"Unlike last time, it looks like you brought your partner..." Ming Qaoshi glanced at Yue, he himself felt stunned by her beauty.
"My name is Yue, I'm Fang Lin's wife." Yue cupped his hands while smiling.
Ming Qaoshi came along to introduce himself but he did not cupped his hands as if the introduction was only a name exchange with a stranger.
"So, what brings you here?" ming Qaoshi asked curiously.
"You remember our deal, don't you? I'm here to ask you for help." Fang Lin said without further ado.
"Oh, what's that...?" Ming Qaoshi slightly showed an interested expression.
"I want to get into the Land of Destruction with him" Fang Lin said telling her wish.
Ming Qaoshi's brows slightly raised, and asked, "What makes you want to go there?"
"There's something I want to look for." Fang Lin replied calmly.
"Something you're looking for? From what I know, there is nothing there other than dead land and Imperial-level Energy Crystals." Ming Qaoshi slightly tilted his head, putting on a puzzled expression.
"Do you know about it, Guard Emperor?" Fang Lin slightly looked at the little boy.
"Huh, what do you mean?" Ming Qaoshi furrowed his brows.
Fang Lin paused for a moment before letting out a long sigh, "Stop your skit, I don't want to waste any longer."
"Knowledge apparently, huh?" Ming Qaoshi smiled bitterly, then continued with a serious expression, "What is your reason for lying about the black portal? Do you want to master it alone?"
Fang Lin smiled faintly, he did not reply and asked, "What did you do when you were in my position back then?"
Ming Qaoshi was silent when he got the question, most likely what he would do was the same as Fang Lin. How not? The treasure left behind by a Celestial Absolute was something whose value could absolutely not be spoken with words, he would definitely risk his life to hide such information.
Seeing Ming Qaoshi not answering his question made Fang Lin shake his head slowly, "Since you already know the facts about that black portal, there is no reason for you to be angry, right?"
"Well, you're right. Besides, I've decided to give it to you..." Ming Qaoshi raised his right hand forward and appeared a green Jade that had a triangular shape, "I have no interest in taking the treasure, there are already many casualties because of it."
Fang Lin slightly furrowed his brows when he heard that, when he wanted to take the jade-Ming Qaoshi withdrew his hand.
"What do you mean?" the frown on Fang Lin's brows grew increasingly.
"Say 'Please' to get our deal done." Ming Qaoshi said so that he would not be bound by the oath of the Dao of the Heavens anymore.
"Ah, so... Please give me the Jade." Fang Lin without much thought directly obeyed him.
"Alright, this way our deal is done." Ming Qaoshi extended his right hand, and Fang Lin took the jade.
"I'm sorry for lying to you." Fang Lin cupped his hands.
"That's no problem." Ming Qaoshi understood Fang Lin's position, then he asked, "But what did you do after this?"
"I think you already know the answer, don't you?" Fang Lin grew thin, and Ming Qaoshi immediately put on a sour face, "It looks like the victim you alluded to before concerns the World of Hanggu..."
"He's crazy..." Ming Qaoshi said, his voice quite slow and sad.
"I was curious at the beginning, can you tell me?" Fang Lin asked, the little boy nodded slowly to respond.

Moments after the agreement between the Guard Emperor and the Eternal Star sect was completed, out of nowhere there were rumors in Xiangu World and Hanggu World regarding the truth about the black portal.
Originally Ming Qaoshi and Ling Mo did not believe the rumors at all and chose to ignore them, but the rumor did not stop and even got bigger so that the two were forced to find out who spread it.
Ming Qaoshi and Ling Mo had been searching for the culprit for a long time but no one had confessed, they had always said that the rumor came from someone else.
Ming Qaoshi and Ling Mo had suspected Fang Lin as the culprit, but after thinking of some reason made the two of them get rid of the suspicion.
After time passed and the swelled rumors had already made a lot of commotion from the various parties, Ling Mo decided to go to the 7 Heavenly Treasure Realm and look for the Tower that the rumors were referring to.
Ling Mo at that moment was so shocked when he found an alien Tower within the 7 Heavenly Treasure Realm and a Jade that the rumors said. His mind became chaotic and there were countless whispers from the people around him to take over the three dimensions that were key to the dimension of the Celestial Absolute relic.
Ming Qaoshi himself did not take long to hear the news about the Tower in the 7 Heavenly Treasures Realm, either, at that moment he immediately sent as many subordinates as possible to the Land of Destruction and ordered them to search for the Tower.
Since in the Land of Destruction could not use Spiritual Awareness, they took years to find it.
After the discovery of the Tower, Ming Qaoshi without much thought came and took the jade inside the Tower
Ming Qaoshi clearly felt interested in the rumor, if the dimension of the former Celestial Absolute relic did exist then he would not hesitate to master it.
However Ming Qaoshi thought about the impact if he did such an action, he could vaguely see a terrifying future.
Ming Qaoshi finally decided to shut up and keep an eye on the situation first. Rumors of knowing the discovery of the Tower and Jade in the Land of Destruction were spread out in some way, not long after that Ling Mo who was none other than the Patriarch of the Eternal Star sect declared war on Xiangu World.
Ming Qaoshi actually wanted to discuss the matter well, but Ling Mo was reluctant to meet and closed his eyes as well as his ears when the war started.
The war lasted for many years until it finally ended when the Eternal Star sect side suffered a great deal of losses, and the only daughter fell into a coma due to the poison coming from the Guard Emperor person.
Because of this, the war came back after decades. Ling Mo along with the Eternal Star sect attacked Xiangu World with successive attacks, but the outcome of the second war did not differ much from the first hang.
Finally after the second war ended, the Hanggu World was shut down and the Eternal Star sect had to recover the wounds received from the two wars that were happening in the adjacent time.

Hearing that story from Ming Qaoshi made Fang Lin nod his head several times, he realized that excessive greediness could make you fall into the abyss of endless darkness.
"It seems like it's going to be hard..." Fang Lin mumbled slightly, he might have to go through some troublesome things to get the Jade in the hands of the Eternal Star sect, "Maybe I will trouble you this time." Fang Lin said so to his wife via telepathy.
"From the beginning I was ready to be bothered by you, baby." Yue replied quickly.
Fang Lin did not respond and his eyes were moved on Ming Qaoshi, "Then, I will leave here. Do you have any good-bye words? Looks like this will be our last meeting..."
Ming Qaoshi slightly widened his eyes before a bitter smile was clearly visible on his face, "I hope you don't obliterate the Eternal Star sect."
Fang Lin had already suspected enough that Ming Qaoshi had known his cultivation base from the very beginning, and the answer given by the little boy strengthened his suspicions.
"Well, I hope I don't have to do it." Fang Lin replied casually, then disappeared from there in an instant with Yue.
"Hopefully..." Ming Qaoshi released both of his folded hands behind his waist, and found both of his hands shaking violently, "I've been good enough to hold my nervousness so far."
