Xu Feng walked down the main street amid the noise of the residents and merchants. After a while, Xu Feng arrived at the central area.
Black Stone City was divided into two areas, the outer area and the central area and there was a short wall separating the two areas. The outside area is a residence for ordinary residents while the central area is a residence for special people.
There are many influential family groups in Batu Hitam city living in the central area. The three great families were no exception.
When Xu Feng was busy with his thoughts, he had unknowingly already approached the Central area.
“Stop! What is your interest here?”
A rough-faced guard stopped Xu Feng. His face showed a hint of arrogance and disdain when he saw Xu Feng's already tattered clothes.
“A beggar like you is not worthy to enter the central area!”
“Go before I slash that stupid head of yours!”
Xu Feng frowned at the unfriendly greeting. Not wanting to waste any time arguing, Xu Feng immediately took out his token and threw it towards the guards.
“Enough with your bullshit!”

It was true that the Lotus Sect was extremely strong, but it did not deter the great families from harassing the weak disciples of the Lotus Sect.
The Lotus Sect would also not care so much about their weak disciples. There had already been many cases where the outer disciples of the Lotus Sect were killed for no apparent reason. But the sect leader seemed to not care about them.
Most of the students were weak. No harm was inflicted on the sect even if they died.
There were simply too many queues of youths outside the sect who were ready to replace them at any moment.

Xu Feng frowned. This Tao Ma seemed to be a fool. He couldn't even hide his emotions well.

Ma Tao approached Xu Feng and patted him on the shoulder while giving an apologetic smile so sincerely.
After which, he immediately pulled his friends and went away.
