Chapter 4 - The Secret of the Magic Catalyst

Alice and Alyssa watched me with serious facial expressions. With white chalk in my hand, I drew a magic circle to perform a spirit contract.

“More or less like this.” I said to Alice and Alyssa.

“Un!” Alice and Alyssa nodded simultaneously.

“Next, we need a magic catalyst and put it in the middle of the magic circle to call spirit.”

“Catalyst magic?” Alice and Alyssa tilted their heads.

“B-Alright, watch this carefully. Alice.. Alyssa. to perform spirit contract. You guys have to draw the magic circle that forms the spirit contract and stand on it” I move into the magic circle that I have created.

“B-Well.” to avoid Alyssa's glare filled with shining light, I fulfilled her request and lent her the white chalk that was in my hands.

“This.. make the magic circle as similar as possible. No wrong lines or they will not answer Alyssa.” calls, I said, warning Alyssa.

“Un.. understandable!” Alyssa received the white chalk from my hand and drew a magic circle according to my magic circle.

“Kuuuuhh.” Alice grumbled beside me.

“Alyssa. leave a little chalk for me” said Alice.

“Un!!” answer Alyssa.

Alice's gaze looked terrifying and stared intently at Alyssa.
