Chapter 66: I'm Back!

"Hey, sir! How much is this sweet"

"ah! You must be new here, right?"

"What do you mean?"

"Of course, everything is free at the festival!"

"really!? But, why?"

"Of course it is because today, the day the Qrystial warriors return against the demon lord, and win that war!"

"Of course we should celebrate!"

"That's it!"

Low spirits of pedestrians and visitors thronged all over the city. I walked lightly through that innumerable crowd of humans.

Occasionally a sweet and salty aroma filled the air. Red lanterns hung on every stall that lined up neatly, there was only a slight gap for me to walk through.

The sky became quite dark as the streets became very crowded. The occasional sound of laughter and singing was heard from the visitors. They all rejoice.

Today, is the same day that I returned from the war, and the day that I mourn his death, master.

Right now, I am 14 years old, mature enough for this world standard. If it was in my old world, a 14-year-old would still be labeled as a child, but different from that, here, 16 years is the debut period for the noble boys.

Of course, I was only 14 years old, but no matter how much my own soul was actually over 30 years old, it should be.

Shhhh! Dorr!

A barrage of fireworks streaked through the sky before exploding with its beautiful color. Many pairs of eyes sparkled happily at the sight, a glimpse of the memories flying along the twilight breeze that felt a little warm.

It couldn't prevent me from smiling for a moment.

I again stepped my feet, down the length and height of the hallway between the houses of the residents.

This house has changed a lot over the years. In the past, there were only rows of rows of slum houses belonging to the residents lined up, coloring most of this city, Qrystial.

My footsteps stopped at four tall towers connected to the tallest tower in the middle.

Each of the familiar flags fluttered on it, ranging from the golden cup flag belonging to the Golden cup, the black cobra flag belonging to the black snake, to then the golden crown with blood belonging to the Monarchy ghost.

In the central tower, a flag fluttered with a Qrystial emblem on it. I stopped my steps as the huge tower was right in front of me. I pushed the big door, showing the staff and employees who seemed busy with their work.

I stepped my foot in, without forgetting to open the robe I had previously worn. Many eyes looked at me with strange eyes. A female receptionist approached me with her small steps.

I turned my head as the woman patted me on the shoulder, "Ah, sorry brother? Is there something you're looking for?" Ask the woman confused.

"mm? That'sthat's true! Can I meet Mr Louisse?" Simple many.

"E-uh? Lord Louisse? B-but he ..."

"Hmm?" My question's short.

"Sighs. All right, but don't blame me if he doesn't come, however he is a busy person" he said resigned.

"Sure, Thank you!" My reply was light without knowing what really happened.

The woman just went past me. A sofa caught my attention, I walked up to it and sat down for some time, which was very long.

It was so late that the person I was waiting for never saw me, "don't tell me that woman didn't tell me!" Mumamku.

The night continued to run slowly, along with the crowd in this building. After some annoying time, I decided to walk on my own feet.

Aisle after aisle I bowed, again, many pairs of eyes were looking at me strangely, some of which seemed a little disturbed by my presence.

Whispers of whispers continued I heard a soft sound. Well, it's only natural that they look at me strangely, a teenager who broke into the headquarters of the grand organization, isn't that weird?

Nah!

My steps came to a halt as two large men blocked my path. Both of them look terrible, of course, when viewed from the perspective of a child my age. But that doesn't apply to me.

"Hey son, this is not a place you can go to play" said one of them.

Well, who wouldn't be mad when you weren't even allowed to enter your own organization? I still forgive him because at first I didn't tell him either, the receptionist.

But, basically, this organization is the one I created.

Whoever it was, whatever the race, no matter how old it was, as long as they had a clear interest in one of the people here, was no exception. Even if he had an interest with any leader, nothing could stand in his way.

And now, how could that position rise? If something like this continues to happen, there will be more and more gaps between the higher-ups of the organization and the communities it protects.

"Hey son! Are you deaf, hu-?" His words were interrupted as I passed through the two just like that.

I curled my mouth high, "who cares? Didn't you guys look down on the guests? What if it were the opposite? Let the guest look down on you?"

I let out a heavy sigh, "I made this organization not as a place for you to elevate yourself. Don't think I can be tolerant next time"

I saw it, both of the men's faces were red with anger, "Hey boy! Know the limitationsmm--"

Cracks!

I knocked my hand, a crack emerged from the wall. "limits? You really talk to me about boundaries?" I asked still with a 'smile' on my face.

"I-this ... intruder!" Cried one of the few people who looked at us.

Many pairs of eyes again highlighted me with their sharp gaze. A great panic immediately attacked, a watchful gaze kept on me.

"What's going on here!?" A heavy voice interrupted us.

A large man with several wounds on his body appeared to approach us. That familiar face of mine seemed a little surprised when our eyes met.

That man, Gerald.

"You ..." he said immediately prevented when I gave him a gesture.

"Uh-uhuk! Leave it to me about this. Any existing intruders will be punished according to the existing rules! Everybody go! You two, follow me!" Said loudly.

People pass by, leaving us alone. The atmosphere became quite awkward as they left, it was only natural given Gerald's slightly awkward nature.

"Gerald, lead the way" I said.

"Hey you!" Said the two men seemed to not accept my orders.

"Okay young master!" Reply Gerald indifferently.

The four of us walked, following the path. Until he arrived at the door, Gerald stopped his steps.

"Young master, please." He said as he opened the door for me.

The two men again tried to dissuade me, "**-lord Gerald! She ..."

"Shut up! Do you still not understand!?" Ask Gerald Sharp.

I put my feet up, entered the room in front of me. The room was quite spacious, with many cupboards full of books and archives. A desk and study chair lined up neatly.

"I'll be here, the rest I leave to you" I said.

Tics. Tak.

The clink of the clock clashed with the hot breath of me. I still look at it closely, a view of the city I haven't seen in a long time. A lot has changed since my departure.

Be it the academy, Qrystial, Ghost Monarchy and even this world. But, there are many other things that never change from him, the facts about me, and also the fact that I have to fight that do not change.

It's still the same, my country, Arcnight, is still on the brink of collapse when I don't know where this is going.

It was late enough when the knock on the door roused me from the daydream. I turned my head, to the five trusted people here, the Ghost Monarchy.

"Meet the young master!" Said the five men in unison. Hearing him back after so many years of not meeting, really not able to prevent me to smile.

Still with a smile on my face, "Wake up, my confidant" I said calmly.

Our reunion, after my departure to Clover Kingdom. We finally regrouped at the same place, at Qrystial.

"Welcome back, young master" said a raucous voice I had not heard for a long time.

"mm! So did I. Even my return this time, there is so much I want to tell you. But before that, it's important for me to tell you my plan ahead."

"This is about the dissolution of the Ghost Monarchy" I said.
