Kinan was preparing to go watch with the Dude. Just now her mother called and was happy that Kinan would go for a walk with her husband. Kinan knew, his mother must have been worried that Kinan was unhappy. Disappointed by the man she thought was good and was about to marry her, then marry another man and suddenly. It must not be easy for Kinan to live it all, but every problem there will be a way out, so also the trials we face will always have wisdom behind it.
"Are you ready, Ki?"
"Udah, Mom. I'll grab a bag for a second" replied Kinan.
The dude who was focusing on the phone immediately turned his gaze to Kinan who was already standing in front of him wearing a sweet-looking robe and veil.
According to Dude, meeting the canric girl was common. He also had many female acquaintances while in America. Moreover, the association in America tends to be free. But seeing the display of Kinan in covered clothes becomes a beauty for the Dude, to the extent that the Dude is always amazed whether it has been to how many times to see hijab-wearing women like Kinan.
"Mass? Why are you even dumb? Is there something wrong with my appearance?" kinan said while re-examining what she was wearing. He was a bit confused to see the look on Dude's face which was like a dumbfounded look at him.
"No, really," replied the Dude with a slight grin. "Nothing's wrong. I think you're beautiful and graceful."
Deg.
Maybe he was used to hearing that compliment from someone else. But this is from Dude, the man who just married her.
"Thank you, Mom." Kinan answered her with a faint smile and tried not to fly to hear her.
"Hm, we're going now?"
Kinan nodded.
"Oh yes, can I take you with me?" ask Dude.
Kinan frowned. "Hm, holding?"
"Yes. Yesterday you were hysterical as I was going to hold your hand, Ki. I'm afraid you're uncomfortable" replied the Dude.
Kinan exhaled a heavy breath. Not because it was uncomfortable, but it was because the embarrassing dream Kinan experienced made Kinan all disturbed.
"It's okay, Mom. It was just a reflex, no intention of resisting or anything," Kinan's bell was returned a smile and a sigh of relief from the Dude.
"Okay, if that's what I'm relieved of, Ki."
They also went straight to the cinema building in a renovation center. On the way there, Kinan was seen busy twisting his fingers. Maybe Kinan felt uncomfortable, iru who was in Dude's mind. This time the Dude was not among the drivers, he chose to bring his own car.
"You walk around a lot, Ki?" tanya Dude opened the chatter, hoping the atmosphere broke out from the silence.
"Hm, not really, anyway. I last saw Diana, then," Kinan replied with a quick smile and recalled the memories of his close friend.
"Diana's the woman who came on your wedding day right?" ask Dude.
"Yes, Mas. If I remember again I did not think, why could it be like this. Why would Diana do that to me. Seeing my relationship and her doing well even a week before H day Diana still had time to give me a gift. Although I haven't opened yet," Kinan replied, recalling a box of gifts from Diana that was still stored in the wardrobe.
"Hm, must be surprised, yeah. I also did not expect that there would be such an event. But, sorry, Ki. If nothing happens, we might not get married. Maybe I'm not here as your husband" Dude said.
Kinan scratched his cheek, speechless because of Dude's speech.
"Do you regret accepting my offer to marry you, Ki?"
Suddenly the question slid from the lips of the Dude made Kinan stunned, he glanced at the glance of the man who was focusing on the streets.
'Can I be honest, Mom? Even on my wedding night, when I'm going to be somebody's wife tomorrow, I still put your name in my prayers,'
But Kinan had no power to say that. For him marriage is worship and the soul mate is God arranged. Allah is the heart of men, the pin that happens to destiny.
"I don't regret anything. I tried sincerely, I believe this is the destiny that I must live," Kinan replied.
Dude smiled then glanced at Kinan at a glance. "I try to make you as happy as possible, so that regret will never happen."
That's where Kinan freezes. The words of the Dude again bewitched his heart, then when would he express his true feelings to the Dude? She likes her husband, she likes him.
"I was going to find out who that guy named Hamzah was. Is he a friend I know? Or no. But I haven't asked anyone to find out. It doesn't mean anything, Ki. If he is the Hamzah I know, it will be easier for me to give him a warning so that he does not bother you anymore" Kinan's husband said, soon they arrived at the Mall they were heading to.
Kinan let out a long breath. He was eager to ask the Dude, what purpose did the Dude marry him just because he wanted to repay Kinan's kindness? Or just out of pity? Is the Dude not feeling the slightest bit about Kinan?
