note was thrown from Jane's mouth.
Singh cleared his throat, “there are always two roads.”
“There is not only one way.”
A minute later Alyx, Jane, and Singh could hear the clock clanking.
At exactly twelve o'clock in the evening, the light at the SOS Center disappeared.
“I think someone has disconnected that thread,” murmured Alyx, considering Ace has gone first. “Can this door lead us to the main Building.”
Singh patted his shirt and nodded. He moved the hole right to the east. The door opened and they had been in the main laboratory. Alyx went out first and entered the examination room. Nick is still lying in the tube.
“Dad...” exclaimed Jane when she saw John who was still busy with the screen in front of him.
“Jane...” John immediately hugged his son. “You okay?”
Jane nodded and took off her embrace. When he turned to look at Alyx, he knew that his friend was smiling—though for a moment.
“How about it?” ask Alyx.
“After I open the tube, you should bring it back immediately.”
“I know.”
John pressed one of the buttons and the tube opened. The man in the tube opened his eyes.
“Alyx,” says Nick slowly.
Alyx hugged his best friend. “You can stand?”
Nick tried to move. His hand was held by Alyx. He followed where Alyx took him.
“Alyx...” call Jane who stands behind John, “I don't know what it is, but I think there will be something going on in the East. So, please don't go there yourself.”
“You trust my loyalty too much. But, I'm sorry Jane, I'm not that good.”
“What are you saying, Alyx..”.
Alyx took a deep breath. “Sorry... I'll go with Nick.”
“Alyx...” Jane pulls John's shirt and rests her head on his father's back. Not being able to see the girl he had taken brother with the heart to leave them.
“Where are we, Alyx?” ask Nick and look back occasionally.
Nick speeds up his steps, following Alyx who takes him to the leader's room.
Upon arrival at the main building, Alyx could pay attention to the higher-ups who were still protecting the transmitter in the living room. Alyx is a little quieter, after all, there are those who will protect SOS.
Before turning to the hallway towards the leader room, Alyx stopped as something moved like the wind beside him.
“What's Alyx?” nick asked confusedly looking at Alyx who looked confused looking for something.
“You heard it?” Alyx turned to the right.
A few jokes later, the sound of the bow was heard approaching. “Alyx... Alyx... Are you here?”
“Amaris..”.
Amaris walked in a row while pulling Alyx's hand into the leader's room.
“She can't get into this place.”
Alyx saw Amaris who was like hectic himself.
“You saw it, Alyx?”
“Who do you mean, Amaris?”
“Azazil. I heard his voice crumple. He's right here. He must be leaving the body he used.”
“Tom..” by Alyx.
“What? Tom's. Yes, I guess. Tom came to me and asked me to tell him about Azazil's body.”
“He's released Tom? I hope you guys can find him soon.”
“A...pa you mean? Don't tell me, you're leaving SOS,” said Amaris in disbelief.
Alyx ignored Amaris and walked towards the window connecting the SOS with the outside world. He pulled the curtains.
“Alyx... please, you can't leave your hometown like this,” Amaris fell down.
“If she wants something from me, she can come to me in a place only known to myself.”
“Actually what is going on in this place?” ask Nick to be confused.
“I'll tell you later, Nick. Come in,” Alyx ordered after opening the window door that immediately made Nick surprised.
“Oh Lord...” screams Amaris, “I'm not out of thought. Many people have sacrificed for you and you. You wasted their sacrifice.”.
“What's with that woman? I think we should help him.”
“You don't know anything, Nick.” Alyx followed Nick who had entered first.
“But Alyx. I can't deny that what he said was true. Well, I guess they do want you not here. Go, Alyx, before it's too late.”
Alyx who looked down lethargic was instantly shocked. “If that's true.I'm sorry..tell my Papa that you're my best friend, Nick. See you,” said Alyx closed the door and smashed the door to his room with a single kick.
Alyx stared at the shattered window. And turned around to help Amaris stand up.
“I told you to go and you stay here, you weird girl.”
“Well, what should I do now, Amaris?”
Amaris looked at Alyx and fixed the girl's hair. “Let's meet your parents.”
“Father and mom?”
“They're in the room Top brass.”
“They're fine right?”
Amaris just kept quiet and invited Alyx to follow him.
*
“Mother...” exclaimed Alyx after opening the door and finding William and Abel.
William sat on his knees beside Abel who was lying weakly on the sofa. His hand was holding Abel's hand. He was endlessly muttering his wife's name.
Alyx approaching.
“You know what Azazil meant?” asked Amaris who was standing next to Alyx. “He knows that he only needs to hurt the soul of one person to hurt another.”
“Mother...” Alyx looked at Abel's deathly pale face.
“Alyx, are you okay my son?” asked William who had just noticed Alyx's presence.
Alyx nodded. He then bowed. Put his hands on his mother's chest. A minute later, Alyx sat down and smiled bitterly.
Abel woke up and took a deep breath. He felt something re-entering his body. William immediately hugged her, realizing his soulmate had regained consciousness.
Alyx looked at the floor with a sad look.
“I don't mean to reject it, if you can't carry that power, but I can't have it anymore.”
“I'm sorry, I almost hurt you.”
“No. Come.”
Alyx crawled closer and hugged his mother. He could no longer hold back his tears. “Mother.”
Abel patted his son's shoulder, trying to calm him down. “Chip heartily adjusts to its owner. Refuse to be handed over and will come back to you.”
Alyx took off his embrace. “Really?”
Abel nodded.
“I'll save Tom. Azazil using his body.”
“Tom let it go,” said William, “he was trying to reset the brain system that connected him to Azazil's mind. But, Azazil was stronger than he had imagined and now he had turned around to be overpowered by her. She didn't even realize she had hurt her own mother.”
“Not him who did it,” bela Abel. “We can still save Tom.”
“I'll go.”
Alyx watched William stand up.
“Ahm, no. Let me just, Dad.”
“No, Alyx.”
Alyx smile. “I at least do not have someone who must be tormented when I lose me.”
“Do not talk like that, Alyx.”
“I'm kidding. I'll be right back, ma'am.” Alyx was just getting ready to get out of the room, but then sat down on the sofa.
“What's up?”
“I think I'm a little degdegan.”
Abel held Alyx's hand. “Why are your hands so cold?” abel asked and touched Alyx's ice-cold face.
“Entahlah. Oh yeah, looks like SOS will need you later, Dad.”
William raised his eyebrows. Not understand.
“Stay in your room, until the next few hours. Although not quite sure what will happen, but I hope everything will be as I thought. And mother, rest,” he said and hugged Abel. “I love mom.”
“Mom loves you too. Save your sister.”
“I know.” Alyx took off his embrace and turned around to hug William. “I hope to have a partner like father.”
Amaris has come out first.
“Dad... mother, I go, take good care of yourself,” she said and caught up with Amaris.
“Solve everything before sunrise,” Amaris said slowly. “I'll accompany you walking all the way to the front.”
“Thank you, Amaris.”
“Remember, when Azazil leaves the body he used, he will use his real body.”
Amaris walked out of the main building. There are no more people on the field. “See he accidentally removed the blue seal. Letting those people go and when the time comes, they will hurt everything.”
Alyx looked at his white sneakers.
“Alyx, he says you can only save one of them.”
“Ehm.” A moment later, Alyx grimaced in pain.
“What's up?”
“Either why, but I think my chest is tight.” Alyx pressed down on his chest and took a deep breath.
“Looks like he's in trouble, Alyx. You should be able to save both—one of them to save your life.”
Alyx closed his eyes.
