Chapter 9: Training begins
[Normal POV]
"really slow! Do you guys think you can fight with just this kind of physique huh!?" Shana cried out loudly.
"U-ugh.. Masters.."
"What huh!?"
"Anu. isn't there anything different about your students?"
"Hmm, what do you mean.."
"???"
"E-eh!? Where's Raka!?" Shana said as she realized the peculiarity of her group of students.
"Ah, you just realized it huh, that Raka hasn't even gotten here yet?"
"Tsk. You guys are here, I'll find him soon!"
Swoosh's..
A pair of golden orange wings appeared on the slender back of the woman. The wing flapped, flying the dry leaves and dust around it. A split second later, the wings flapped rapidly, pushing its slender body into the sky loose.
"Ugh.. I'm really careless, I don't even remember about him!" Shana said as she watched carefully from the air.
"Hmm? Meet me!" He said as a small object moved at an ever-increasing speed through the forest.
"I thought he'd give up, but he looked even more than I thought."
Shana continued to look at Raka who was running from a distance. Several times he looked bad and several times he stopped. But all that just passed, he continued to run and run, even his face seemed radiant.
Seeing that, Shana could only smile in admiration at the boy.
Late in the evening when Raka reached the mountain. All the children looked at him and immediately approached him shortly after he arrived.
That afternoon, it was quite warm for Raka.

Nightfall.
After eating, I decided to go back to my room. Yep! I have my own room right now. Here, each student will have his own room. And, here, I'm alone.
Each disciple would be grouped according to who their respective masters were.
Of the fifteen disciples, there were five disciples of the fifth master, four disciples of the fourth master, two disciples of the third master, three disciples of the second master, and only me of the first master.
That's why I'm alone here.
My senses stung. Someone seems to be trying to get close to me at this moment.
I prepared when a heavy and wide hand slapped my shoulder.
"Ma-master?" I asked when a black-haired man looked at me.
"Ah, good job at your first training!" He shouted while patting my shoulder hard.
The byurr!
I was pushed hard enough to unknowingly lose control and splashed into the pool in front of me.
'Shit! This weak body'
"Hmm? Ahahaha!" While the master only laughed loudly.
"Huh, I think I really got a good student well. But, you know what? You don't have to pretend to fall to comfort me" he said, showing a fond expression.
I stared at the pitiful old man flatly.
'Lucky palamu! Whatchu mean? I look good? And, what is it pretending!? Obviously I fell because of you!' My meaning was in my heart while squeezing my soaked clothes.
"Oh, yes, the master said congratulations on my first training, right?" Ask her.
"Hmm? Yes" he said casually.
"Ah well, I haven't explained to you. Even though I, am your master, it does not mean that you will only get training from me. What the master means here is your guardians and mentors personally. So that doesn't mean you don't have to learn training from another master"
"So that's it, I get it. Then... If you've seen my performance today, you should know right, my training problem?" Seriously many.
"Ah, about that. I don't know!" he said while scraping his nose deeply.
The corner of my mouth twitched violently. This master of mine, in addition to his immoral style, he is also a little upsetting in hindsight. And it kind of reminds me of the gym teacher in my high school.
'Either why do I feel that he is not my master' I said in my heart.
"What's the problem? Don't you just look exhausted? Then isn't it good if you train your physique first?"
'Well, that's right considering that this child-like physical body of girls is really weak. I need to improve my physique. But if a physical problem like this alone, I can still solve it. The problem is my lack of mana. This world is a world of magic. And whoever has no magic, he will soon be eliminated by the laws of nature.'
"Ugh. that's not wrong either, but. anu, a-I.."
Plaque!
"Ahaha come! Is a little guy like you even embarrassed to say that you are a weak guy huh!?"
He patted my shoulder hard. Hearing this slightly misinterpreted speech made my emotions peak slightly.
"Haha"
"No. Not that" I said coldly.
"E-uh? Didn't ya?"
"I-I, I have no mana" I said coldly.
His relaxed expression and a little playfulness seemed to fade a little.
I bow my head.
'Roughly, would the master still accept me if he knew I had nowhere? Ah, stop..'
An expression overpowers my expectations. He smiled warmly and slightly stroked my hair.
I was shocked and reflexively turned my little face to her. Our eyes smile at each other. Those eyes, those deep black eyes that glistened, confirmed me, as if to tell me that everything would be fine.
And, stupidly I am, I believe in it.
"Haih, when did I say that you have to be strong huh!? Didn't I just say that you were going to be my student? Is the level of a disciple in my eyes that low? Being the disciple of an ancestor depends not only on strength, nor greatness? You can't use your mana, but it's only for now. And also, does being strong have to be a witch? Do you think you're just full of weaknesses?"
"W-what do you mean..?" Say slowly.
"Hmm? You still have to ask? Shouldn't you understand what I'm saying, huh?" He said with a slightly disdainful expression.
"U-ugh, you're such a bitch.." I returned with a cold expression
"ah! Also true! You said I could be strong without mana, right?" I wonder.
"Hmm? Nope"
"U-ugh..really? But I think you said it (?)"
He nodded confirming, "i just said this, ahem!" Speech throbs.
"I said that being strong doesn't have to be a witch, that's all"
I kept holding back my emotions.
"Gasp! It's the same!!" My protest.
"U-ugh. alright, forget it! So, what do you mean by being strong doesn't have to be a witch. Does that mean I can become strong without relying on magic? But how is it going?"
"Hmm? Great question!"
"Ah-umm? What answer?"
"The answer is err. I don't know!"
Damn it!
