Days passed, weeks changed. Siena took care of Alya so painstakingly that it showed progress. The therapy that Siena applied to produce results. Arriving at home, Reegan was at home sitting with Sandra on the porch. "Darling, are you home?" ask Siena.

"Yes, I'm coming home fast.My job is loose now," replied Reegan. "Rey, please sit down." Reegan let her sit down, while Sandra stood up.

"Who is this?" ask Rei.

"He's still my brother Rei, he works here taking care of my mom to help Siena, her name is Sandra" Reegan replied.

Rei nodded his head, he stared momentarily at Sandra. "Wasn't this woman who was with Reegan at the club that night? if he was a brother why did they hug that night?" rei said in his heart.

Rei nodded his head, stood up and stepped into the car parked in the yard.

While Siena and Reegan enter the house, Sandra follows from behind. Suddenly Sandra felt dizzy and nauseous.

Siena looked straight back at Sandra who was running to the bathroom. "He why?" ask Siena.

"Maybe catch a cold" Reegan replied.

Siena stood there listening to Sandra's voice vomiting from the bathroom. Soon after, I called Siena.

"Master! neng Sandra fainted!" mbok ran from the kitchen door. Siena and Reegan ran straight to the bathroom. Reegan walked over to Sandra who was lying unconscious. He lifted Sandra's body and was taken to the room.

Siena immediately took the initiative to call Doctor Ana home. After that, he went straight to Sandra's room. Siena was stunned to see Reegan holding Sandra with an anxious look on her face. "Reegan why are you so worried?" siena said in her heart.

"How is he conscious?" ask Siena.

Reegan put Sandra's body on the bed. "He's still fainting."

"You don't have to worry, I've called Doctor Ana home" Siena said standing in front of Reegan.

"Why do you call the doctor! you know damn well!" reegan Benthic. Siena was stunned to see Reegan who arrived angry at him.

"Why are you nervous?" siena looked at Reegan.

"No, I'm just worried he's got a napa, we're wrong." Reegan lowered her head, sitting on the chair.

Reegan's answer makes sense, but Siena catches something else on Reegan. "Why what does that mean?" ask Siena.

"I-i?" reegan's speech was interrupted as Doctor Ana walked out of the room door.

"How's Doc?" ask Siena.

"He must be taken to the hospital, there are abnormalities in the fetus in the womb," replied Dr. Ana.

"Fetus? you mean Doctor, Sandra's pregnant?" Siena widened her eyes looking at Doctor Ana.

"Truely Siena, she is two months pregnant," replied the Doctor.

"Pregnant.." said Siena quietly. He glanced at Reegan. "Reegan! why didn't you tell me Sandra was pregnant? and pregnant by whom?" ask Siena.

"I'm afraid you won't let Sandra stay here, while she needs a place to stay. She was indeed again pregnant by her husband who left her just like that" Reegan replied making up the story.

"Why are you telling me now?" siena was upset.

Siena silently stared at Reegan's unrest and worries. He sat on a chair cupping his face.
