Prologue 2
Red Threads That Linked
The night was really cold, hot air was blowing out, in harmony with his heartbeat getting weaker.
Hot tin lodged in various parts of his body, not least his heart.
He lay staring at the stars, flashed in his mind what his little family used to be.
"Ah, I hope that one day I will meet you, mother's father, Rania as well" Her eyes sparkled happily as she recalled how she laughed the other day.
"But is it true that I can meet them?"
"Ah, is it true that a murderer like me who has killed so many people how can I live happily?" He said, closing his eyes tired.
That night, it was a cold night. A great cold-blooded killer, dead.
'Then do you want to come back to life?' A foreign voice echoed within him.
"Yes" subconsciously, he answered.
'How and what life is like you want' the voice whispered back.
"Let's see, I just want to live in the midst of people who can love me sincerely, no matter what"
'Wants fulfilled'.
...□□□...
"Welcome back, old friend" said a soft voice. The voice sounded soft, but also firm, A voice that could not be imagined who and what the owner was like.
Nonius opened his eyes, a dimension opened before him. The dark sky landscape was clearly displayed before him.
A familiar warm feeling flowed gently in his mind. Slowly but surely, the feeling pushed his legs to swing.
Swoshis!
The first foothold changed everything, everything in front of him changed. Dark sky with star-studded order from end to base. The crystal clear water was under his feet, he could not feel the water, whether it was cold or warm, but all he knew was that it was refreshing.
"Who are you?"
"Where am I?" Simple talk.
"Ohooho! You've never changed, still so steadfast in your own way of thinking, no matter how you feel"
"Do I look like I know you?"
"..."
Nonius was silent without a word coming out of his mouth.
"Come, all right, I give up" said the voice slightly caving in.
"Maybe you're wondering why you're here when you should be dead, so right?"
"That's right, so what's your answer"
"Sigh.. You're really cold huh, don't you care about me at all huh!?"
Nonius only showed his flat expression.
"All right, I'll give you an answer" said the mysterious voice.
The stars blinked each other with their respective rays. The landscape trembled, a pseudo-man appeared before Nonius. So fake, but real. Shows a sacred entity that exists but never existed.
The man smiled at her, with a slightly worn-out look of his. A feeling of nostalgia arose in Nonius' mind.
“who are you exactly?” he hesitated a little.
The man laughed a little.
“view? Looks like you still remember me a little, yeah, old friend”
“whatever I am at this time, it means nothing to you, your arrival at this time has nothing to do with me. It is just a call of destiny of your own”
Nonius slightly tilted his head wondering.
“I don't understand, what destiny you mean is.”
The man looked at her once again with an attentive gaze.
“what, as time goes on, you will understand.this is all, about what you have to fulfill, and what happens in the future this all has to do with you in the past. So, if you want to know about who you are that caused all these things to happen, or if you want to see me again, in the future, be strong and I will wait for you.”
Not yet had time for Nonius to respond, strange changes occurred. Just before he answered, a rustling sound had already shocked him. In front of his eyes, the room where he stood did not escape the strange thing - everything was slowly destroyed as if sucked by something endless.
The room rattled, producing tiny fragments the size of a dandelion powder blown by the wind, just like that. The crackling was unceasingly bursting forth, his voice like shards of glass scattered irregularly - everything was chaotic.
“ack!” a moment later, a heavy voice echoed in his ears, a sinister voice as if waking him from a dream, a very long dream.
The fragments of memories slowly surfaced in his head, all passing by endlessly, without rules. It was his memory, yes, he felt it. However, none of it can be remembered.
Until a gentle song calms him. He, sleeping in his sleep, slept very long.
