Out of the Star Academy
"I'm sorry for overdoing it, old man. Did my actions attract the attention of Master or Instructor?" asked Fang Lin curiously.
"Well, I'm not too surprised considering you're in the first school year.' Dulhan quietly chuckled softly, then answered the young man's question, "For so far, no one has spoken about you specifically. But, I wouldn't know if they were talking telepathically."
"Oh, yeah." Fang Lin paused for a moment, then continued on, "By the way, I'll be out of this Academy. Can you take care of it?"
"Hurry up, what's the reason?" Dulhan looked a little surprised, he had already expected that Fang Lin would be out of the Academy but he would not have expected it to be this fast.
"I've been quite satisfied staying for a month in this Academy, and I also have other goals to accomplish" Fang Lin replied calmly.
"I understand. Then, I'll take care of your exit papers from the Academy.." said Dulhan, then immediately added, "You can leave tonight or tomorrow, do I have to drive you?"
"No need, old man. I can do it myself." said Fang Lin, then silently slightly lowered his head, "Thank you for allowing me to stay in the Academy."
"It doesn't matter, anyway, I promised."
Fang Lin did not say anything more then ended the conversation the two of them had here.

After all, the entire disciples immediately returned to their respective dormitories.
Fang Lin was also the same because he needed to do something before leaving this Academy.

"Master, are we going to practice early?" arthur asked as he looked at Fang Lin who was standing before him.
"No, from today on I will stop training you" Fang Lin said calmly.
Arthur widened his eyes when he heard that, obviously he was very surprised, "Wait, what does that mean, Master!?"
"Didn't I say it from the beginning? I will train you for only one month, and now is the time for me to stop."
"But... Can't Master train me for much longer?"
"It's a pity that I can't do it, I have some unattainable goals so I can't stay with you."
Arthur was speechless with his head lowered to the floor, he was obviously very sad to have to part with his Master.
It was not that Arthur needed his Master to become stronger, but that he already considered Fang Lin to be his family.
"I understand how you feel, sometimes the breakup hurts" Fang Lin said, then continued, "But you don't have to worry, because your memory of me will be permanently erased."
"Eh, what's maxu-"
Before Arthur could finish his words, his gaze immediately turned dark and was about to fall to the floor.
But Fang Lin immediately caught it, and a sigh then burst out of his mouth, "I'm sorry, Arthur. I hope you can use your abilities well."
Fang Lin placed Arthur on the bed, then permanently erased his entire memory of him.
After it was over, Fang Lin looked at Arthur for a moment then disappeared from there in the blink of an eye.

Patron City, is a city that is slightly populated but has a large area that is not playful. Since this city was on the edge of the Zavarina continent and there were some insurmountable problems, many outsiders were reluctant to settle down.
Even so, the residents in the city of Patron can be said to be prosperous because they have a very good leader. The fourth level noble family was the figure who led the city.
A while later, Fang Lin retracted his Spiritual Awareness and nodded a few times.
"It should be a suitable place." Fang Lin muttered, then continued, "Then, I will make this place my family's residence."
"Yue, did you hear me?" Fang Lin patted Yue who was in his Soul World.
"What's up, baby?"
Not for three seconds, Fang Lin received a response from his wife.
"I will return to the Soul World in an hour, please gather all the people who want to go to this World."
"Ah, okay."
"Thank you."
"Sure, dear."
After their telepathy ended, Fang Lin instantly disappeared from his place and then appeared in the front yard of a mansion that was quite majestic.
Without saying much more, Fang Lin released his presence to such an extent that it made him able to be realized by the people occupying the Mansion.
Within the span of a minute, dozens of Magicians and Warriors who had a Mana Circle five and above surrounded him from various directions.
"Who are you?" a man who was already in his late 40s asked in a calm tone.
"I'm sorry for disturbing your peace, Melric Family Head." Fang Lin smiled faintly, then again said, "I'm here because I have a deal that could benefit your family or this city."
"Deal?" the man called Family Head Melric immediately furrowed his brows, "What do you mean by that?"
"First of all, my name is Fang Lin. You could say, I am a newcomer to this Patron town." said Fang Lin, introducing himself, then without much ado, directly saying the deal he meant, "I want this city to be where I live until some time. Of course, I will grant your request in return."
The silent atmosphere after Fang Lin submitted his agreement, no one spoke a single word as they were in a state of shock.
"I don't understand what you mean, if you want to live in this town you just have to buy it from someone who sells houses. What's your reason for acting like this?" the head of the Melric family did not understand at all.
"I don't live alone, there are dozens of people with me" Fang Lin said, adding, "My goal is to do this because I want you to share a large enough area for some time to come."
Actually Fang Lin could have made his own city in order to determine his own area, but he wanted his children to communicate with others like when they were wandering in the Cultivator Land Realm.
The reason for that was because Fang Lin could not bear to see them always chatting with a familiar person, he felt like a father who locked his children in a well.
"What is this, are you an emissary of a group? Do you intend to carry out malicious activities in this city?" a middle-aged woman asked with furrowed brows.
"Mrs Melric, I have absolutely no such intention. What am I doing it for?" Fang Lin shook his head slowly, then explained, "I only need a quarter of the Patron city area for a while."
The atmosphere went back into silence before the head of the Melric family spoke up, "That's impossible, although not many residents occupy this city but a quarter of the territory is an unreasonable demand."
"You're right, but are you sure you don't want to stop the wave of monsters that invade this city every year permanently?" fang Lin asked curiously, then added, "And if it wasn't wrong for the past six months, the land in this region had become infertile because there was an evil magic of unknown origin. Are you going to just keep letting it go? Sooner or later this city will experience a crisis in terms of food, your performance as a leader will definitely be questioned by the residents."
No one spoke after Fang Lin said so, they were all a little surprised because Fang Lin as a newcomer knew the two main problems in this Patron city.
