Before the Storm Happened
Fang Lin did not say anything and the look on his face turned serious, slowly the ice barrier protecting him melted away.
A few breaths later. Fang Lin instantly shot towards Xu Yuan at the speed of light, he instantly launched a double attack from multiple directions.
Xu Yuan took Fang Lin's attack seriously, there was no gap for him to counterattack. But all that did not last long, suddenly dozens of shadow creatures appeared out of nowhere and attacked Fang Lin blindly.
Their surprise attack managed to put Fang Lin in a defensive position and of course the position was very detrimental to him, "Well, well. You'reinsane... I thought you were a real man, in fact you needed their help to get me cornered." The mockery came out of Fang Lin's mouth on the sidelines of the fight.
Xu Yuan clucked in annoyance at hearing that, to be honest he did not expect that Fang Lin's battle experience was so high, "My preparations for fighting him are really immature. I have to get out of here before it's too late..." Inner Xu Yuan with a serious look.
Fang Lin could have actually defeated Xu Yuan if indeed that person's ability was only this limited, but he did not want to act rashly considering that the attack he had just launched could shake his Ice Holy Element shield.

A moment of thought, Fang Lin instantly scattered his entire clone in various directions to search for the whereabouts of his shadow commanders.

Fang Lin appeared above the sky, just below him the Ice Palace which was the residence of both his parents as well as Shui Ru.
Without saying much Fang Lin immediately called Yue over telepathically, it only took a single breath for the beautiful woman to come before him.
"You look agitated sir, did something happen?" Yue asked curiously.
Fang Lin nodded, "I just had a brief fight with Xu Yuan. He escaped after I took out ten clones, and before we both fought he said that the entire commander of the shadow army had been obliterated by him..." Fang Lin replied explaining, "I can't contact the shadow commanders, there's not even a response after I used the forced call. I'm sure his words weren't just a bluff."
Yue heard his master speech silent for a moment before saying, "Then, use your clones to search for their traces..."
Yue fell silent again for a while, "Sorry sir, I don't have any more suggestions. Now we just have to wait for word from your clone... If we get their location, just launch a surprise attack on them." Yue replied in a calm voice.
Fang Lin nodded in understanding, "Alright. By the way, are they ready?"
"Of course, sir, they are more than ready to lead the battle to come..." Yue replied with a smile, "Ah... Nor can I join your war, for it breaks the rules and can make you eliminated."
"I knew. You don't have to interfere in this war..." Fang Lin patted Yue softly on the head, "Can I ask for some things if something happens to me in the future?"
"Huh, you're not planning to lose are you?" Yue furrowed his brows, "I will never forgive if you give up on this battle..."
Fang Lin smiled and hugged Yue, "I don't plan on losing at all. This request is just in case..." His whisper then chimed, "Please find my three lovers and make them happy without me. I'm sure you can do it, right?"
Yue did not say anything, he naturally felt annoyed that his master had already said this. His mood turned bad, for he did not want anything to happen to his master.
"alright, sir. I promise I'll do it, but you need to promise me two things."
"What?"
"Please promise, you must fight the enemy with all your abilities, never once have you thought of giving up even if you are on the verge of death." Said Yue then chimed in, "Then, let's become lovers after you win this war..."
Fang Lin's heart paused for a moment when he heard it, he released his embrace with widened eyes, "You..."
Yue smiled gently with flushed cheeks, "Yes! Let's live happily after this war is over!" Say it with a slightly high tone.
A happy feeling burst out within Fang Lin's heart, he approached Yue's face then kissed her lips gently, "A feeling I've never felt before. Feels like... Meet a lover I haven't seen in a long time." Inner Fang Lin.
Yue naturally responded to Fang Lin's kiss gently, her present feelings were not much different from her master's. Unconsciously, Yue tears flowed down her cheeks.
Fang Lin who noticed it immediately stopped and moved away from his face, "What's wrong? Don't you like it 'cause I kissed your lips all of a sudden?" Ask curiously.
Yue shook his head and wiped away the tears with his hands, "Ah, nothing. I was only moved because the long-buried feelings were finally conveyed..."
"So, you've loved me from the beginning?"
"Of course." Yue nodded.
Fang Lin held onto Yue Yang beautiful face with both palms, "I promise to win this war. Let's live happily together with the others!" Fang Lin said in a loud tone.
Yue nodded her face again then hugged Fang Lin tightly. Although for now the two have not become lovers, but it is certain that in the future they will both be the most harmonious couple.
