After meeting Vano, River immediately exited the master's room and returned to his room. He then sat on the work chair while rubbing his face roughly.
"Ryder," River murmured as he clenched his hands tightly, he felt indignant at what the man had done to Yara.
River racked his brain to find a way for Ryder to get a reply from what he had done, how could the man make Yara as a betting material?
"If anything happens to Yara, I will definitely really kill her" River said resentfully. Clearly she felt emotion from already thinking of Yara as her own child, but what should she do?
River was confused himself. Then, something suddenly flashed through his mind making him smile widely.
"Yes, it was a punishment worth what he had done to Yara."
River nodded his head and rushed to call someone. He then said what he had in mind to the person after the phone call was answered.
Moments later, River turned off the call after saying everything he had in mind. He was happy because what he thought was approved by the person, and it was time to wait for all that to happen.
Meanwhile, elsewhere Mahen was sitting with Riani in their room. He had just received a call from River, and the man asked him to meet Ryder's parents.
"What's up, Mom? Everything's fine, right?" riani asked worriedly.
Mahen nodded his head. "As I said, Rin. Tomorrow I'll come see Ryder's parents, I'll definitely make a fuss there."
Riani sighed harshly when she heard Mahen's words. Actually he did not want to further enlarge this problem, but what Ryder did was already very outrageous.
"Ryder did make a mistake, Mas. But his parents didn't, they were good people" Riani said. He didn't want to just because of Ryder's fault, so the man's parents were affected.
"I understand, Riani. You take it easy, I can't do something like that." Mahen held both of Riani's shoulders to calm the wife. Then they lay down on the bed and embrace each other to enter the dreamland.
Meanwhile, Yara is currently busy with her laptop. To fill the void of time, he chose to further hone his knowledge. He did a lot of research on all kinds of diseases, as well as drugs that fit his field.
Yara's focus then stopped when she heard the ringing sound of her phone. He got up from the sofa and walked to the bed to pick up the flat object.
Yara was silent when she got a message from someone. He took a deep breath and exhaled and immediately fiddled with the phone and did not open the message at all.
"Better like this, Ryder. We don't have any ties, even our friendship has been destroyed. So I will also break the cord so that my heart remains healthy, and not hold a hatred for you that has destroyed my pride" Yara murmured. He decided to block the man's number because he was reluctant to communicate with each other anymore.
Not willing to be late thinking about the man, Yara decided to continue her work. The clock had already shown at 11pm, but his eyes were still reluctant to be closed.
Ryder, who is currently sitting on the balcony of her room, looks at the night sky. The sparkling stars scattered in the sky really make the current atmosphere very beautiful, let alone the moonlight that seemed to hit his face made the heart warm up.
Ryder's eyes then stared at the mobile phone that had been on top of her lap. One message has been successfully sent to someone, but until now the message has not been read.
"Lord, I've made a terrible mistake, and I regret it. Can't you make it back to me?"
Ryder's chest tightened again at the thought of the mistake that had been made. For the first time, he fell in love with a woman. However, he deliberately encouraged the woman to walk away from her life.
Regret is getting worse, but what is the power when all has happened so. Wailing is also useless, but trying to fix it is the answer.
Ryder again picked up the flat object to send a message to her friends, asking that tomorrow afternoon they gather at one of the restaurants located not far from her company.
"Right, I shouldn't have done anything like that in the past. I'll disband it, there will be no more women to bet on. Thank you, Yara. Thank you for making me realize your loss."

The next day, at exactly 11 p.m. Mahen left his company for Eric's company. He deliberately did not bring his secretary because of personal matters, as well as past events traumatized him to the point of not being able to trust his own secretary.
A few moments later, Mahen arrived at his destination. He got out of the car and rushed into the company. He then approached the reception desk and immediately said if he wanted to meet with Eric.
"Sorry, Sir. Have you made an appointment?"
"Tell Eric if Mahendra Arkana wants to meet," Mahen said with great emphasis to make the woman immediately nod in understanding.
After waiting for a while, Eric's secretary came and approached Mahen. The man looked surprised because Mahen did not tell him if he would come to their company.
"My attention goes to Mr. Eric" Mahen said quickly.
The secretary then allows Mahen to follow him to Eric's room. By the time they get into the elevator, it coincides with Ryder just getting out of a different elevator.
"Welcome, Sir. Mahen. Sorry for not welcoming you" Eric said as Mahen walked into the room.
"No need, Mr. Eric. I came here not to visit, but to sue you for what your son has done."
