Chapter 64: Birthday

The atmosphere at the police station was very noisy that morning. People came in and the phone rang. Rei and Keenan sit in a chair waiting for Marsya and the Inspector to meet.

"Baby, Keenan!" Marsya approached them with two cups of coffee. Marsya offers them coffee in a friendly manner.

"I've been waiting for you for a long time, you know? I don't have much time left to stay here?" said Rei annoyedly staring at the coffee glass in his hand.

"Come with me" Marsya walked towards one of the interrogation rooms to meet the Inspector. Marsya opened the door for the two of them and allowed them to enter the room.

Rei and Keenan sat down on the chair that was in front of the table. Marsya was sitting in a chair next to Inspector Sheila.

Rei took a furious breath staring at the two women before him. "I don't know what you've been doing all this time, but there's not a bit of progress on the Siena case.."

Marsya put a file containing various documents of Siena's abduction report. "Kenzi and the Crips' network are not so easy as you imagine Rei."

"Kenzi and his network, the police have been trying to arrest them for years, but the network is much more slippery than we thought it would be" Inspector Sheila said.

"Aren't you looking? are you so hard to catch them? don't you know what they're doing? especially Kenzi?" said Rei geram. Keenan was silent and did not speak.

"Trust me, we'll soon catch Kenzi and return Siena to your midst. Based on the investigation there's a rift between them." Marsya thrust some photos in front of Rei and Keenan.

"It's impossible, you can be easily fooled by them." Keenan finally spoke up while staring at some unfamiliar photos

"You'd better take a break, leave Siena's case to us." Marsya stood staring at the exhausted look on Rei and Keenan's face.

"No, I'll join you in the capture this time," Rei said staring intently at Marsya.

Marsya glanced at Sheila, "it will make things difficult for us, trust Rei.."

"No, I'm not going to be quiet." Rei stood up to look towards Marsya.

"Alright, I hope you don't complicate Marsya's work" Sheila agreed. "In that way, we can catch Siena and lure Kenzi out of his lair."

After they get the deal, Rei and Keenan return to Marsya's house and wait for further information.

Kenzi was sitting in front of the monitor screen, suddenly his phone rang. He reached into his pocket to get a cell phone. The phone is placed close to his ear.

"Hello" said Kenzi.

"You're playing with fire, Kenzi." Livian's voice rang out on the phone, infuriating Kenzi.

"You don't have to interfere or dictate my life, Livian. I know what I'm supposed to do." Kenzi snorted in annoyance.

"Of course, just so long as you know Kenzi. That lady friend has reported you to the police. And they've sniffed your existence. If you don't eliminate that woman. Don't expect the boss to forgive you." Livian laughed scornfully making Kenzi even more furious. The disconnected tone from the phone connection made Kenzi increasingly unable to hold back his emotions. He rushed out of the room to meet Samuel and Yeng Chen.

"You take care of all the identities, we'll be out of here in the next week." Kenzi handed the documents to Samuel.

"Good boss!" sahut Samuel's.

"And you.go home first and take care of the work in Indonesia." Kenzi ordered Yeng chen without any length. "After you're done, follow Yeng Chen as soon as possible without having to see me first."

"Ready boss!" sahut they are in unison. Then the two of them left the house to do the work of Kenzi.

Kenzi took a deep breath, he looked at the two of them. He does not care anymore about the threat of Livian or the big boss who will get rid of him. Having Siena is the biggest mistake of his life and work. Kenzi doesn't care anymore.

"You why?" siena asked, seeing Kenzi's face look crimson.

"There's nothing dear" replied Kenzi walking over to him.

Siena stood up and moved away from Kenzi as her hand touched Siena's chest.

"What do you want?" Siena took a few steps back and leaned against the wall.

"Why are you staying away?" Kenzi walked closer. "We'll be home soon." Kenzi looked at Siena's red lips.

"really?" siena's eyes sparkled when she heard the word 'home'.

Kenzi nodded his head quickly, he kissed Siena's lips at a glance. He turned his face and rubbed his lips.

"Why?" kenzi looked at Siena.

"You smell alcohol" Siena pushed Kenzi's body away. "You know, alcohol is bad for your health."

Kenzi laughed at Siena's words. "Isn't that good for you Siena? can I die sooner?"

"Yes, that's right. But I don't want you to die like that" Siena replied.

Kenzi smiled sinisterly, staring in Siena's face, knowing full well that Siena was paying attention to him despite the painful sound. Without saying much, Kenzi directly bit Siena's neck forcefully. There was a groan of pain from Siena's lips.

Kenzi let go of his bite and chuckled as he saw that there was a red trace on Siena's neck.

"What?" Siena rubbed her own neck.

"Nothing" replied Kenzi. He lowered his head for a moment.

"What's wrong with you? say it.."

"Siena.." said Kenzi staring into Siena's face.

Siena frowned looking at Kenzi's gloomy face. "Say what's wrong?"

"I have a gift for you." Kenzi walked out of the room. Siena just stared confusedly at Kenzi's attitude.

Before long, Kenzi returned with a red box in his hand. "This is a gift for you." Kenzi gave the box to Siena.

With hesitation, Siena took the red box from Kenzi's hand. "Don't open it now, but open it when you need it."

"Why should I be later?" ask Siena.

Kenzi rubbed Siena's cheek and tucked the hair in her ear, "because now you don't need it, Siena."

Siena took a rough breath, she looked at Kenzi's two eyeballs, looking for solemnity in her eyes. Kenzi nodded his head. "Trust me, someday you'll need it. Keep it in your bag, Siena."

Kenzi cupped Siena's face and kissed her forehead long enough. After that he left Siena's room.

Siena silently stared at Kenzi's departure from her room. From the moment they got married, Kenzi held firm his word not to touch Siena, until there was acceptance from Siena herself. From time to time, it has ingrained a sense of trust in Kenzi. Siena still cannot accept Kenzi as her husband.

"What's in this box?" he stared at the red box in his hand. He decided not to open the box at Kenzi's request.