"Ki, why are you so dumb?" dude asked as he opened his wife's seatbelt. Kinan looked into the eyes of the Dude who was very close in front of him. Then they looked at each other for a few seconds before the Dude retreated back.
"We've arrived" added Dude.
"Yes, Mas. I'm sorry that Kinan thought of something" Kinan replied and then he got out of the car.
As Dude stood beside her, Kinan clasped Dude's hand and looked her husband in the eye. "Mas, there's no need to find out about the man. God willing, Kinam has been sincere and forgiven him," he said with a light smile, leaving the trapped Dude and unblinking looking at that face.
"OK, Mas?"
They join hands to the cinema. And then queue like most people. Dude started to get confused while standing in front of the ticket attendant.
"Well you see what movie, brother?"
"Hm, what, yeah. What do you want to see, Ki?" tanya Dude glanced at Kinan.
"What movie, yeah, Mas. It's up to you, deh."
"Well, it's up to me. Later if I choose a horror movie you're afraid?" grin Dude. Kinan just this time saw the Dude joking.
He laughed and began to see a series of films scheduled for that day.
"This movie, Mas. About romance. Likes, right?" ask Kinan back to her husband.
"May, all of you learn to be more romantic," answered the Dude made the guard tikeg baper to hear it. He secretly wants a boyfriend like the Dude.
"Mas can be. That's it, Mom." Kinan replied with blushing cheeks.
"OKAY. So this movie is, Mom. Two on this one seat only," pointed the Dude at the third row of seats at the corner. "You're here, Ki, I'm here" he added, smiling again at Kinan.
"OK," Kinan replied still blushing, really like a date.
"Well if that's it, brother. This is the ticket. Please wait. By the way you two are so romantic, I've seen it, '" commented the ticket keeper who is about the same age as Kinan.
Kinan chuckled, so did Dude. "He's my wife, you know, Ma'am," Dude said.
"O, my goodness. Sorry I thought you guys were dating. Apparently courtship halal yes," said mbak ticket guards are increasingly amazed.
"Yes, mom. Thanks a lot, yeah."
Then the Dude took Kinan to sit down waiting for the movie screening.
"Would you like a drink and some popcorn? I forgot the message, Ki. Oh, my God, I haven't seen in Indonesia, Ki. It was the last time I watched it in Amrik" said Dude.
"Ah, yes, Mas. Let Kinan order a drink and popcorn?"
"No, let me just. You sit here, yeah."
Kinan nodded with a smile that had not faded since earlier.
A woman wearing a shawl to cover her hair was seen peering at what Kinan was doing from a distance. Apparently he was deliberately following Kinan from home.
Wanitu immediately approached Kinan after making sure the man who was with Kinan was in line to buy a drink and popcorn.
"Kinan" said the woman.
Kinan looked up, he initially did not know the woman, he was wearing sunglasses and a head covering, not forgetting a rather loose shirt, very foreign to him.
"Who, huh?" ask Kinan.
"It's me, Ki. I'm Diana." The woman took off her glasses, making Kinan shocked to round his eyes and mouth.
"Diana? What do you want here? You following me?" sahut Kinan then stood away from Diana.
"Ki, I beg you, just a moment with me, Ki. For God's sake I never meant to demonize you, betray you. Please, just this time I'm afraid," said Diana pleading with Kinan.
"Lo what else, Di? I don't want to
discuss anything the same!" kinan Strictly.
"Gue just wanted to give this letter to you. No need to read it now. Read it when you are home. I know Ki, you're happy, and I'm relieved, you're happy and patsi is happier with Mas Dude than with Hamzah, Ki. I won't disturb your happiness, but I'm asking you to receive a letter from me, yes, Ki. I can't speak directly," said Diana with teary eyes.
Kinan hesitated to take the white envelope from Diana's hand. Then Diana saw Dude finished buying drinks, Diana immediately left just like that leaving Kinan who had held a gift letter from her.
Kinan stuffed the envelope Diana gave him into his bag. Then Dude returned with drinks and popcorn ordered. "The movie's starting, Ki. Turns out fast too. We're going in now?" bring Dude.
"Good, Mas. Here let Kinan help bring the popcorn, Mas," said Kinan but in return for Dude's arm. "It's hard for me, Ki."
Such a simple happiness for Kinan Adelia. May the happiness that has just begun in his life last forever. That's what Kinan expected.
