Chapters 132. The expected answer.
Yara was speechless with a stunned look as she had not expected to get such a question from Ryder, while Ryder looked at the woman expectantly.
"I don't know how you feel about me, and I don't know if you want to marry me or not. But, one thing you should know. I really love you and want to make you my wife. I also want to settle in this place with you, building a happy household ark with our children" Ryder said later. There was clearly sincerity and great hope on his face.
Yara's heart was so touched when she heard it that it made her chest pound hard, thousands of butterflies also felt like they were flying in her stomach.
Yara took a deep breath while gathering courage, she then exhaled slowly hoping that this was the right time to have a serious talk with Ryder.
"Thank you for loving me, Ryder. I, I did not expect at all that you had this big feeling for me, that my heart felt so touched" Yara said as she looked at Ryder warmly.
Ryder returned Yara's gaze expectantly. He did not want a thank you from the woman at all, because only one thing he wanted, the feeling of love was reciprocated.
"I don't really know what to say, I'm confused about how I feel." Lirih Yara while turning her gaze towards the river.
"As you know, I'm a widow who recently separated from my ex-husband. If you remember, it has not even been a year I hold that status. And from that breakup, I felt a lot of hurt and pain. All the bitterness filled my life, so that I could be relieved of the pain that almost made me give up."
Ryder looked at Yara with sadness. He felt the pain that the woman was suffering, until her chest felt tight and burning.
"But from all that I also learned a very valuable life lesson, and made me a strong and steadfast woman. However, other than that I also felt an overwhelming fear." Yara turned her head back towards Ryder and looked at the man with wounds.
"I love you too, Ryder. I was happy when you expressed love for me, even intending to make me your wife. But on the other hand, I was scared too. I don't want to compare you to anyone else, but still I'm afraid that my household will fail again. I, I'm afraid I'll get hurt again." Eventually Yara's defenses collapsed as well. He sobbed bitterly while lowering his head.
Ryder's heart felt like it was being slashed to see the woman she loved crying like this. The wound that Yara felt, also felt scratched the recesses of her heart. He really did not want to make the woman shed tears.

"No, Ryder. You are completely innocent, I should be the one apologizing for comparing you to others" Yara said quietly as she wiped the tears on her face.
Ryder just kept quiet with a blank look. Guilt hit him, he should have thought more about how Yara felt instead of thinking about his own feelings.
Yara was silent for a while to convince her decision, as right now she was going to give an answer to Ryder. Not because he was urged by the man, but because he had thought about it seriously, he had also revealed what was in his heart.
"Le-better now we're back, days are already-"
"I accept you, Ryder."
Ryder was stunned when she heard Yara's words. He who was going to take the woman home, immediately fell silent and could not continue his words.
"You, what did you say?" asked Ryder stuttering.
Yara smiled with a tinge of red hue on her face. "I accept you, Ryder. I want to marry you."

"Tomorrow is my last day working here, after which I will return to the city and wait for you. Come with your family, then pick me up and bring me back here" Yara continued.
"What, are you serious? You, I really want to marry me, Yara?" ryder asked back in disbelief.
Yara felt stunned to see tears dripping from the corner of Ryder's eyes. He then nodded his head. "I'm serious, Ryder. Come on, let's get married and live happily in this village!"
Spontaneous Ryder immediately pulled Yara's body and hugged her tightly making the woman gasp as she widened her eyes.
"Ry-Ryder, this-"
"Thank you, thank you very much, Yara," Ryder exclaimed with great happiness, even her happiness could not be described with words.
Yara's body turned tense in Ryder's arms, let alone the man now hugging her very tightly.
"Ryder, this-"
"I promise I will always make you happy, Yara. Sorry if maybe in the process I will make mistakes, but I promise I will never complain and break your trust. I promise you," Ryder said with passion.
Yara nodded her head. "Alright, Ryder. I-i understand. So can you let me go?"

Yara immediately drew a lot of oxygen after feeling tight due to Ryder's embrace earlier, while the man continued to stare at her with a sparkle.
"Sorry, Yara. I was not intentionally. I feel really happy, I'm so happy."
Yara smiled broadly at Ryder's words, let alone seeing the happiness that emanated clearly on the man's face.
"May God grant this blessing to our relationship, Ryder. And hopefully everything will be done" said Yara.
Ryder immediately guaranteed the kind words Yara said. After this he will immediately contact his parents to tell them the good news, and ask them to immediately prepare.
