Fang Lin felt that the difficulty had increased a little after Ariel had obtained the buff from Selaphiel, but that did not mean that he had lost this fight.

Ariel had indeed gotten stronger but Fang Lin's abilities were still far above her.

"Have you guys brought him?" fang Lin asked curiously through telepathy.

"Yes, we've brought the Crown of Judiel and Raguel, sir. The total we brought was 5 Crowns, two of which belonged to Raguel." Diablo replied.

"That's it, huh? That's good." said Fang Lin, then continued, "You two go back first, I'll do it when you're far enough away from here."

"We understand, Sir."

The two of them answered obediently, then left from there unnoticed by the enemy due to their Master's Stealth magic.

Fang Lin's backup plan was to bring the Crown belonging to the Core Angels that he had managed to kill, it was a plan that had all gone far enough.

"Oi, I have something to ask you!" ariel said in a loud voice.

"Hm? Now that we're exchanging attacks, do you want to change them to exchange words?" fang Lin asked with a faint smile.

"What have you done to Judiel? Did you erase his memory permanently, huh?" Ariel kept asking without responding to Fang Lin's words

"There's no point in me answering your question." Fang Lin snorted small.

"Basic jerk! I'll make sure you answer my question!" ariel's successive attacks turned into energy fist attacks, and it clearly gave off a greater impact than the previous attacks.

Fang Lin didn't say anything because such an attack didn't hurt him, he then looked up where the two subordinates were and found they were quite far away from here.

"I should have been able to get out of here." Fang Lin said inwardly, then continued, "I actually want to finish them off, both of them, but it will definitely take quite a long time and there is a possibility that their comrades will come to watch over."

Fang Lin had already thought of the many variables in his head regarding this matter.

"It's a pity, but I have to go." Fang Lin created an impact attack area that could make their exchange of attacks stop.

"Then, what happened?" Selaphiel slightly furrowed her brows.

Ariel who had wanted to say something immediately gasped when getting telepathy from a distance

"Ariel, Selaphiel! Where's Jegudiel's Crown?!"

Azrael and several other core Angels came, their faces looking panicked.

Ariel and Selaphiel stared at each other with their eyes wide open, after being silent for a while Ariel immediately darted quickly away from there and clearly startled the Angel Core that had just come.

"His crown was stolen by the Man! Go quickly!" Selaphiel exclaims while addressing Jegudiel.

Azrael, Remiel and Phanuel were clearly shocked to hear that, without much thought the three of them directly caught up with Ariel who had already drifted away.

Meanwhile, through his Spiritual Awareness Fang Lin could find Ariel who was darting towards him very quickly.

"Well, this is a little faster than I expected." muttered Fang Lin who continued to stare towards the front, "I don't seem to need to buy time, they can definitely get to the region before them."

The chase lasted for more than one stick of incense burning, Ariel and the other core Angels were unable to catch up to Fang Lin even though they had used techniques that could increase speed.

A moment after Fang Lin's two subordinates passed through his territory, the four core Angels that were chasing after them instantly stared in place.

Of course Fang Lin knew the reason they were like that, he simply raised the corner of his lips and also crossed the border of his territory.

Fang Lin then stayed at the border of the territory and waited for Leng Jin and Diablo to return after placing the Crown they had brought into the settlement.

Not long after Fang Lin was silent on the border of the region, Diablo and Leng Jin appeared behind him then reported that all the Crowns they had brought had been stored in the place of valuables.

Fang Lin only gave a small nod to respond, with his God's Eye he could see the four core Angels still standing in place.

"Although the plan failed in the middle but at least I went home with some Crowns." Fang Lin smiled faintly, then looked at the table that showed the participants in the top ten, "Directly ascending to rank six, huh?"

Fang Lin was in sixth position after having eight Crowns in his territory.

"Sir, what are we going to do next?" Diablo asked out of curiosity.

Fang Lin did not immediately reply and thought about that for a while, "Once you go... I still don't know what the Angels will do, but I will definitely stay here until they return to their place" Fang Lin said calmly.

"I understand, Sir." Diablo replied and asked no further.

Approximately six hours passed and finally the core Angels who were chasing him disappeared from there.

"They're going to take revenge or focus on the match, huh?" Fang Lin wondered at heart, if scrutinized through Jegudiel's memories they would definitely shut up and choose to focus on collecting the Crown, "It seems like I have to go alone to look for the other Crown..."

Although it was uncertain whether they would take revenge or not but Fang Lin would rather prevent rather than treat, he would play it safe for now.

Another year passed and only by himself did Fang Lin manage to gather 21 Crowns in his territory.

