Zafran immediately pulled the brother's hand towards the room, he could no longer bear to linger in the house.
Yara herself just kept silent while enduring every wound that scratched her heart. He closed both eyes for a moment to control himself, it really hurt so much.
"Don't cry, Ma'am. Mbak's tears are too precious to cry for humans like them."
Yara nodded her head bowed down, then suddenly Zafran hugged her body tightly making the tears that had been held back from earlier flowed down.
"Mbak is not alone, there is me and all our families. You don't need people like them."
Yara nodded back while hugging the body of the sister tightly. He promised himself that this was the last time he cried, and that tomorrow there would be no more tears streaming down his face.
After feeling calm, Yara immediately put her things into the suitcase with the help of her sister. He also included all of his valuable papers that his parents had given him as wedding gifts, and all of them were certainly his due.
"Has everything been brought, Ma'am?" asked Zafran when he saw all the items of the brother had entered into 3 pieces of luggage.
Yara nodded. "It's all, really."
Zafran immediately lifted the suitcases and carried them out of the room, while Yara carried a backpack containing jewelry and also valuable papers.
Aidan who was still in the living room immediately ran up to Yara, but suddenly Zafran stood before him.
"Surge, Zaf. You can't take my wife away!" aidan said with great emphasis.
Zafran smiled sinisterly and handed River the suitcase he had brought. "Why can't it? I have the right to take my mother away from this hellish torment you've been saying."
Aidan clenched his hands in annoyance, then suddenly the mother pulled her body back.
"Let him go, Aidan. Why do you keep a woman like her, huh?" snarl Nova sharply.
"I love Yara, Mom. She's my wife,"
"Enough, Aidan!" nova shouted as she clasped Aidan's hand that was about to return to Yara. "Don't lower your self-esteem for people like them. You won't be happy living with a family who meddles in your domestic affairs, nor a wife who can't serve you well."
Yara smiled with a knot. His heart ached, but somehow he felt relieved to know how they looked at him and his family.
"But Mom, I-I"
"Shut up! Now you choose mom or her?"
Aidan was silent when he heard his mother's words. How could his mother have told him to choose like that? Of course he would not be able to choose any of them.
"You don't love her anymore, Aidan. If you love her, you won't cheat on another woman. Your love is gone, so let her go. You better be with that woman than she is!"
Nova glanced towards Yara who was also looking at him. He did not care anymore about their household, which he obviously did not like the family of the woman who had always interfered.
Aidan looked at Yara with nanar. His heart throbbed pain as he watched the woman leave, but he could not catch up to her because the mother kept holding her hand.
"Miss is okay?" river asked while putting Yara's things in the car.
Yara nodded with a smile. "Of course I'm good, Om. There's Om and Zafran here."
River smiled, knowing that what Yara said was a lie. Not a single woman would be okay with this situation, including Yara as well.
Then the three of them immediately got into the car and left the place. Along the way Yara kept silent while staring at the streets. He had already left all the love for Aidan in that house, so now was the time to forget everything that had happened.
"Punish me, O God. As a wife, I should be able to be patient and give my husband another chance. But everything went like this, and my parents were not appreciated. Please accept my decision, and give strength to every choice I make."
The pain, disappointment, and suffering had been enough for Yara all this time. No matter how hard he tried to survive and defend his household, but in the end all remained in the farewell line.
Now it's his decision to part ways with Aidan. Let her lose the love she fought for, rather than lose her dignity as a woman.
"We've arrived, Ma'am."
Yara's daydream stopped when she heard Zafran's voice. He got out of the car and walked to his family home.
Vano and Via sitting in the living room looked at each other when they heard the sound of River's car. They got off the couch and walked out.
"Yara?" Via looked at Yara with teary eyes made her daughter directly hug her tightly. "Calm down, honey. Don't cry, hem."
Via tries to calm Yara down and takes her inside, while Vano and the others are still outside.
"Go get their divorce done, River. Make sure the man doesn't get any property from the wedding."
River nodded his head. "Good, Sir."
It was appropriate if Aidan did not get anything on the gono gini treasure. If anything, he probably only got a quarter of the entire treasure.
"But Pa, if Mbak Yara wants to come back with him again how?" ask Zafran. She doubted that her brother would actually part with Aidan, because Yara had always relented and survived despite being hurt.
"That's not gonna happen. Whatever men do, women will forgive and endure. But if you've been playing with fire with another woman, then goodbye will happen."
