As Siena was waiting for the Doctor to leave Reegan's room. Kenzi was standing in front of them.

"You? what are you doing here?" siena looked at Kenzi and Adrian.

"You didn't obey my orders and left your job." Kenzi crossed both hands on his chest.

"I know, but I'm not here to be creative." Siena laughed a little.

Kenzi brought his face closer to Siena's. "But you have nothing to do with the patient, do you?"

Siena pulled her face away from Kenzi, she pointed towards the door of the room. "Originally you know, he's-he's-?"

"Former.more precisely your ex-husband," Kenzi said.

Siena and keenan looked at each other for a moment, "how do you know?" ask Siena.

"You don't need to know, now you're back at work." Kenzi pulled Siena's hand and stepped out his leg.

"Hey, you! release Siena. What's you-?"

"Shut your mouth, because I already know what you're going to say." Kenzi cut off Keenan's speech. Keenan was silent. "You either go back to the office, or I'll fire you, okay?!"

Kenzi again stepped up his legs, forcefully pulling Siena's hand. Although Siena tried to let go of Kenzi's hand. But the grip was too strong that Siena was in pain.

But Kenzi ignored him, he continued to drag Siena out of the hospital, followed by Keenan and Adrian.

Arriving at the office, Kenzi released the clutch of his hand on Siena's arm.

"Go back to work, and finish this job. I don't want to know, you have to finish it and then you can go home" Kenzi said.

"Hey, you can't treat Siena like that!" exciting Keenan.

Kenzi turned to Keenan, "silence and get back to work, or I'll fire you."

Keenan fell silent, thinking if he continued to act. Kenzi will fire her and it will make it harder for Keenan's wiggle room to keep Siena. "Okay, I'm following your orders. But you don't have to be rude to Siena."

Kenzi smiled sinisterly, he stepped out of the room. Followed by Adrian and Keenan.

"Crazy for people, just giving orders" Siena grumbled.

He sat down on the chair staring at the pile of documents on the table. "Reegan, I'm sorry.I can't see you yet.maybe I'll be back tomorrow. Siena let out a long sigh, then she started working at Kenzi's request.

In a different room, Kenzi watched Siena through the monitor screen with Adrian.

" Hana's been tricking me" said Kenzi, staring at the screen.

"I mean sir?" ask Adrian.

"Hana promised her daughter was still a girl, but the truth is she's married." Kenzi glanced for a moment at Adrian. Then, focus on staring at the monitor screen.

"What punishment would you give to Miss Hana?" ask Adrian.

Kenzi smiled sarcastically at the screen, "we'll see."

Adrian nods a nod at the head to understand Kenzi's intentions.

Time passed, and the day changed. Hana came to pick up Siena as she promised this morning. But he only found Keenan.

"Keenan? where is Siena?" ask Hana.

"Tante, Siena-?"

Hana and Keenan turned towards the door staring at Kenzi walking towards them. "But now it's time the office hours are over." Hana looked at Kenzi.

Kenzi smiled cynically, "Mrs Hana, now is my rule. Not your rule or lord's Karta."

"Let's talk Kenzi!" snapped Hana.

"Slow down your voice, Miss Hana, and I suggest you go home. Because of your daughter, I won't let her go home before she finishes her work."

"You can't!" exciting Keenan.

"Shut up!" Kenzi pointed one hand at Keenan's face, with a sharp look at Hana's face. "" Please come home, now!" snapped Kenzi.

"Be aware that you dare hurt my daughter." Hana snorted angrily at Kenzi, then she stepped out of the room following Keenan from behind.

"Fraud," muttered Kenzi.

He moved his foot back into the room to monitor Siena. He just sat in a chair. Kenzi saw Siena holding her stomach. It seems Siena is holding back hunger, Kenzi thought. He smiled looking at the restless Siena while holding her stomach.

"It's just the beginning, my doll." Kenzi laughed loudly.

Minutes passed, the clock changed. Siena fell asleep leaning on the chair holding her hungry. Kenzi began to move his heart after seeing Siena fall asleep. He glanced at the watch that showed at 19:30.

Kenzi stood up, he picked up the food box on the table and stepped out of the room to meet Siena. Arriving in the room he was still glued to look at Siena's face. "Beautiful" he said slowly. He walked closer to Siena and stood behind the chair that Siena was sitting in.

Kenzi's hand slowly stretched out to touch Siena's cheek. However, Kenzi's hand was checked by Siena. Kenzi was surprised to think Siena was awake. But it turns out Siena was dreaming in her sleep and said, "Reegan.what's my fault.why did you hurt my feelings.why did you betray me.Why Reegan.answer.." said Siena softly in her sleep. He rubbed and kissed Kenzi's hand many times.

Kenzi was silent for quite a while letting Siena stroke and kiss his hand. But the next second he pulled his hand and patted Siena on the cheek. "Wake up!"

Siena immediately opened her eyes and was shocked when she saw Kenzi already standing nearby. "A, what are you doing here?" siena asked nervously. He spread his eyes throughout the room.

"What do you do to sleep?!" snapped Kenzi.

"I'm sorry." said Siena quietly. He stood up and moved away from the chair.

"Siena!" exclaim Rei from the direction of the door. Siena and Kenzi turned towards the voice, seeing keenan and Rei walking over. "Are you okay?" ask them compact.

Siena nodded her head, "yes.."

"Let's go home!" Rei pulled Siena's hand.

"What the hell are you guys! Siena's still working." Kenzi approached and pulled the other hand of Siena.

"What do you think, Mr. Kenzi, the working hours are over.You think Siena is? your subordinate?" ask Rei growled.

Kenzi chuckled softly, "did I answer your question, Rei?" Kenzi asked back.

"As far as you!" sela Keenan's.

"Why is that you? y'all rich tom and jerry.Every time you see a storm?" siena asked not to understand.

"We go home now," Rei pulled Siena's hand and took her out of the room. While the bag and cell phone were hers, she forgot to bring it.

"Four days left, you're free to say anything. But after four days have passed, you will see the girl suffer more than you can imagine" Kenzi muttered. He sat on the chair staring at the cell phone and the bag that Siena left behind.

"Welcome to Siena, this is just the beginning."

Meanwhile Keenan and the others drive Siena home.

"I'm surprised by you guys. What's the matter exactly?" ask Siena in the car.

"There's nothing about Siena, she has to be hardened. If not, he will do as good as you." Rei looked at Siena.
