The Eternity: The Colour of Fate
PROLOGUE III'S

Prologue 3: The Fable

It was a cold night.

A woman lay weakly on her couch, her slightly pale face, appearing even paler as it blended with her faded silver hair.

His eyes closed, with a cold breath that was so calm as if he did not care about the cold night air that cut through the cold skin.

The rustling of the grass also combined with the silence of that night, a dim night without the moon, without fireflies, there was only a dim candle flame surrounded by small moths around it.

After some time accompanied only by air and rustling twigs, his petals were slightly raised. Featuring an icy blue bead so clear, right now, it looks like a statue of a goddess carved from a chunk of ice so clear-with no hint of stain.

Her pretty eyes stared blankly, she then smiled a little. The corner of his eyes slightly dropped a clear circle of tears. His calm breathing grew increasingly hunting, rhythmic with his increasingly weakened heartbeat, leaving him.

She closed her beautiful eyes again, this time, for the last time that night, she took her last breath.

‘cold’

‘taste cold’

‘father, mother,’

‘I miss you guys’

‘you miss me too right?’

The girl opened her beautiful eyes, in a dark quiet room, she set her feet slowly - hoping to meet her family again.

‘ox’

‘where are you?’

He asked in the midst of darkness and confusion.

‘you're back, my girl,’ said a shady voice.

‘of course, isn't that what happened in these few years?’

‘what's bothering my girl right now?’ ask that voice.

‘ox, until when will this stop?isn't that all meaningless? I mean, what's the point of me trying to change things that I can't change? You're wasting your time trying to keep giving me this chance, ox? I can't even change it at all after a few times of my life, it hurts’

‘ah, my girl, one thing you need to remember, if you are unable to push a stone blocking a river with your own hands, then there is a time for you to cry and ask for a helping hand from someone else,’

‘i know, but who can help me?’

‘i don't know, but obviously, he must be the only person you can trust without a crack. One thing is for sure, it will come.’

The girl was just pensive with her complicated expression.

The girl squeezed her hand sliced, she looked slightly down concealing her own expression. Slowly but surely, his eyes warmed up, one by one the teardrops soaked his white pajamas.

The flow of memory ran softly through his head, right now, be it his mind or that his heart, all siding with that memory.

“hei, why are you daydreaming?”

A quiet and deep voice called out to him. The girl was surprised, she let her look. Beside him, stood a man with black hair and shady blue eyes.

‘se-uniforms?’ said the girl stuck, as if her voice was stuck in the esophagus. He turned his face, looking at the young man in front of him. The man stood firmly in his unbuttoned High School uniform, featuring a black t-shirt and with his casual look.

“what if I daydream huh?” said the girl spontaneously and showed a slight expression of disinterest.

While the teenage boy beside him could only stare furiously at the face of the girl before him. He pulled up the chair in front of the girl and sat down while shuffling her hair.

“kuh! Nonius! Why are you, huh!? should I put up a special warning for you not to mess up my hair?” the girl protested.

The teenage boy in front of him just laughed amusedly at the girl scolding him. The girl stood up, she grabbed the hair of the teenage boy in front of her and ruffled it in such a way. The young man only laughed and slightly dodged with the intention of mocking the girl in front of him as the girl's hand quickly ruffled her black hair.

“kauu! Just because you're taller than me don't think about continuing to tease me!” said the girl growled.

“haha, well, well, I lost. I end up feeling a little anxious with you who are thinking so much that it will be easier to get mocked, after all it was great to see Miss Arryndra angry and showing her emotions”

The girl's face flushed, “kuh, shit! You screwed me!” he said while turning away the face reddened by shame.

The young man in front of him just laughed when he looked at the girl who was blushing in front of him. “so, it seems my feelings have been conveyed well and acceptable ya” he chuckled.

The girl was surprised, she quickly denied it. “a-what are you talking about!? besides you say it like it's normal.”

“last?” asked the teenage boy in front of her innocently.

“no matter how many girls you have woo” said the girl with an expression no matter hers.

“hmm? Another girl? I thought you were the first, miss” said the teenage boy in front of him clearly and without the slightest hesitation.

“gasp!” the girl's cheeks were back to heat up red.

“aah, you know, Miss Arryndra? You are so adorable when you show your expression, said the teenage boy in front of him, commenting unaware of his expression at the time that changed drastically.

“in-secret! Stop embarrassing me!”

“hahaha, alright alright, so what's wrong with you, nonaku?”

“no”

The girl threw her body back into her seat. He breathed his breath out loud.

The young man in front of him was still busy repairing his already unfazed black hair. He looked at the girl in front of him and smiled.
