Chapter 100: My Son

Arriving at the hospital yard, Kenzi saw several police officers standing guard, he immediately ran into the hospital with Keenan and Surya.

"Where's my wife's room?" asked Kenzi between his steps.

"There! point Keenan at one of the rooms no 4.

Kenzi immediately opened the room door, followed by the two of them behind. He walked with a sigh of relief to see Siena was fine. " Siena.."

Noticing the arrival of Kenzi and the others, he tried to get up. "Samuel was shot" said Siena softly with tears on her cheeks.

Kenzi immediately hugged Siena tightly and gently rubbed her hair. "Look, baby, Samuel's gonna be fine."

Siena shook her head, "no." she sobbed. "What's good is okay!" siena's cry pushed up Kenzi's body and stared at his face sharply. "Until when do we live like this! in front of my eyes they shot Samuel!" Siena was unable to hold herself back, her hand hitting Kenzi very hard.

Kenzi just quietly let Siena beat him, he understood the anxiety and fear of losing his family members make Siena in a phase of frustration. Not that he sndiri take lightly the problems he is facing, here is not anywhere else that can be at will using his weapon. Kenzi could only hug her even though Siena kept cursing.

"Dear, calm down." Surya helped calm Siena by rubbing her back.

"Calm down, Papa said?" siena's eyes glanced at Surya. "Mama..Samuel.."siena's voice sounded vibrating.

"After this who else is Pa?" siena's eyes stared hard at Surya and then turned to look at Kenzi. "I? or will my son be the next victim? answer me!"

"Sstttt.don't talk like that, dear." Kenzi immediately hugged Siena's body tightly.

Surya lowered his head, he was unable to answer his daughter's question. He faintly smiled, raising his face to look at Siena. Now her daughter is no longer a girl who thinks only of herself. Siena has become a mother. Mother who worries about the safety of her son and family. "I'm sorry, Papa, son."

"Calm down, don't talk like that anymore" Kenzi said, holding Siena's hand on her cheek, then kissing Siena's hand many times. Siena just stared at Kenzi's face. Not that he regretted being a part of Kenzi's world. But the problem is different now. There was a son who was present in the middle of them. Siena's past is traumatized by itself, lest her son become a victim.

"Congratulations Sir, Son of the Father, man."

Kenzi and the others turned to the nurse who was walking around holding a baby who was wearing a beige blanket.

"Male man?!" Kenzi glanced for a moment at Siena who wiped her tears, then he got up and stood up. Her hands were outstretched as the Nurse gave the baby in her cradle to Kenzi.

With trembling hands, he took the baby into his lap. His glassy eyes looked at the baby's red face, then kissed the baby's forehead very gently.

"Then, excuse me."

Kenzi nodded his head, "thank you Sus." He kissed the baby again, and he showed it to Surya.

Surya smiled widely, staring at the baby's face long enough. With tears she said, "Hana, we have a grandchild."

Keenan rubbed Surya's back to calm down. He saw Siena still sobbing.

"Hey baby, don't be sad anymore. Look at our son." Kenzi gave the baby to Siena. Slowly Siena's hands took the baby in Kenzi's hands and hugged him. Kenzi sat on the chair while wiping Siena's tears with a tissue.

"Keenan, take me to Samuel's room, Pa. You call Akira and Yeng Chen to come here." Kenzi stood up, he bowed, kissing the top of Siena's head for a moment. Then he stepped with Keenan towards another room.

Surya calls Akira and Yeng Chen to go to the hospital, and tells them what happened to Samuel. Surya again noticed Siena who was beginning to calm down.

"I don't want to lose you, I don't want you to get hurt" Siena sobbed.

Surya nodded his head, he smiled and watched his first grandchild.

"Brother Kenzi?" greet one of the police officers who stood guard at the door of the room where Samuel was treated.

"True sir." Kenzi reached out his hand to return the Police Chief's hand.

"You haven't been able to see the victim, it's still in critical condition." The police officer explained what the doctor said. They also asked for some information from Kenzi about the shooting earlier.

"Tomorrow we wait for your arrival at the office."

Kenzi nodded his head, "well sir. I'll work together."

From the direction of the door, a Doctor and two brawlers came out from inside the room. The doctor immediately informed Kenzi and the police, Samuel has passed the critical phase.

Kenzi breathed in relief, he rubbed his face many times, "thank you, Doc."

The doctor nodded his head, then he stepped out with two police officers to be questioned about Samuel. While Kenzi and Keenan went straight into the room. Kenzi sat in a chair watching Samuel with a medical device on his body.

Samuel glanced at Kenzi, "Boss..how is Miss Siena?" he said it was soft and barely heard from Kenzi or Keenan.

"You don't have to worry, now you've become, Om." Kenzi smiled broadly at Samuel who was chuckling.

"Ah, thank goodness." Samuel glanced at Keenan. "Thank you, you've helped me."

Keenan nodded, "just relax, Siena is my best friend from childhood. I won't let anyone hurt him."

Kenzi immediately turned to stare at Keenan hearing his statement about Siena. Make the man misbehave, "hey calm down, don't get mad buddy. He's like my own brother." Kenzi stood up, walking closer to Keenan.

"Hey, don't be mad." Keenan was wrong. He thinks Kenzi will hit him. But beyond Keenan's expectations, the man turned around to hug her at a glance.

"Thank you." Kenzi patted Keenan on the shoulder many times.

Keenan coughed small, he scratched his non-itchy head. "If you need help, I'm ready."

"Boss!"

Kenzi and Keenan turned their heads towards the door, Yeng Chen walked over to Samuel.

"How are you, Sam?" ask Yeng Chen.

"I'm fine." Samuel smilingly looked at Yeng Chen his eyes glazed over with glass. "You crying? pfffft." Samuel held back a laugh, upon seeing Yeng Chen's eyes. For the first time during their time together, Yeng Chen looked sad.

Yeng Chen let out a faint laugh, hitting Samuel's arm softly. Kenzi laughed at him, there was a different taste than before, a warm feeling spread to his heart. "Don't let all this make me weak" Kenzi said in his heart.
