Chapter 63 - Training Dungeon
After a while of chatting with Chris, Neo returns with a young man beside him. They carried about 6 books with different colored covers.

Effect: Making an area with a radius of 20 meters experience an extreme thunderstorm. Causes a Slow effect of 30% to everything in the area except Skill users. Produces a Good level lightning strike to strike the area every 0.5 seconds for 20 seconds except for the skill user.. It deals damage of 30% of the total Magic Power with the lightning element on each lightning strike. Gives a stun effect for 0.2 seconds for each stroke.
【Magic Barrage】
Rarity: Epic's
Mana Consumption: 25,000
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Effect: Firing 60 magic bullets simultaneously in all directions from the skill user. Each magic bullet has a neutral element, giving 15% of the total Magic Power possessed as well as having a Defense Penetration effect of 20%.
“Lu-remarkable! Each skill is amazing!” I cried out happily after seeing all these skills.
