The Arrival of the Demon Belas
A few minutes passed.
Merlin who was spreading his Mana Consciousness throughout the direction slightly made a change in expression when he discovered something.
"They're finally coming." Merlin muttered, then looked at Gwen.
The eyes of the two of them met each other, and Gwen herself nodded her head slowly. He walked over to Yuna who was staring at the afternoon sky and held onto her shoulder, "I hope you don't panic, there are some Devils who will come here."
"Eh, what...?" Yuna slightly widened her eyes in surprise, Yohan who did not know anything also reacted the same.
"What do you mean, Gwen?" Yohan slightly furrowed her brows.
Gwen, who did not want any misunderstandings, began to explain to them that Merlin had already summoned his demonic subordinates to come here.
At first Merlin performs the act when Colin is alive and intends to finish them off, so he tells Yohan to buy time as long as possible.
"Do you understand the situation, Yuna?" Gwen asked to be sure, she did not want the blonde woman to be surprised because there would be dozens of Devils gathered in this place.
Yuna paused for a moment before nodding her head, the look on her face became a little grim when she heard Merlin's name - she seemed to still remember Colin's earlier words.
Gwen was certainly aware of the melancholy on Yuna's face but she was silent without speaking, then she felt the presence of the Devil coming from the south.

A violent clash occurred on the ground when there were creatures coming from the sky. Smoke filled the surrounding area, then began to disappear and showed a giant black-bodied Devil, he had a pair of blood-red and two dark purple horns on his forehead.
"Young master... Are you okay?"
The voice came out from the Devil's mouth, his tone sounded very worried as well as frightened.

A moment after the Devil asked, several other Devils came and they had the exact same form as humans.
"Young master!"
"Young master, what happened exactly?"
"Are you okay, is anyone hurt?"
All the Devils in human form immediately asked as they approached Merlin.
"Can't you guys land any quieter?" Merlin put on a flat expression as he swung his hand to remove the puff of smoke from the desert that filled the surrounding area, "I'm fine, it's lucky that no one got hurt between us."
Since Fang Lin changed the scene when Yohan was scratched by the golden thread, then Merlin said so.
"Can you explain in detail, young master?" asked a long green-haired woman braided in half, she had a pretty face - and also the box glasses she wore made her look cute.
Merlin nodded slowly, then explained in detail the incident just now to the dozens of Devils who were surrounding him.

Some Demons started talking to each other and were curious about the figure that saved their Young Master.
"Young master, can I read your memories?" the green-haired beauty asked again.

"I didn't ask you, but the young master." the woman named Linia responded indifferently to their words.
All the Devils who heard that were silent, they were already indifferent anymore because they were too lazy to argue with him.
"No need, Linia. What Zegion said is right, we better go back and let the King take care of the rest." Merlin replied calmly.
"I understand. Forgive me for acting presumptuous, young master." Linia lowered her body, she apologized sincerely.
The Devils nodded simultaneously, then one of them raised a giant eagle through summoning magic.
"We're going to Heinz's city first to bring my friends back." Merlin said to the Devil who summoned the giant eagle.
"I understand, young master."
Merlin nodded to respond, then asked Gwen and the others to climb onto the eagle's back.
"Oh, a Priest, huh? Young Master's friend is quite interesting."
A black-haired young man with one eye covered in cloth said as he chuckled softly.
Yuna of course heard that after climbing onto the back of the eagle, she ignored him and continued to lower her head.
When Merlin and the others managed to ascend, some Devils also ascended while the rest chose to fly.
"Kiek~!"
The giant eagle neighed loudly before flapping its pair of black wings and flying into the sky.
On the other hand, Fang Lin and Yohan started chatting about trivial matters to fill up the free time.
Most of the Devils escorting Merlin already knew of his appearance, as Fang Lin no longer lowered his head even though he was still wearing a cloak cup.
"Hey, rookies. The atmosphere here became quite awkward, didn't it?" Yohan whispered even though her actions were free.
"Yes, that's right. We lost three members who weren't even our comrades from the start, so it's only natural that the atmosphere is like this." Fang Lin responded while nodding once.
"Ha, you're right..." Yohan wore a complicated expression, the incident that happened some time ago was still recorded clearly in her brain, "What are you going to do after this?"
"I seem like I'm going to take my Hunter Identity Card and take the mission." Fang Lin replied quickly, then asked back, "What about you?"
"If I want to rest for a while" Yohan replied with a smile, then asked, "You haven't got a Hunter ID card before?"
"That's how..."
"Crazy... How dare you also accept an offer from Colin to enter the Dungeon with us." Yohan was a little surprised, then asked, "Did that bastard not tell you that the Labyrinth of The Death is a dangerous Dungeon?"
Fang Lin was speechless when he found the question, it seemed like this flow of chatter could make him suspect if he did not answer it carefully.
"She told me, I just don't think it's that dangerous. I had only been a hunter and had only fought a few times against monsters, I had never lost even once so I thought the same thing would happen inside a dungeon." Fang Lin scratched his non-itchy head, he spoke as if he was a frog in a well.
Yohan was silent for a moment before laughing out loud, the answer given by Fang Lin was very funny in her opinion.
"Stupid... Do you think you'll never lose, do you?" Yohan sneered before her laughter ended.
"Yes, I'm a fool. I shouldn't have concluded something that easy..." Fang Lin replied while smiling bitterly.
"But it's a coincidence, huh?"
Linia who heard the conversation the two of them instantly joined in, and made some eyes tidied to her including Fang Lin himself.
"What?" Yohan slightly raised her brows as she did not understand the intent of Linia's words.
"Given that you're going to take out the Hunter Identity Card later, that means you just signed up to be a hunter, right?"
"That's right, is something wrong?" Fang Lin nodded slowly without refuting at all.
"The Hunter Identity Card will be given to the Hunter after one week of registration, I don't know when you started enrolling but isn't this a coincidence because you guys were stuck in the Labyrinth Dungeon of The Death for exactly one week?" said Linia and looked at Fang Lin with a suspicious look.
"What do you mean, I was the one who took out the group members from that Dungeon?" Fang Lin asked to be sure.
"Is that so? I don't think so, did you just admit that the strange incident was the result of what you did?" Linia replied as if the previous conversation was a route to a trap.
"Your talk points to that, it should be natural for me to think so, right?" Fang Lin furrowed his brows to deepen his acting.
"For a fool like you, I think your thinking goes too far. You don't even realize something simple, and make an idiot conclusion."
"You're right that I'm stupid, but a fool can still think. I'm a frog in a well when it comes to monsters and stuff, so I don't realize that the conclusion I've been making all this time is stupid." Fang Lin explained calmly, then continued, "If I had known that this world was completely different from what I thought, I wouldn't have dared to make such a conclusion either."
The atmosphere became silent as Fang Lin said so, his words were not at all wrong because according to their perspective - his knowledge of the world was still very limited.
