The Destiny of Love You Choose

The Destiny of Love You Choose
Chapters 187. It's Deserved Like That.

Hana looked at Via with a look of disbelief, and was immediately replied with a nod of the middle-aged woman's head.

"Wash and just wear the clothes in the closet, after that to the kitchen well. Aunty wait there," said Via softly. He then turned around and walked out of the room to join the others after getting a nod from Hana.

After Via came out, Hana rushed into the bathroom to clean herself. Once she was done, she took the clothes available in the closet despite the doubt and not feeling well.

A while later, Hana was already looking neat with the simple clothes she was wearing. After he finished tying his hair, he rushed out to meet Via before making the woman wait too long.

"Here Brother!"

Hana's steps came to a halt when she saw Zayyan waving at her, especially when she heard the call the man made for her.

"Sit here, brother, we've been waiting for you for a long time. Hungry to know," Zayyan continued, pointing to the chair beside her, allowing Hana to sit down.

"Zayya!" said Via sharply when he saw what his son was doing. Both of his eyes glared towards Zayyan. Been warned not to say anything to Hana, but the boy still would not listen.

Zayyan immediately poked his lips when scolded by the mother, but he just wanted to familiarize himself with Hana and tell her honestly if it had been a long wait for the woman.

"Sit down, don't listen to him" said Zafran, who is currently sitting next to his mother, looking at Hana who was also looking at him.

Hana immediately approached them while staring in fear. "I-I'm sorry for making you wait." He brushed his own hand because he was feeling uneasy.

Via then told Hana to sit next to Zayyan and no longer need to apologize, then he invited everyone to start their dinner, while preparing food for the husband.

Hana who was still nervous and afraid looked confused when she wanted to take the food in front of her, even though she was already very hungry at this time.

Zayyan who was sitting next to Hana smiled faintly at the look on the woman's face. He quickly picked up the food on the table and placed it right in front of Hana, making the woman flinch in shock.

"Eat a lot, brother. Mama's cuisine is so good" Zayyan exclaimed with a big smile, making everyone in the place look straight at her. Including Zafran who was sitting right in front of him.

"Thank you, sir" said Hana, nodding her head. Slowly he began to enjoy the food Zayyan gave him with his chest pounding. Not that she was in love with that man, it was just that she felt overwhelmed by the kindness that Zayyan did.

Via and Vano smiled at what their son was doing, then went back to enjoying the dinner while telling a warm story. Especially talking about the bandal behavior that Zayyan did while at school.

For the first time after a long time Hana felt a warm atmosphere like this, to make her chest rustle violently with eyes starting to glaze over.

Back when her mother was alive and their family was fine, she always ate together warmly like this. He even always chatted at length to make his father upset, because it had made a commotion at the table eating.

However, all that warmth was instantly lost when her mother died from an accident when she was 10 years old. Since then his family has been in disarray, especially when his father married another woman and brought her into their home.

A beautiful and happy life instantly turned into hell for Hana. Every day he was treated harshly and cruelly by his stepmother, not even the father cared at all what he felt.

Every day he had to get up at 4 am to do housework, also to buy food to the field because he had to fight with others, because their village was very far from the city. That's why you have to quickly buy groceries sold by village bosses before they run out.

Once all is done, Hana must go to school while bringing provisions for her father who works in Edward's factory, which now belongs to Ryder.

After returning home from school, Hana also had to help with work in the fields. He doesn't even have time to play, and if he makes a little mistake. Then his stepmother would beat him up and treat him badly.

All this continued for years, until Hana accidentally met Dion when the man visited the village to see his father.

It was then that Dion approached Hana and expressed love for her, until the agony she felt never again occurred because her stepmother and step-sister were afraid of Dion.

Hana was stunned when she heard Zayyan's words to wake her from the daydream. He who had just realized that crying immediately rubbed his face violently and lowered his head with a feeling of guilt.

"Pardon me. I, I don't mean to-"

"It's okay, everything's gonna be okay, Hana."

Hana immediately raised her head when she heard Via's words, especially now that the woman was already standing behind her while wiping her back warmly.

"It's okay, cry if you want to cry. There is nothing wrong with that" said Via later. His heart really hurt to see the state of Hana. Actually what kind of suffering the woman has experienced, to make it very sad like this.

Hana immediately cried with sobbing when she heard the words of Via that felt piercing the defense of her heart, to make her emotions overflow and burn like this.

Via hugged Hana tightly while rubbing the woman's back, as if to say that everything was fine, while her husband and two children just kept quiet with sympathetic gazes to Hana.

Fortunately they had finished enjoying dinner and only Hana who had been silent since then while holding back tears, until finally Vano invites his two sons to go so that the wife can talk to Hana.

Via then broke his embrace when he felt that Hana had calmed down, then he sat down next to the woman while giving a glass of mineral water to Hana.

"Drink, Hana," said Via with gentleness.

"Te-thank you" Hana said in a hoarse voice. He drank the water and put it back on the table.

"Tante doesn't know exactly what happened to you, Hana. But auntie knows that all of that must be very difficult for you. So you don't have to hold back, cry if you really want to cry. Everyone has the right to shed tears" Via said sincerely.

Hana looked at Via softly, she felt confused as to why the woman treated him so well like this. Though they did not know each other, even Via allowed him to sleep in this house.

"Why, Madam? Why are you treating me so well?" hana asked with a trembling voice.

Via was stunned to hear Hana's question. "Why do you ask me that, is there a reason why you shouldn't be treated well, hem?" He asked back.

Hana's speechless. There was no reason why he should be treated badly, but all this time everyone treated him like that. Doesn't that mean he deserves to be treated badly?

"Why are you quiet, Hana?" ask Via back.

"That's because I deserve it, madam. All this time everyone treated me badly, so why aren't you like them?" hana said with a soft word.

Via sighed harshly hearing Hana's words. It is unexpected if all this time the woman lives in a bad environment, to think if Hana deserves to be treated badly.

"That's not all true, Hana. No human being deserves to be treated badly, no matter who he is" Via stressed. "Everyone deserves to be appreciated and treated well without exception, including you too, Hana. They don't deserve to treat you badly, and they should be the ones to be ashamed of being bad to someone else."