Since the death of Jegudiel and Raguel, Fang Lin had never seen the traces of the Angels again. It seems like they are more focused on collecting the Crown than on revenge that they are not necessarily able to win.

Right now in the top ten ranking table, Fang Lin could see himself coming in third. The first position was occupied by a person named Gumalo, and the second was occupied by Kirisan.

In that top ten order, Fang Lin could find Cassiel as well as Sariel, the two Angels were ninth and tenth.

"There are six more months and the Universe Tournament will be over.." murmured Fang Lin looked at the afternoon sky, then continued, "Since I am third, should I keep quiet until this is all over?"

Fang Lin thought about that for some time before shaking his head slowly, "No, no... I mustn't let my guard down, even though the distance between me and the sequence below me is quite far but it's not something impossible if they can jump me."

As the match had approached the end, the number of participants had definitely been reduced by a lot and they clearly had more than one Crown in their territory.

If one participant who was below the top ten managed to kill one of the top ten, he would definitely jump straight to the high order and might be able to become the first rank.

Fang Lin raised the corner of his lips, then looked towards the dozens of Crowns placed on the ground, "Why are you asking something obvious?"

"We used to be partners but it was only temporary." Fang Lin replied, then continued, "In my eyes, your lives were all only precious in the previous match. Do I have a reason not to kill you now?"

"Basic jerk, you're a real asshole!" Childe clenched her hands tightly, then asked, "So, you want all these Crowns? That so?!"

"Of course, since you were arguably my partner, I would slow myself down to return to my territory so that you would have two months less to enjoy the rest of my life." Fang Lin gave a very crazy offer in Childe's ears.

Fang Lin did not hear Childe's exclamation, as the layers of the energy dome had shattered, he could find the frightened Childe falling to a crouch.

"Even if your decision disappoints me, but I still won't kill you." Fang Lin raised the corner of his lips while lifting up all the Crowns present using his energy.

"Wait... Stump first!" Childe called out as Fang Lin turned around and was about to leave from there.

"Hm, what?" Fang Lin looked back, his expression looking confused.

"Let me live, don't take my crown!" childe pleaded.

"Why should I obey you?" Fang Lin turned around, he slightly tilted his head.

"That's, I'll replace him with someone else's Crown!" childe replied, her tone was quite high.

"Oh, how's that clear?" Fang Lin became a little interested.

Childe paused for a moment to win her over, then explained that she would finish off the other participants and give all the Crowns she had obtained to her.

If Fang Lin let the Childe Crown and kept it from being disqualified, the golden-haired little boy would attempt to kill the other participants then present the Crown he got to Fang Lin.

Fang Lin thought of the deal put forward by Childe, then nodded his head once, "I've made a decision" Fang Lin said, then immediately continued, "If in the last three days you still haven't given me more than three Crowns, I'll take your crown straight away, okay?"

"I-that's.." Childe's expression became tense back after being calm enough earlier, she mute for a while before nodding her head understandingly, "Alright, I understand."

Fang Lin smiled faintly, then put back the Crown that carved Childe's name to the ground, "I hope you succeed" Fang Lin said, then darted away from there without looking back at it in the slightest.

Childe herself immediately fell to the ground and held onto her Crown, exhaling out through her mouth in relief of being able to successfully negotiate with Fang Lin.

"He gave it up to three days before the Universe Tournament ended, huh... This really sucks." Childe looked at the sky, her feelings were being mixed up at this moment.

Keep in mind, if the participants managed to live after the Universe Tournament ended, they would still be alive but would no longer be able to access the Abyss World because their status was no longer a Participant.

However before being expelled from the Abyss World, a large portion of their True Soul pieces would be taken away and make them return to the immortal mortal beings.

Moreover, their techniques that were at the level of the Universe or Cosmic would be obliterated, all the techniques taught by Absolute higher-ups were also obliterated. So that later, they only have memory during life but without any techniques they have ever learned.

For Childe himself it was better than being disqualified and eliminated.

"So, I managed to snatch it from my former comrade in the first game." Fang Lin turned around and answered him while smiling gently.

"Former partner? You're really mean, honey..." Yue shook his head slowly, he quickly understood the situation.

Fang Lin chuckled slightly, then circulated his gaze around, "Everyone is still training closed, huh?"

"Yes, they have the will to fight with you. So they wanted to try to reach Absolute as quickly as possible." Yue replied calmly.

"Their desires have not changed since they were..." Fang Lin muttered little, actually he felt annoyed at himself for not being able to help much in their development.

"There is no need to feel guilty, to reach Absolute is not that easy, it takes a qualified talent to achieve it." Yue held her husband's cheek while smiling gently.

"Darling, are you okay?" Fang Lin asked, his tone sounding serious.
