Twelve years later.
"Mamaaa.... Mamaaaaa.. My stomach hurts so much" call Naila.
Kinan walked towards Naila's room because he heard her daughter calling. The closer to Naila's room, the clearer she heard Naila's moaning, which seemed to be in pain.
Arriving at Naila's room, Kinan holds Naila's body and checks Naila's condition.
"No fever" Kinan said.
"My stomach hurts a lot Ma" Naila reported.
"What's the pain, baby?" ask Kinan.
"The pain is wrapped around the waist" Naila replied.
"You've been eating wrong? Were they back in the bathroom?" search Kinan.
Naila shook her head.
"Yes, Mama took medicine for a while" Kinan said.
Suddenly Kinan noticed there were blood spots on Naila's bed sheets.
"Yes Allah Son. turns out that Mama's daughter is an adult. You have a stomachache because it comes months dear" said Kinan.
Naila looked at Kinan with a confused face.
"Now you go to the bathroom, wash your underwear. Mama's gonna go to the room for a while and teach you how to wear a sanitary pad" Kinan ordered.
"Yes Ma" replied Naila obediently.
Naila walked straight to the bathroom while Kinan went to her room. After taking the pads, Kinan made a spice potion to relieve Naila's stomach ache and then took her to Naila's room.
Kinan taught Naila how to wear a sanitary pad and then gave Naila a spice potion.
"Drink this so that the pain in your stomach subsides" Kinan ordered.
"Yes Ma" replied Naila.
Naila followed Kinan's orders and drank the potion until it ran out.
"Now change the sheets yes, your sheets are dirty because they are exposed to blood" Kinan ordered.
Kinan helped Naila change her bedsheets patiently.
"As long as you come for the month try to always drink warm water, baby" Kinan said.
"Yes Ma.." answered Naila obediently.
"Mama to the room first yes Papa you asked in a massage for a while" said Kinan.
"Thank you Ma" welcome Naila sincerely.
Kinan gently rubbed Naila's head then stepped out of Naila's room and returned to her room.
Refan was playing his phone and sitting leaning against the wall of his bed.
"How's Naila doing?" tanya Refan was worried.
"It's been sniffing. I told you to rest" replied Kinan.
"Thank God.. " Refan took a deep breath and let go of his phone.
"So fast time passed, children without feeling grown up" said Refan.
"Mas looks like it's time we told Naila about her life story. He is already puberty Mas, can no longer carelessly indulge his aura. There are you and Salman in this house" Kinan said.
"Dear, maybe it's time we told him the truth. But give me time to think how good to say it. All this time I often thought about how I would tell him that I was not his real Papa" Refan said.
Kinan grasped her husband's hand with tenderness.
"Dear, I'll tell him as soon as possible" replied Refan.
The next day Kinan and Refan entered Naila's room before bedtime.
"Mom, Papa, what are you two doing coming to my room?" ask Naila surprised.
"There is something we want to talk about dear" Kinan said.
"Well then" replied Naila.
Naila and Kinan sat on the bed while Refan sat on the study chair in Naila's room.
Kinan and Refan looked at Naila with great care and affection.
"Honey, whatever Papa and Mama say tonight. Remember that we love you so much, whenever you are our eldest daughter" Refan said.
Naila looked very tense from seeing the very serious faces of Kinan and Refan.
"Honey.. You are actually not the son of Papa and Mama" said Refan finally.
All of this he had to say because Naila was a girl, there was a limit that Refan had to guard when Naila was growing up.
"Ma.. What does Pa mean? Aren't I Papa and Mama Renita's son?" ask Naila.
Since Naila's school she's known that she's not Kinan's real child. Refan is married to Kinan and each carries a child. Refan takes Naila and Kinan brings Salman.
Naila looked at her administrative data on her school rapot as well as on their family card. Since childhood he knew between him and Salman was not a brother. But their affection was already like a sibling and there was no difference with their two twin sisters.
"You're Mama Renita's son but Papa's not your birth father dear. Sorry if only now Papa can tell you the same story because all this time Papa and Mama still consider you children. Until yesterday Mama told Papa that you have come for the first time. That means you are an adult, there are important points in life that we must take care of. For example, you must close your letter from Papa and your brother Salman. Because we are not your mahrom" said Refan with a very careful.
"So who's my Papa Pa? Where's she?" ask Naila.
"Your biological father and mother are dead. Tomorrow Papa will take you to Papa's grave your birth yes" replied Refan.
"Yes Pa" welcome Naila.
Not even fourteen years old Naila, in fact immature mind to accept the reality of his life. Refan is still unable to tell how the real story of Naila's life.
Let it be now that this is the only reality Naila knows. Later as Naila's age grew and she was very mature to accept the reality of her life. Refan and Kinan intend to tell the truth
Naila may also be so surprised that she doesn't know what to say. Refan stroked the soft top of Naila's head.
"From tomorrow you have to wear a hijab, baby even if you are at home. The rest is nothing different, Papa and Mama love you as much as they used to. Nothing will change. You don't feel isolated. You will still be our daughter" said Refan softly.
"Papa.. Can I hold you?" naila Pinta. Disappointment mixed with sadness knowing that he was not the biological child of Refan.
Without being able to prevent tears Naila flowing profusely. Kinan also could not hold back his tears. Refan smiled gently at his daughter. Although there are limits - limits that must be maintained from now on but unfortunately in Naila nothing has changed. Refan hugged Naila tightly.
"Since you were born and Mama you died, Papa took care of you dearly with Oma and Aunt Reni. Until after Papa got married to Mama Kinan we both nurtured and raised you. You are still Papa's beloved daughter, nothing has changed" said Refan softly.
"Thank you Papa.. I love you guys so much" Naila said in tears.
Kinan could not bear to see the two who were hugging each other tightly. Kinan hugged the two of them and finally they hugged each other.
"Mama has also loved you very much since the first time Mama met and saw you dear. For Mama you are also Mama's favorite daughter" said Kinan Haru.
