Chapters. 21. Speech Hurts The In-Law.
The atmosphere between the Yara family and Aidan continues to heat up making the situation even more creepy. Yara herself kept begging her parents to go home and leave all the decisions in her hands, because no matter how the matter concerned her household.
"Papa doesn't want you to melt just because of his sweet words, son. Know that once he has betrayed you, there is no guarantee that he will not repeat his actions again" Vano said, wiping away the tears still soaking Yara's face.
Now they have come out of the house at the insistence of Yara, because the situation is getting more complicated.
"I understand, Pa. Mom and Dad don't have to worry."
Yara nodded her head with a thin smile so that her parents would no longer worry. However, Vano and Via were even more sad when they saw his smile.
"Son." Via grasping both of Yara's hands made the woman turn towards her. "Every household must have a problem, and every couple must solve the problem. Mama will not defend you or Aidan, just think everything is fine and do not be rash. Hem?"
Yara nodded when she heard her mother's words. She hugged her mother tightly as if she wanted to take strength from her.

"What are you waiting for?" asked Vano in surprise.
"I'll stay here, sir."
"For what?" Vano stared intently at River, while Zafran felt unconcerned and just sat quietly at the spot.
"Already, Mas. Let River and Zafran be here." Via held Vano's arm that was about to approach them, then turned to look at Zafran and River. "Please don't make a fuss again, pity Yara."
River and Zafran nodded obediently, while Vano gave a rough sigh and directly walked towards where his car was.
"I don't know who Zafran is. Why is he closer to River than I am?"
Via directly stared at Vano sharply. "What do you mean you said it was like that, Mas?"

Vano gulped down his saliva violently when he got a sharp glare from his wife. "That-nothing, honey. Come on, let's go home! Poor Zayyan in her own house."
Vano immediately got into the car before getting a tantrum from Via, while Via himself shook his head looking at the husband's behavior.
After the departure of her parents, Yara went back into the house to meet her in-laws and husband. They were sitting on the couch staring at him.
"I'm sorry mom and dad, Mom. They've made a fuss with Mom" Yara said softly, feeling guilty for making a fuss.
"Do you see how your parents are? They've always been meddling in your domestic affairs, how could Aidan be at home with you if it continued like that?"
Yara gasped and looked at the in-laws with a glare. Previously her in-laws blamed her for not being a wife, and now she also blames her parents?
"They should just shut up and reconcile you. It's not, coming in angry while wanting to take you away. What kind of old man is that?"
Yara clenched both her hands tightly. He knew that his parents were guilty of coming across as impolite and making a scene, but that didn't mean that his in-laws could demean them as his parents.

"W-what?" Yara looked at the in-laws in disbelief, while Aidan was also surprised by what his mother said.
"What does Mom mean?" ask Aidan sharply.
"Mother said the right thing, Aidan. If you want your household to be calm and happy, then tell your in-laws not to bother you anymore. If not, find another woman. There are many women better than your wife."
Nova immediately turned around and walked into the room. She did not care at all how her daughter-in-law felt at this moment, who must have been deeply hurt by her words.
