"Ahem, to prostrate to you, I certainly can't. However, if it's money you want, I can give it as a sign of apology. How much money do you want?" I said to the elven woman standing before me.

As if the wind became tense, the entire atmosphere felt halted for a moment.

His eyes radiated disbelief, as if trying to gauge whether my words were sincere or just an attempt to avoid conflict.

Suddenly, he laughed, the sound of laughter that was like a breeze sweeping through the forest in the morning.

"You, man, have enough resilience to hide your fears with the offer of money. I was impressed" he said with a smile.

The elf woman smiled, her eyes were full of expectation, and she spoke in a soft tone, "Then give me 1000 gold pieces as an apology, are you capable, arrogant human?"

I heard it, and for a moment a whimper appeared on his face, as if he felt confident that I would not be able to give him that much amount of money.

"Only with money? You want to replace the insult to the goddess you worship with money? How Embarrassing!" I said with annoyance, a rumbling voice in my words.

Really, humans, elves, even seemingly other races in this world, are all similar to the humans in the world I left behind, greedy and consumed by wealth.

He laughed arrogantly, grinning as if he had won the fight.

"Hahaha, can't you give me 1000 gold pieces? You better sell that expensive armor you're wearing, then give me the money!"

While I was only silent, my hand moved deftly under my robe, pulling my robe tighter to conceal the movement of my hand.

In an instant, the bag containing the world's priceless platinum coins I had taken from my hidden dimension.

Steadily, I took out ten pieces of platinum coins from within the bag.

These ten pieces of coins were equal to a thousand pieces of gold coins in this world, an amount that would leave many people dumbfounded.

Then, without hesitation, I tossed the ten platinum coins at the elven woman before me.

His nimble hands caught him easily.

However, as he looked at the coins, his expression turned into a mixture between surprise and disappointment.

"Teen silver coins only?" he said, chuckling loudly.

"It turns out I was wrong, I thought you were a rich man. It turned out that only a poor man had slipped himself in expensive armor. HAHA! Then I feel sorry for your poverty. Get lost in front of me, let's just say this never happened, poor man!"

I just smiled thinly, holding back the laughter. In fact, I already knew his reaction.

I then looked at him with a sharp gaze, trying to endure a deep growl.

"Have your eyes got a problem?" I said, a voice held back by annoyance.

The elven woman felt called to take back the ten coins I gave her, as if I had committed a fraudulent act.

However, as he looked at the coins meticulously, his expression changed dramatically.

"Eh?!" he sounded his surprised speech, filling the air with confusion.

He held the coins, then raised one of them to examine them more closely.

"Platinum coins?!!" his cry, this time his voice was full of admiration and surprise.

He quickly took all the coins in his pocket, examining them one by one.

And as it turns out, every coin I give is a platinum coin, whose value far surpasses what he thought.

"Are you satisfied with the coin I gave you?" I said sarcastically, a mocking smile sneaking across my lips.

The elf woman could only nod, still holding tightly to the ten platinum coins in her hand.

His expression reflected a deep sense of shame, perhaps feeling foolish for having shouted before with nonsense.

Those who had previously looked at me curiously, were now relieved, although there still seemed to be some eyes that could not stop looking at me.

Without wanting to prolong the unnecessary drama, I quickly bid farewell to the elven woman earlier.

Given these conditions, it might be best to leave for a moment from the headquarters of this adventurer guild.

I knew I couldn't pursue a mission with my head still filled with the incident. Sebas really messed things up.

Maybe later I will find answers to these questions, or at least, I will find a way to solve the problems that have now become a burden.

Before leaving the adventurer guild headquarters that had now felt so heavy with these strange events, I decided to compensate for the damage to the receptionist's large table that had been destroyed thanks to Sebas' reckless actions.

I placed a few gold coins on top of the shattered remains of the table.

"Then, young lady, I will go first. Thank you for your understanding," I said to the receptionist lady firmly, hoping that my actions this time could help cover this unexpected damage.

With a heavy heart, I left Sebas, who still seemed to be shaken by what had just happened, and the faithful Lithos followed me.

Sebas, who now seemed to be crying, even followed us.

As I walked towards the exit, the atmosphere became silent, and I felt that many gazes were on me.

I don't know what will happen next, one thing for sure is that this adventure has turned into something much more complicated than I ever imagined.

On the way, I felt Sebas beginning to realize the anger I felt towards him.

Even though she tried to hold back the crying, I didn't care.

My heart is still filled with anger because our mission that should have gone smoothly fell apart thanks to Sebas' carelessness.

When we exited the adventurer guild headquarters, I decided to pause somewhere quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I felt the need to ponder and ease the anger in my heart.

As my steps slowed down, I stopped in the middle of that quiet road.

The breeze seemed to try to calm the anger that was still burning inside me.

While Sebas, even though I felt him crying, I chose to ignore him.

Right now, I just want a little time to ponder and pervade everything that has happened.

On the way out of the adventurer guild headquarters, I could feel that Sebas seemed to be starting to realize how angry I was at him.

She seemed to be crying, and despite the feeling of pity, I decided to give up and not talk to her.

I'm really mad at him. We should have been able to complete the mission smoothly, but all of that was delayed thanks to Sebas' reckless behavior that got everything screwed up.

Before I could open my mouth to speak, Sebas approached me with teary eyes, tears streaming down his face which I could see clearly from inside the iron helmet I was wearing.

"Dad, forgive me" he said stammered, his sobs were clear.

In my unbearable anger, I immediately shouted at Sebas in anger in the middle of the silent road.

"FUCKING FOOL!" I shouted loudly, with great anger.

This is the first time I've been angry and yelled this loud at Sebas.

Sebas' reaction to my screams seemed very shocked and frozen.

It seemed that he did not anticipate this much anger from me at all.
