“Be careful yes, Cona! Thank you for keeping Daisy's legacy. You want aunty to come home?”

The sixteen-year-old girl shook her head and moved away from the home of the friend who had just died three days ago. In his hand was a book with a brown cover containing a note about the novel that was being written by his best friend. The sound of the friction of his wheelchair echoed in the quiet streets.

The girl sighed as she looked at the overcast clouds that were ready to spew rain over her head. A cold wind enveloped her skin and Cona sped up her wheelchair towards her home twenty meters away.

Half an hour later the girl finally arrived at her family's estate. Entering the courtyard of the house filled with brown-eyed orchid flowers Cona looked at a black cat with a silver tail that she often fed sat staring at her.

Cona smiled as the black cat approached her and helped herself push the brown door of her house. Staring at the brown book in her hand Cona immediately headed for the living room, positioning her wheelchair in front of a large window overlooking the garden and turning on the lights of the house.

The black cat is loyal to the right of the wheelchair, the girl's fingers begin to open the novel written by the friend. His eyes were a little sad as he looked at the neat writing of his best friend. His hand moved to touch the title written on the first sheet of the book, full of color and appear embossed making the fingers of Cona continue to follow the curve of the letter.

“Destination path? Is this the title?” cona muttered and the black cat meowed upon hearing the sentence that Cona said. The girl began to open sheet after sheet of books in her hands, reading the work of the friend with awe.

- The Way of Destiny is the story of the youngest daughter of a ruler in the city of Osgord, Lolita Flowerlax who struggles to get the recognition of his father to be the successor of the family. Starting from learning magic, sword techniques, until finally elected as a representative of the war with other children of the ruler. They win the war and become war heroes, Lolita brings the heart of the dragon of destiny to the imperial palace and gains recognition as a war hero.

The girl met the father with a feeling of joy hoping that the father would admit it and make him a successor, but what Lolita found was that the father chose his cousin instead, Leister as the successor just as Lolita enters the house. Disappointment filled her heart and the girl chose to flee to the desolate black forest and ended up being attacked by a black magician who wanted her blood for successfully defeating the dragon of fate

“Only get here? What about Lolita? Why would the witch want her blood?”

Cona asked in an astonished tone when he arrived at the last page. The girl turned back to the page in front of her and her hand movements came to a halt when she found a speck of red stains on the last two pages. The stain was still slightly wet and left a faint fishy smell.

Cona gulped nervously and looked at the garden in front of him which was starting to darken, a feeling of fear suddenly filling him. The girl moved her wheelchair slowly and closed the large window of her living room with green curtains in the corner of the window.

The rustling of the tree to the right of the house of Cona sounded as if someone was shaking the banyan tree. The black cat was sitting with shining eyes beside Cona's bed, the girl was sound asleep and drowned in her blanket. The black cat started hissing as a black figure emerged from under the door and moved swiftly towards the sleeping Cona.

Silver light suddenly appeared and bulldozed the incoming black shadow producing a faint mist that spread throughout the room. The figure of the black-silver-robed man rose and turned to look at the sleeping Cona, a small smile was present on his face. Fingers moved, rubbed Cona's head and whispered softly in the girl's ear, “Great dream miss.”

In the morning, Cona woke up in shock as she felt a fine feather plunge down her face, opening her eyes slowly and finding the black cat that always accompanied her sleeping in a curled position. Cona smiled and got up from her bed, grabbing the top side of the bed to hold onto her wheelchair.

The sunlight entered through the green curtain and Cona immediately prepared. The room was silent and faintly heard the sound of water falling from the bathroom that Cona used. The black cat opened his heterochromic eyes and re-scanned the room. The brown right eye began to glow while the silver left eye moved to scan the room.

The black cat hissed as it found traces of black soles on the window of Cona's room that could only be seen from her brown eyes. The cat immediately ran through Cona's window and disappeared without a trace. Cona came out of the bathroom two minutes later and immediately ran his wheelchair out of the house. The movement of the girl's hand came to a halt as she felt a foul smell around the courtyard of the house. The sound of a cat in the distance made the girl breathe a sigh of relief and began to move her wheelchair towards the hilly area around her house.

Entering the area of the highway Cona glanced at the crowds of passing vehicles and the girl's eyes again caught the black cat that always accompanied her. The smile on Cona's face was lost when from afar saw a minibus car traveling at moderate speed about to hit a cat running in the middle of the road. The girl panicked and moved her wheelchair towards the road, ignoring the calls of those around.

Cona cares about her hearing, the girl does not want to go back to losing and even though it's just a Cona cat already thinks of her as family. The minibus car suddenly turned and pointed at him making the three-meter-long Cona panic and just close her eyes.

The sound of the collision echoed and Cona's small body was thrown from her wheelchair, falling in the middle of the road with blood coming out from all over her body. The girl's lips trembled withstanding the pain and her vision was fixed on the black cat who was staring at her silently with her heterochromic eyes.

Cona's hands trembled about to reach the cat but her body felt very weak and her gaze grew even more blurry. Panicked calls from those around him were no longer heard and Cona looked back at the cat. His bead eyes widened slightly as he stared at the grinning black figure on the left side of the car and after that all his gaze was dark.

In the endless darkness Cona could feel her fingers and feet moving. The girl opened her eyes and narrowed slightly as the white room as far as the eye could see entered her gaze. Cona fell silent and looked at her who was now standing on both legs without the help of a wheelchair. The girl exclaimed cheerfully and tried to walk away feeling haru but her steps came to a halt when she heard the sound of someone laughing behind her.

“Welcome, Miss.”
