Kinan was waiting for the Dude on the porch of the house, he was sitting on a chair right near the garden. Finally the sound of Dude's car is heard, then Dude out of the car approaching Kinan.
"Assalamu'alaikum, Kinan."
"Wa'alaikumsalam," Kinan replied then he stood up. "Why not go to the office?"
"So I asked the office person who handled it. I feel bad if I don't pick up my mom at the hospital, Ki" replied Dude.
"Is it okay, Mom? I mean Kinan if it's important, let Kinan just pick me up in a taxi."
"It's okay, Ki. Sorry yes, we just married me instead work, I should have been off for a few days," said Dude.
Kinan. "It's okay, Mom. Kinan is also three days away from work."
Then Kinan took his bag. Dude took Kinan, but Kinan had a fluttering reflex.
"Why you?" dude asked somewhat surprised by Kinan's unusual reaction.
"Astaghfirullah, sorry, Mas." Kinan then rubbed his face, this must be the effect of his dream. It all gets weird, why Kinan can't focus, he's afraid that if Dude touches him he'll remember last night's dream.
"It wasn't on purpose" Kinan replied again.
"I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable, yeah. Let's just go straight away" said Dude then opened the car door for Kinan.
Kinan tried to sit quietly next to the Dude, right in the back row of the driver. But, the shadow of last night's dream still occasionally appeared in his eye peluk.
Deck Babe ...
Deck Babe ...
Kinan heard that voice again. He turned to the Dude.
"Kinan?"
"Kinan?"
Kinan immediately shrieked in shock with widened eyes. "Geez, Kinan!" he was grumpy and annoyed with his own thoughts.
"Ki, what's wrong with you? I noticed you like I was thinking of something. You can tell me if you have a problem, Ki?"
"Did anyone bother you again?" added Dude.
Kinan took a deep breath, then exhaled, he shook his head slowly at the Dude. "Come, my, my."
Should he be honest about his dreams? NAY! It was so embarrassing, Inner Kinan erased that thought.
"Yes if there's nothing. I just don't want you to carry your own burden. We are married, you can ask for something if there is something you want, do not feel bad, or want to change your mind also can," said Dude.
Asking? Request anything? Kinan's thoughts were again focused on his dream. Later in the night he must pray before going to bed, so that during sleep he does not need to dream, his mind.
"No, Mas. Kinan wanted nothing. Kinan just felt a bit tired, probably the effect of the incident a few days ago," Kinan replied.
"Oh that. You don't think about unpleasant things anymore, you better think about fun things, how?"
The fun thing? Kinan immediately imagined when the Dude touched the surface of his lips in a dream. "God, Kinan Adelia, enough!" he muttered while muttering.
Dude noticed Kinan again, he was sure Kinan must be hiding something from him. He forgot, last night when he was about to get up to pee, he heard Kinan moaning a bit. Dude thought what was because of the dream that Kinan had thought of?
"Ki, did you have a nightmare last night?"
"Huh? What's?" suhut Kinan with a reaction that more closely resembled people was dumbfounded, and it was a little exaggerated according to the Dude.
"So you're dreaming and that dream is bothering you?" ask Dude again.
"No, I can read minds. Yes, I just more like guessing or arguing, my thinking alone, Ki. But am I right?"
Kinan felt cornered, as if Dude caught her wet. Dude doesn't know what happened to him. Whether he was dreaming or not.
"Yes, Kinan just had a strange dream, really, Mom."
Dude heaved a sigh of relief. "It was just a dream, Ki. It won't happen in the real world, just relax, you don't think too much."
"What's? Won't happen in the real world?" Kinan repeated Dude's words to her.
"Why? Is that a good dream? You said it was a strange dream, if the dream is strange, usually a dream that does not make sense. So, you don't have to think, okay?"
Kinan gulped his saliva bitterly. If that's not possible, is that a sign that the Dude will never touch her in the real world? Did ya? Kinan's mind is getting weird now. Finally he chose silence, rather than developing all the prejudices that began because of his dreams.
After a while they both arrived at the hospital. Kinan walked ahead of the Dude, he kind of avoided the Dude. Not unconscious, because Dude already felt strange with Kinan today. So, now he was even curious about Kinan's dream. Is the dream very disturbing? Dude took the initiative to ask again later after dropping off her mother-in-law.
"Assalamu'alaikum, Mother."
"Kinan's? Waalaikumsal. O God, you came quickly. Well, there's a Nak Dude too. You guys how are you? Oh yeah how's Dude's sister and what's her name, the kid you were guarding back then, Ki? Dude's niece," asked Halimah. Though the Dude and Kinan had just been showered with questions.
"Mother Mashaa Allah looks fresh. Thank God, my sister Hana has been handled with an expert, news my son Rey is also fine. He's at school too, Mom," replied Dude.
Kinan was now embracing his mother, he was so longed to have not seen his mother for a few days.
"You're great, son. Your husband is great, Kinan. He was so sorry for his sister and nephew that he thought of him as a real child, not a nephew" said Halimah.
Kinan just kept quiet while smiling lightly! Dude shook his head with a soft crisp laugh. "If not me, who else, Mom. Hana and Rey don't have anyone else. My parents passed away, and Hana and I were just two brothers. The state of Hana, yes, which mother had heard back then. Very worrying."
"Yes, son, I understand that's why I said you're so great. I am more convinced that you are a match that God deliberately sent for Kinan through unexpected paths. You're like a gift or a windfall for Kinan, aren't you, Ki?" said Ms. Halimah. Kinan even looked at himself.
Dude shakes back. "Mother's overreacting."
"Aa, right, Mom." Kinan simply nodded in agreement to his mother's words. He himself was not so focused on listening.
"No, son of a Dude, listen to yourself, Kinan says, yes. The sign Kinan also considers Nak Dude a special gift for him from God," said Ms. Halimah again.
Kinan coughed reflexes. So, he just realized what he was, right.
"Kinan's? Do you know any spills? Don't-don't you bawl, huh, from earlier?"
"Ee .. no, no, ma'am." Kinan.
"Kinan said he had a bad dream. I don't know what Kinan dreamed, I just got curious," commented Dude who had been thinking that as well.
"Oh, huh? Ki, what are you dreaming?" halimah asked Kinan who was still silent beside her.
"Just a weird dream, Mom. Already, it's a dream that doesn't matter, really," he seems, but he's just embarrassed to tell what he dreams.
"I told you if the dream is strange, forget it, because the dream will not happen in reality, right, Mom?" Dude.
Kinan returned to beristighfar. Ms. Halimah slightly frowned, astonished.
Same response, just now Kinan beristighfar, Inner Dude. He was increasingly convinced that the peculiarity of Kinan's dream was not an ordinary strange dream.
