Chapter 93: Holy
The train stopped, and we stepped. In front of us, a palace with a magnificent golden and white bone complexion with a wide open gate.
Seen the ‘holy knight’ lined up to let us in.
We entered the palace with this magnificent marble floor and pole.
We stopped stepping before a large door with a carving of the continent's history. The door opened, and we knelt down to pay our respects.
A magnificent view of the palace was presented before me, my view captured many stories of various carvings there.
A golden throne gallantly and majestically stood firm, on it, sat a black-haired man smiling warmly. My eyes are filled with streams of light.
But that's not the point of my attention. At first glance, he is just a normal adult man, not too tall or short, not thin or fat, or even not too white or black.
His long black mane unraveled, his face smiling, so deep and calm, as if there was a stream in a lake. His eyes were slightly red, but not too thick. One thing is for sure, it reminds me of someone.
Beside him, a man with a black mane appeared to be standing with a calm expression.
"Meet the Emperor Luminerus" said Albert's uncle who was followed by me.
"Stand up" he said firmly.
We got up following his orders.
‘who is he?’ I murmured in my heart.
In a glance, my eyes caught various important information, and it was all apparently related to this continent. Except for some reliefs I don't know what they mean, but some of them have a feeling.
"You look better, Your Majesty" said Uncle Albert breaking the silence.
"Ha ha, of course, shouldn't I welcome someone's arrival here?" His chuckling shifted his gaze to me.
"It's an honor for me" I said, bowing respectfully.
"Ha ha, you've really grown up huh, oh, and also, isn't there something you're going to say about your family? I don't think we can delay that." He said sharply then.
Even so, I did not feel any ill intentions from him at all. If it was true that he had it, one thing was certain, the demonic aura in my body would be blindly suppressed and for sure he would rebel. If that happens, then my position will definitely be in doubt.
Sighs. I breathe heavy.
"Her Majesty Luminerus, I represent my country, swearing allegiance to the virtuous" I said.
"My country has fought for many years in this disaster of death, it is not easy for us to survive until now, nor in the future. That is why I, Raka Azalea Son of Arcnight plead on behalf of me and my country, imploring his Majesty to repeal the law of isolation and destroy the miasma as soon as possible" I said firmly.
"Oh? Then have you thought about what would happen if the barrier was removed? I think you are too young to understand the responsibility of the emperor. It is better to cut off one hand to protect the whole body from toxins."
"That's right." Quietest.
Uncle Albert looked at me with a surprised look. While the Emperor only looked increasingly cold.
I stood up later. "I can't deny it if it's not the wrong thing. But would you think of cutting off an entire part of your hand if it was known that only one finger was poisoned? Do you want to cut off your hands if you have the medicine? Then if cutting off the hand is the right decision, then what same process would be pursued if the one poisoned was the head? Will you keep cutting off your head? Your honor?"
"Ha huh! That's true but it's precisely because the poisoned hand is the hand that I'll cut."
"Because of that, I think you also think the same about how important my country is to San Gracia."
He smiled, "you really answered my question correctly."
The aura that oppressed us then gradually disappeared. Uncle Albert stood up and seemed to still not believe what I said.
The emperor smiled with satisfaction.
I wiped my sweat that was pouring out. That's really horrible!
"All right, I'll agree. But it was my decision, not the Holy Throne. So, if you want to fully walk your own path, then win it" he said standing up.
They then passed. We are welcome to wait in the break room.

Srak .. I flipped through the notebook sheet I brought. Not a serious book actually, but this book sums up all of Chelsea's memories, so I had to keep reading it and remember every detail of it to get out of the bad ending destiny loop.
A split second later, I was completely focused in my own mind. I didn't realize the change around me.
