He knew very well that this terrible moan came from his father.

"D-dad!" sebas said with a disjointed voice, while tightly closing his ears with his hands.

He rolled on the ground, screaming in unspeakable pain and fear. His father's moaning continued to pierce his ears, even though he had tried to cover it up.

Sebas' tears flowed profusely, mixing up the pain and fear that plagued him.

However, Sebas was not the only one who suffered. In the forest of La Vedas, all the humans and adventurers who were there also fell to the ground, as if they could no longer resist the powerful moans that were getting bigger.

They tried their hardest to cover their ears, hoping for the sound to stop.

However, the groans continued to hit them like thousands of sharp needles piercing their ears, causing unimaginable pain.

Everyone felt a paralyzing fear. Their hearts were pounding, their bodies were trembling, and their souls were almost crushed by that terrible groan.

They hoped, praying, that the moans would stop. However, the longer time passed, the stronger the groans sounded, the deeper the pain felt.

Sebas was desperate. It felt as if there was no hope anymore. His life feels hollow, haunted by his father's endless groans.

As soon as the calliga's mighty moans rang out, the atmosphere of the La Vedic forest turned gripping.

Many birds fly when they also stop flapping their wings and fall quickly lying on the ground.

The human and adventurer who had previously been there, who had been saved by Sebas, suddenly felt a tremendous pain.

They screamed and screamed, trying to endure the pain that pierced their ears.

An elven woman was lying on the ground, whining and crying in pain.

His hands clutched tightly onto the surrounding grass leaves, trying to find support in his despair.

The tears that fell from her eyes mixed with the blood coming out of her mouth, describing how severe the pain she was experiencing was.

However, the pain does not only cause suffering. Many humans and adventurers who could not resist that mighty groan, ended up tragically dying.

Their bodies were lying on the forest grass, their eyes and mouths were bleeding profusely.

They were unconscious, motionless, showing how deadly the terrible moans were.

Their lives full of hopes and dreams have been snatched away by calliga moans. At that time, the La Vedic forest became a gripping death field.

Calliga's mighty groans grew increasingly dim, disappearing slowly.

The previously gripping forest of La Vedas is now covered in crystalline powder that glitters like snow.

Sebas, who had been so frightened before, was now breathing breathlessly. He dared to stand up, even though sweat was still flowing all over his scales.

Shaking, Sebas grabbed the fine crystal flakes stuck to his sweaty hands.

He could not imagine how powerful his father was. Sebas gazed into the sky, in the distance, where he saw his father who was no longer disguised as an armored man, but as a towering dragon.

"Really, my power is terrible and scary!" muttered Sebas, astonished.

He felt a mixture of awe and fear for his father who had such great power.

Sebas was aware of something and he looked back and saw all the humans and adventurers he managed to save lying on the ground, trembling in fear.

Some of them were even lifeless, while others tightly closed their ears.

Sebas knew very well that the cause of this terrible death was a terrible groan issued by his own father.

He also realized that weak humans like them would die if exposed to the moans.

However, not only was the human victim, Sebas also realized that he himself was very weak compared to his great father.

His father's terrible moans made him feel helpless and full of fear.

Sebas murmured inwardly in confusion and question, for many of the men and adventurers he had saved were now killed by the hand of his father.

"Didn't you order me to save them? Why did he now kill those I had saved? Was all my efforts in vain?" sebas muttered in confusion as he looked at those lying limp in the grass.

It feels like an unfair cruelty. Sebas felt his heart breaking seeing the results of his efforts that seemed futile.

As Sebas pondered, his brain felt like it had been struck by lightning with tremendous force.

His mind quickly processed the hidden actions of his father that he had just realized and understood.

"Ah, So it's like that! So the purpose of the father was not to save these lowly men and adventurers, but to destroy them all with his mighty moans. Father purposely told me to evacuate them to a place far from Lithos, to keep them safe from Lithos' attack."

"Father did not want Lithos to take the pleasure of slaughtering humans, she wanted to enjoy the pleasure itself with her own strength. That's why you ordered me to bring this lowly creature here" muttered Sebas amazed by the evil plan.

Then, without mercy, Sebas smiled cynically at the humans and adventurers lying on the ground.

They do not realize that they are only a tool to satisfy his father's cruel lust.

Suddenly, Sebas opened up his large pair of wings and started flying towards the ruined city of Arbandir.

It was there that his father was, and Sebas was determined to catch up with him.
