Ivew's emerald bead stared at the figure of the young man in the typical black uniform of the military forces coming and standing beside him. The girl was silent as the young man's navy eyes looked at her flat without any usual warm smile present on her handsome face. The originally quiet room felt even colder and piercing for Ivew who avoided the gaze of the young man in front of her.

“Happy afternoon, Bang. Did you eat?”

Ivew tried to smile and warmly greeted Laveron who had just joined them. The navy-eyed young man just stared flatly at Ivew who was smiling awkwardly at him.

Leister stared at Laveron's arrival with an awkward smile and looked at the appearance of the young man in front of him who was slightly sweaty and stupefied. Marking the young man running from the main military center in the main palace to the western pavilion.

“Ah .. Good afternoon, Young Master. Sorry I was late to say hello to you,” Laveron said bowing respectfully greeting Leister.

“Just relax, Laveron. I told you, don't be so formal with me. Didn't I tell you to be informal since we were in the military academy first?”

Ivew fell silent and looked at Leister and Laveron with shocked looks. Does the world have a military academy? It was never told in the novel The Way of Destiny or the little explanation that his friend Daisy told him. The emerald-eyed girl glanced at Veister's cat who just shook her head. The girl regained her senses from her daydream as Laveron patted her shoulder gently.

“What happened to something again?”

Laveron asked and looked at Ivew seriously. The navy-eyed young man was overwhelmed with anxiety when he heard the question Leister had asked the younger brother earlier. He who stood in front of the dining room door intended to surprise her arrival was shocked by what he heard. Although he had heard the whole story that Leister told him he needed to hear from the younger brother who had just been silent.

“Nothing serious, Bang. I'm fine,” Ivew replied casually and told Laveron to sit next to him.

The emerald-eyed girl chose to spend her longing with Laveron rather than having to think about the previous events. Laveron glanced at Ivew who looked calm and happy with his arrival. The navy-eyed young man sighed and stroked Ivew's head softly while displaying a small smile on his face.

Leister returns to her room and decides to draft the documents that will be delivered tomorrow, leaving Ivew with Laveron and the Veister cat in the dining room. Laveron invited his sister to take a walk in the flower garden not far from the western pavilion they occupied, enjoying the afternoon sun shining beautifully on the sky canvas.

Ivew squatted down and glanced at the tense-looking Laveron and continued to clasp the handle of the sword sheathed at his waist. Veister's cat followed the two in silence and noticed the surrounding atmosphere that was beginning to quiet down. Ivew's fingers grabbed the petals in the palace garden while Laveron dangled a smile as the younger brother looked calm.

“Abang has a bad feeling, Ivew.”

Laveron spoke softly and sat down on one of the chairs available in the garden followed by Veister's cat sitting to his right. The emerald-eyed girl turned her head and looked at Laveron who was looking at the twilight sky furiously. Ivew looked back at the flower petals he was holding.

The girl also felt the same feeling, the feeling of being riled up by the arrival of something that disturbed her simple life in her warm house with her brother. Something that would make his quiet life become filled with ripples of trouble.

The breeze again flowed around Ivew who had daydreamed. His back black hair moved touching the surrounding flower petals. Ivew got up from his squat and sat down on Laveron's left side, grabbed his brother's arm and hugged him tightly.

“Whatever happens promise me brother won't leave me.”

“Sure. Without you asking, you're not going anywhere. Brother will always be together, Ivew.”

Laveron spoke confidently and enjoyed the wind that moved his black hair while Veister's cat simply smiled staring at the interaction of the Mirabeth brothers. The two dissolved in each other's minds as the twilight sky above them began to turn into the darkness of the night.

Laveron immediately invited Ivew to return to his room, letting the girl walk slightly in front of him and stare at Ivew's back from behind.

I can't lose another chance! Not again! I must atone for my sins, even with different opportunities. Laveron's mind stared at Ivew's jet-black hair that continued to walk in front of him.

The navy-eyed young man frowned as a cry of pain and full of tears a girl called out his name, the girl's trembling hands were about to grab him, the panicked cries of people, the panicked cries of the people, blood splattered everywhere and the horror gaze of the girl who saw it was scattered

“Abang? Brother, all right?”

Ivew's voice drew Laveron's consciousness from a memory he always denied. The navy-eyed young man gasped as Ivew held his cheek slowly, noticing his slightly heavy breathing Laveron looked at the misty emerald Ivew's eyes full of worry.

“It's okay. All is well, let's go back!” take Laveron smiling wryly and grabbing Ivew's hand pulling the girl towards the pavilion.

Veister's cat simply followed the two in silence not intending to enter into the conversation of the two brothers filled with secrets. Veister's two-colored bead stared at Laveron's back which pulled Ivew to walk with him while laughing as Ivew tried to compensate for Laveron's large strides.

“I'm sure if Ivew knows one of the truth ... the girl will definitely cry.”

The Veister cat follows in his second step and prepares for a tomorrow filled with surprises. Ivew stared at Laveron who was waving to him and was about to return to the main military center in the main palace.

The emerald-eyed girl laid herself down on the bed, while the Veister cat turned back into its human form and sat on one of the sofas that were in front of the mattress in Ivew's room.

“I haven't seen your human form for a long time, Veister,” said Ivew breaking silently and staring at the ceiling of the room.

Veister who was looking at the cracks in the glass room Ivew turned his head and said slowly, “Why? You miss me hm?”

Ivew laughed softly and glanced at the cracks from the impact of the crow on the window glass of his room. The emerald bead of the girl stared at the five flower petals tattoo on her hand and stroked it slowly.

“I hope tomorrow's meeting goes smoothly.”
